För att en maskin ska anses som säker för användning krävs det att den uppfyller maskindirektivet. Maskindirektivet är väldigt generellt och kortfattat. Därför finns det standarder som förklarar mer specifikt maskindirektivets olika delar. Uppfylls inte standarderna så uppfylls inte maskindirektivet för respektive område och därmed är maskinen inte redo för användning.Examensarbetet har utförts på Rapid Granulator AB. Företaget är idag en av världens största producenter av granuleringskvarnar.

This thesis on the sustainable urban development has the intent to discuss the conservator?s position in alteration of the built environment. An essential component of the thesis consists of a case study in the form of an entry in an open architectural competition for the development of Furuset, an urban residential area in Norway. The thesis? discussion is based on two approaches to change and socio-economic transformations, considered being dominant within the heritage theory and practice: the production of ideas and great narratives and conservation as an instrumental tool.

This qualitative study aims to highlight if there are any gender difference in social workers reasoning about a particular case. To achieve a deeper understanding we had to explain and understand our respondent?s answers, primarily from a gender perspective, but also from a power perspective. Our questions were: how does social worker reasoning about a particular case? How can we understand the social workers answer from a gender- and power perspective? The method consisted of a construct case and of semi-structured interviews.

In this study, company reconstructions and the financing of current accounts hereof are analysed from a perspective of insolvency law. The purpose with a company reconstruction is to maintain the operations of the company despite the insolvency of the mandator. In contrast to bankruptcy proceedings the person liable for payment stays in charge of the operations. However, this person is not allowed to sign for new loans, issue pledges of security for these loans or in any other way enter new obligations without the approval from the temporary company reconstructor. Besides providing for a successful reconstruction the reconstructor also has to consider the interests of creditors, especially to maintain the preferential order of the creditor's claims, keeping them unchanged in case of a formal bankruptcy.

Att vara en lärande organisation är inget man blir klar med, det är istället ett förhållningssätt och arbete man ständigt jobbar med. Migrationsverket är en organisation som strävar efter att vara en lärande organisation, ett av verktygen som används är den så kallade medsittningen. I denna studie sökte jag efter medarbetares upplevelser av detta verktyg. Syftet var att öka kunskapen om faktorer som har betydelse för kontinuitet i lärande inom en organisation som strävar efter att vara en lärande organisation. Jag har utgått från Peter Senges teori om fem discipliner för en lärande organisation.

Barn och unga av idag är digitalt infödda i förhållande till oss vuxna som är invandrade i dagens digitala samhälle. Då skolan speglar samhället är det en högaktuell fråga hur vi tar tillvara elevernas digitala kunskap i skolans lärande. Syftet med denna studie har varit att undersöka hur iPad kan användas som ett pedagogiskt verktyg i undervisningen med avseende på multimodalitet, motivation och social interaktion i lärandemiljöer. Utgångspunkten i undersökningen har varit ett aktionsforskande förhållningssätt där jag tillsammans med lärare och elever i särskild undervisningsgrupp har undersökt iPad som pedagogisk verktyg i lärandet. Genom observationer och intervjuer på arbetsplatsen, studiebesök inom förskolan, en tematisk planeringsdag för pedagoger samt ett rikt omfång av aktuell forskning kring iPad i undervisningen kan man konstatera att iPad i sig själv inte är ett pedagogiskt verktyg utan kan ses som ett tomt skal som är multimodalt förberett men som kan fyllas med appar som är helt individuellt anpassade utifrån den enskilde elevens behov.

Purpose- The purpose of this project is to contribute to the knowledge of creating customer value through streamlining and coordination of patient flows for children and youth with frequent need of care on child and youth medical clinics.Method- One of the methods used for achieving the project's purpose is a case study on the Child and Youth Medicine Clinic at Länssjukhuset Ryhov in Jönköping. The case study has been used for collecting the empirical data that has been generated through interviews, observations and documents from the Child and Youth Health Clinic. Except the case study the authors also made studies in literature, which the collected empirical data has been anchored and related to. Together this led to the project's analysis and results.Results- When investigating the questions found in chapter one, it was determined standardized work is of great importance to create structure and implement procedures for the patient flows. A weak link in the patient flow has been identified, which is the sub-process coordination and planning.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the possibility of streamlining the test process by utilizing pair programming. During the process, pair programming has been practiced as is defined by the Extreme programming (XP) software development methodology, with the other aspects of XP discarded. The focus of the testing itself has been toward unit testing. The methods applied has been with an experimental approach where 93 cases were attempted to be solved by either single programmers or pair programmers. What has been investigated in these experiments was the time needed to complete a case, how many test attempts were needed to solve the case, and how high a percentage of the cases were solved.

Användarutveckling, det vill säga att användare utvecklar egna IT-verktyg, är en form av systemutveckling inom organisationer som kan få en betydande roll för verksamheten.Denna fallstudie genomfördes vid ett större svenskt IT-företag, där användaren utvecklade egna verktyg för att underlätta både små och stora rutinuppgifter. Studien bygger på tre fall i den valda organisationen där utvecklarna intervjuades för att ge sin syn på hur användarutvecklingen förhåller sig till organisationens huvudsakliga verksamhet, vilket är utveckling av IT-produkter. Intervjuerna fokuserade också på vilken typ av värde deras verktyg skapar för individerna inom organisationen och för organisationen som helhet.Studien visar att verktygen stödjer organisationens produktutveckling främst genom att förbättra datakvaliteten i deras produktregistret och skapar värde för användare genom att ge dem möjlighet att fokusera på mer givande arbetsuppgifter. Verktygen skapar också värde för utvecklarna som kan få att leva ut personligt engagemang och kreativitet medan organisationen drar nytta av en effektivisering av berörda processer..

Genom att anv?nda Personcentrerade Virtuella Patientfall (PVP) i undervisningen ges studenter m?jlighet att tr?na p? sina kommunikativa och kliniska f?rdigheter i en trygg milj? utifr?n deras olika f?ruts?ttningar, men mer kunskap om studenters upplevelser av detta nya pedagogiska verktyg beh?vs. Syfte: Syftet ?r att beskriva studenters upplevelser av PVP och dess anv?ndbarhet i l?randet av kliniska f?rdigheter. Metod: En kvalitativ studie med induktiv ansats anv?ndes. En fokusgruppintervju med fem deltagare utf?rdes och materialet analyserades utifr?n tematisk inneh?llsanalys. Resultat: Tv? huvudteman och sex underteman identifierades.

The Swedish government decided in 1996 that the governmental authorities are to implemementenvironmental management systems. Each year, the Swedish Environmental ProtectionAgency compiles the authorities? reports on their environmental management systems. Thecompilation shows that not more than 20 % of the authorities perform environmental audits.This study aims to investigate the authorities? view of internal environmental audits, the incentivesof performing them.

The everyday work at a staffing agency and how its leaders deal with the problems that appears: A case study at Maxkompetens.The purpose of this paper is to increase the understanding of how leaders at a staffing company deal with the everyday problems that arise from a geographically dispersed workforce.The staffing industry has grown by 30-40 percent annually and has over the past 15 years been the fastest growing industry in Sweden. This shows that the interest and demand for the staffing industry and its activities are now rising at an increasingly faster pace. This is an industry that is operating under specific conditions and with a geographically dispersed workforce. This will make the leaders of a staffing company to an important link between the staffing leaders and the staffing personnel.The relationship between the staffing company's leaders and its personnel is important, but not completely trouble free. Difficulties arise in that the employees may be located in different places and at various client companies with the result that the leaders of the staffing company cannot have a daily personal contact with their geographically dispersed personnel.We have used a qualitative approach on our paper and our empirical methodology has been a case study with ethnography and interviews.

Syftet med studien är att undersöka lastbil- och bussimulatorers för- och nackdelar i användandet som pedagogiskt verktyg. I undersökningen har intervjuer med tre pedagoger och tre studenter genomförts för att utvärdera simulatorer som pedagogiskt verktyg. En strävan att informera och väcka ett intresse av tekniken som hjälpmedel i undervisningen har också legat till grund för arbetet. Enligt flera forskare finns ekonomiska och tidseffektiva vinster med att använda simulatorer i undervisningen. Fördelar med den virtuella miljön är att studenterna kan lära sig hur det är att köra ett stort fordon, möjlighet finns likaså att öva på oförutsedda kritiska händelser.

There are several Project Management Softwares onthe market today. These tools are powerful andextensive to the degree they become too timeconsumingand complex and therefore often defeatits original purpose. This is the case especiallywhen the project manager is inexperienced and/orthe scope of the project is moderate.The purpose of this thesis arose from this context,there seems to be a gap between a home-made MSExcel spread sheet and the advanced softwaresavailable. The thesis and the product has beendeveloped in alliance with Faveo ProjectManagement with the shared goal to create a toolwhich is easy to use but still covers the essentialareas of project management theory. The tool willbe used internally by Faveo-employees as well asexternally together with Faveo?s clients in aneducational purpose.

The purpose with this essay was to study the judgements made by child- and adolescents psychiatry teams on a fictitious case, in order to see what similarities and differences there would be in their way of discussing, judging and proposing efforts.We carried out this study by visiting four child- and adolescents psychiatry teams and letting them make judgements on a fictitious case constructed by us. First the teams were introduced to a vignette and then asked to complete it by requiring more information till they considered themselves to have enough information to be able to arrive to a judgement on the case and propose efforts, on which we later interviewed the teams. After the interviews we compared what extra information the teams required, what judgements they made and what efforts they chose to offer the family. The result was analysed from a social constructivist perspective. One central analysis concept was diagnostic frame, which is about in what category the team places the problem.The study revealed that the judgements, which are socially constructed within the teams, differed, and that the teams offered the fictitious family different efforts.
