Since 1987 until November 2010, the entrepreneurs who choose to conduct its? company in the Swedish corporate form aktiebolag had no opportunity to evade or deselect the mandatory audit. The only choice that really was there to make was to which audit firm they would turn to and the Swedish auditor?s position was rather unchallenged. Today the circumstances are different and the small businesses have been given a chance to take charge of their own situation now being able to remove the auditor.

This project is focusing on a future park that will surround Hyllie water tower in the outskirts of Malmö. The water tower will be located in the central part of the new building area Hyllievång. The park will function as a town park with a special focus on water. The water council of the municipality, Va-verket, has for the last 7 years built up and been in charge for a pedagogical programme in the water tower, were schoolchildren come to learn about the cycle of water and how we use water in our daily life. In the park they want to build a new part that gives experience of water, as a compliment to the information in the tower. What will that park look like, and what shall it be constructed of? How do you bring water to the surface in a park? How can landscape architecture work to enhance the presence of water and make people more interested in water issues? In the search to find the answers to all my questions I have meet with people, read books and visited different places.

I Sverige lever ungefär 15 000 barn med autismspektrumtillstånd och diagnosen är vanligare än cancer, diabetes och Downs syndrom. Tillståndet är livslångt och det finns inget botemedel. När ett barn får en diagnos inom autismspektrumtillstånd påverkas hela familjens livssituation. Syftet med denna studie är att belysa föräldrars upplevelse av att leva med ett barn med autismspektrumtillstånd. För att besvara syftet genomfördes en litteraturstudie baserad på kvalitativa artiklar, där en analys av åtta artiklar sedan kom att mynna ut i vårt resultat.

The aim of this research paper was to examine the help required by refugee children with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). In addition to this, we also examined the help the refugee children are currently receiving. We have examined this from the perspective of the theory of the ecology of human development. The method we used was qualitative and we conducted eleven profound interviews with professionals working with the target group in question. The essential questions were; which needs, according to the professionals, do refugee children with PTSD have, what characterises the professional's work to help the children and what possibilities and obstacles there are in giving the children optimal help.The results strongly conclude that it is important for the children's development to have at least one supportive adult in their surrounding, a positive experience at school and during leisure activities.

Inom ambulanssjukvården utsätts personalen dagligen för olika stressmoment och detta kan leda till att ambulanssjuksköterskor drabbas av posttraumatiskt stress syndrom. Flera olika stressfaktorer påverkar arbetet och därmed den enskilde ambulanssjuksköterskans psykiska och fysiska hälsa. Syftet med denna litteraturstudie är att belysa yrkesrelaterade stressfaktorer inom ambulanssjukvården och vilka copingstrategier som ambulanssjuksköterskan använder sig av i sitt dagliga arbete. Studien har en deskriptiv design och genomfördes som en litteraturstudie. Vi har använt oss av tre olika databaser, PsycINFO, PubMed och CINAHL.

Vårt arbete är ett utvecklingsarbete som vi genomfört i två förskoleklasser. I en tidigare kurs i vår utbildning kom vi i kontakt med två metoder "sociala berättelser och seriesamtal" som används inom neuropsykiatrin till personer med Autism,Asbergers syndrom, AD/HD 0sv. Det är skrivna och ritade små berättelser som förklarar både barnets beteende samt hur andra tänker och känner. Metoderna används för att arbeta bort ett oönskat beteende eller träna barnet i olika sociala sammanhang. Det visuella stödet i berättelserna tydliggör händelser och på så sätt skapar meningsfulla sammanhang för barnet.

We have 3G on the doorstep but nothing seems to attract ordinary people to this technology. To attract the mass market the telecom industry must show something beyond high bit rates. They must show how ordinary people can take advantage of this new technology. This is done by showing the possibilities of the new technology and by demonstrating applications that it will handle. The telecom industry must convince the telecom operators to invest in this technology and the only thing that matters to them is how much revenue they can make by adopting the upcoming technology.

This thesis investigates the situation for comics in Swedish public libraries. The main questions is separated into two groups, the first dealing with the physical situation were we investigate placement, cataloguing and shelf arrangement. The second deals with the librarians attitudes towards comics and how they may affect their work. The base for this thesis is the idea that the comic medium may sometimes be treated different than the rest of the libraries collections. Because of this, a theoretical basis is developed which focus on different views on comics.

Trough the contact with the HR (Human Resources) department of home care management in Halmstad municipality, emerged from the management a wish for a documentation for what should be included in leadership at middle management level in the future. People in middle management positions have a large impact on the operation staff and are also in charge of the individual corporate performance and its success. As we have previously been active in the management of multiple role configurations, including middle-management positions, we have some prior understanding of the complexity of this position. The study was conducted with the aim to investigate different aspects of what leadership for middle managers in home care management in Halmstad municipality may mean to them. With the help of different theories and models various aspects were analyzed due to the impact of leadership.Due to the studies purpose and questions, two focus groups was conducted and interviews with respondents from both the lower and superior positions in home care management in Halmstad municipality was done.

In this study my aim has been to discover what connections can be made between the way of creating a library building and the general values concerning the library activities and the library users. What kind of ideology could possibly be reflected in a library room? My study includes two different parts. First of all there is a theoretical section based upon literature relevant for the subject. Here I try to focus on the libraryÕs role in society as a public room.

Senare års forskning visar på att obstruktivt sömnapnésyndrom, OSAS, är en både underdiagnostiserad och underbehandlad sjukdom. Detta beror delvis på att många personer med OSAS är omedvetna om sitt tillstånd. Sjukdomen innebär återkommande totala andningsuppehåll under sömn och en hypoxi som leder till en rad olika komplikationer, däribland hjärtkärlsjukdomar. Syftet med denna studie var att utreda vad som påverkar OSAS och vilken roll sjuksköterskan kan spela i vården av dessa patienter. Metoden som användes var en litteraturundersökning.

The aim of this Master's thesis is to examine what effect two different models of acquisition have on user satisfaction with information resources at academic libraries. The two models examined are the traditional model where a subject specialist librarian makes the selection, and the user-governed model where the larger part of the selection is based on user requests. The scope is the libraries of Roskilde University, which employs the traditional acquisition model and Malmö University, which employs the user-governed. Both libraries have a user-oriented approach to acquisition. The study encompasses a close examination of the acquisition policy through document analysis and interviews with the librarians in charge of acquisitions at each university, as well as a user-satisfaction survey among the professors and senior teachers on two faculties at each university respectively.

Organisations tend to focus more and more on product and process development to increase their competitiveness. Several major organisations, among them ABB, have developed models aimed to more effectively control and manage product development processes. ABB is using its standardised model ABB Gate Model for this. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze how the introduction of ABB Gate Model has affected the outcome of decisions and also the decision-making in the product development process. The study is limited to elucidate the version of ABB Gate Model handling product development projects.

AbstraktSyftet med studien var att undersöka hur föräldrars och pedagogers upplevelser och erfarenheter av TAKK-metoden påverkade språkutvecklingen hos barn med språkstörning.  Frågeställningarna var:- Vilka upplevelser/erfarenheter fanns bland föräldrar och pedagoger?- Vilken betydelse hade kommunikationsmetoden för språkutvecklingen?- Vad bidrog till goda resultat?- Hur stämde våra resultat med tidigare forskning? Vi valde att arbeta med en enkätundersökning som vi kompletterade med intervjuer. (Enkätsvaren presenterades i stapeldiagram.) Resultaten visade att både föräldrar och pedagoger var positiva till metoden. De ansåg att den var bra för barnens språkutveckling och underlättade kommunikationen. Undersökningsgrupperna ansåg att man inte använde sig av TAKK i alla situationer.

Bakgrund: Polycystiskt ovariesyndrom (PCO) är ett vanligt syndrom som många kvinnor lider av. PCO innebär att äggstockarna bildar fler folliklar (cystor) än vad som anses vara normalt samt att en hormonell obalans föreligger. PCO har en prevalens på 5-10 procent och är en vanlig endokrin avvikelse hos kvinnor i fertil ålder. Då dessa kvinnor befinner sig i hela vårdkedjan är det viktigt att som allmänsjuksköterska känna till hur denna patientgrupp upplever sin livssituation. Syfte: Syftet med denna litteraturstudie var att undersöka kvinnors upplevelser av att leva med PCO och hur det påverkade deras livskvalitet.
