Syftet med undersökningen är att ta reda på vilka föreställningar förskolepedagoger har om boksamtal som ett pedagogiskt verktyg för läsförståelse. Vi har gjort en kvalitativ undersökning och intervjuat fyra förskolepedagoger. Våra frågeställningar är: Hur mycket utrymme ges för boksamtal i förskolan? Vilka metoder används vid boksamtalen? Vilka föreställningar har pedagoger omboksamtal och betydelsen av dessa för barnets framtida förståelse av texter? Resultatet av undersökningen visar att boksamtal används i mindre utsträckning som pedagogiskt verktyg i förskolan. Vi kan utläsa av svaren att pedagoger, som fortbildats i ämnet, har större förståelse för boksamtalets betydelse.

This report will point out the income for a scania plant production farm, this has been estimated through a case study. The outcome of this report will later be used to calculate a reasonable leasehold charge. This case study is solitary based upon this particular studied farm, at this very point, and can therefore not be used as a general guide. The reason why this particular scania plant production farm has been selected, is because the author is born and raised at the farm and has the intention to run the farm in the future. The chosen farm for this report is based in the southwest of scania and cover 300 hectare of plant production. The crop rotation consists of autumn wheat, sugar beats, spring wheat, spring barely, winter rape and fallow. The farm owns all machinery required.

When referring to the same event, people can have different assumptions. What is interesting to see is why these assumptions are different, why do people have different stories? Some of the reasons could be different levels of expectation, different communication channels or even different cultural backgrounds. We have analysed all these by having a case study within a company that has recently gone through a change management/strategy implementation process.The research reviewed in this paper originates in two different worlds. One world is a research world where stories come from textbooks and articles.

Article 4.1(h) in the Rome I regulation establishes which law that will be applicable on contracts concerning financial instruments concluded in multilateral systems. The main problem is that most contracts concluded within these systems have standard clauses which contain a clause on the applicable law. If this is the case, Article 3.1 in the Rome I Regulation is applicable instead. This problem makes it difficult to find a need for article 4.1(h) if it will only be applicable in exceptional cases. However, the legal position on this matter is still unclear since the Rome I Regulation has just been put into force.

Syftet med arbetet var att undersöka hur man på några gymnasieskolor arbetar med åtgärdsprogram för elever i behov av särskilt stöd. Jag ville försöka ta reda på om åtgärds-programmen är ett verktyg i gymnasieskolan. Eller om det upprättas enbart för att det är lagstadgat. Den kunskap jag inhämtar vill jag använda i utvecklingsarbetet kring åtgärds-program på min egen arbetsplats. För att nå syftet skulle jag göra undersökningar på olika gymnasieskolor. Detta för att få en bild av hur man arbetar med åtgärdsprogram i verksamheterna.

Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka vad eleverna upplever påverkar deras lärande vid användning av dator som pedagogiskt verktyg. Studien utgick från tre frågeställningar: Hur ser eleverna på den egna förmågan att använda datorn som ett pedagogiskt verktyg? Vad ser eleverna som nödvändiga kunskaper för att kunna lära med datorer? Vad anser eleverna är effekterna av att använda datorn som ett pedagogiskt verktyg. Empirin har samlats in med hjälp av kvalitativa intervjuer som genomfördes i grupp. Resultatet visar att eleverna anser att informationssökning, källkritik och Officepaketet är nödvändiga att hantera för att kunna lära med datorer.

Arbetet innehåller en allmän presentation om automatiserad testning, om var man kan tjäna tid samt vilka fällor som finns. Vidare har en analys gjorts på de olika verktyg som finns på marknaden idag och teknikerna bakom dessa. Därefter valdes ett verktyg ut åt FDT, nämligen Rational Visual Test. En kort presentation av detta program och de tekniker som stöds tas upp. Slutligen har ett förslag på en uppdaterad version av FDT?s testmetodik utformats för att anpassas mot en automatiserad testning..

I både nationella och internationella styrdokument uppmärksammas vikten av individanpassning och möjligheten att få tillgång till den teknik elever i grundskolan behöver för att utvecklas kunskapsmässigt. Avsikten med denna studie var att undersöka vad pedagoger anser om elevers möjligheter att få tillgång till alternativa verktyg i grundskolan för att komma runt sina svårigheter när det gäller att läsa, skriva och att räkna. Vi har gjort en flermetodsstudie, både en webbaserad enkät och fem semistrukturerade intervjuer med pedagoger från grundskolan. Enkäten skickades till 51 pedagoger och svarsfrekvensen blev 80 procent. Undersökningen visade att de vanligaste alternativa verktygen för att komma runt svårigheterna var en dator utrustad med talsyntes och rättstavningsprogram samt miniräknare.

In this research our goal is to conclude the aspects of interactivity which can prove to be important during the creation of a website. The focus in this essay is websites functioning as travelingguides, because we live in a time of traveling, experiance and learning. How can an analyzing method of websites be shaped? Positive action is measures that usually constitute discrimination but which are justified when achieving the purpose of an effective equality between people of the society. Positive action regarding gender is regulated in primary law, secondary law and case law of the EU whereas positive action regarding other discrimination groups is regulated in secondary law and negligible regulated in case law.There is a boundary between positive action and discrimination. Primary law gives little guidance on determine that boundary. Convention on the Rights of the Child in year 1990, Sweden as a country undertakes itself to always see to the child´s greatest in all decision-making process concerning the child and also vouch for that the rights stated in the convention are beeing fulfild.Working with the convention in a such way that it's intention becomes reality in educational activities requires instruments for the pedagogues. During the years between 1980 and 1990 a number of different methods and programmes were developed with staring-points in the interplay between the child and the adult.

The stakeholders for requirements elicitation need to be identified at an early stage and their knowledge is the basis for what is to become a requirements specification. Just because a stakeholder holds a lot of expertise and knowledge it does not mean that the stakeholder can communicate the knowledge in a clear way. Validation of knowledge means that knowledge is valued and recognized in a structured way. People and organizations can evolve by exchanging knowledge, experience and skills.  The purpose of this study is to increase the understanding of knowledge management between requirement elicitation and external stakeholders.

The aim of this essay is to investigate how a demarcation is made between employees? right to religious freedom next to employers? interest in running their enterprise in an efficient way.
