This essay in how to create a brand identity is a result of a case study of the Spanish mobilephone company Xfera and their new brand ?Yoigo?. Our object was to identify the critical variables in the process of building a brand identity. To achieve this we collected data about the company through several interviews with respondents with good insight in the company. The critical variables that we obtained by analyzing the interviews are presented in an empirical driven model.

Företaget Nethouse har haft uppdraget att kravställa, utveckla och implementera ett verksamhetssystem åt Sveriges  Skorstensfejaremästares Riksförbund (SSR). Medlemsföretagen i SSR bedriver sotarverksamhet på uppdrag av Sveriges kommuner och är beroende av insamlad data kopplad till deras verksamhet. I det nyutvecklade systemet, som går under namnet Ritz, samlas informationen i en central databas och är tillgänglig för flertalet intressenter med hjälp av ny teknik och modernare lösningar. Systemet är helt webbaserat och körs som en molntjänst, tillgängligt via antingen en webbsida eller som mobilapplikation. Åtkomsten av data baseras på företagsnivå på ?stämplad? data i databasen och för att reglera åtkomsten för företagsanvändare till respektive företags data används rollbaserad åtkomstkontroll.Detta examensarbete har syftat till att utveckla en prototyp till en beslutsstödslösning för dynamisk åtkomst till de datamängder som lagras inom Ritz.

Today there are many system development projects that break both budget and time plan. Often this depends on defects in the information systems that could have been prevented. The cost of test can in some cases be as high as 50 % of the projects total cost and it's at the same time an important part of development. Test as such has moved its focus from the software it self and its faults to a wider perspective on whole infrastructures of information systems where assure a good quality is important. Sogeti in the Netherlands have developed a test method called TMap (Test Management approach) that can be used for structured testing of information systems.

Zakrisdal and the west coast region of Karlstad was at one time a protected area where the ammunition factory AmF Zakrisdal 1941-1994 was situated. This factory manufactured explosives for the Swedish armed forces and for export. In this context it is an interesting paradox that the production of ammunition, mines and armorpiercing grenades for more than 50 years has preserved the environment surrounding the factory.The factory is now gone and the production is moved to Karlskoga. Plans are being made to build housing for 3-4000 residents and other enterprises within the area. The area now stands before yet another change, most likely the most profound to date.The inspiration for this work comes from the economic historic Jan Jörnmark.

The objective with this essay is to establish the benefits of inserting media as an obligatory topic in the upper secondary school. In order to succeed with this I will not only type this essay I will also produce a medial production in the form of a film.  I have interviewed two senior masters on Södertörns College where I have reviewed different questions that relate to the matter's weight in school values and the society. In the study I will also reflect over existing research within the area and to link these to the issue and those interviewed opinions. In the film I also present statistics within the communication technology's increase and an explanation how one obligatory topic becomes an obligatory topic..

This thesis is based on an exhibition at the county museum Upplandsmuseet in Uppsala, Sweden. During an internship at this museum I got a chance to produce an exhibition, with some guidance from the museum staff. This exhibition was created with the purpose of teaching about agriculture in the late 19th century and also about the magnificent workmanship of Alrik Klingberg, who have carved these wooden objects for over 50 years. Each one of the objects possesses a story and a memory. The memories that Alrik Klingberg has incorporated into the objects are mainly from his childhood at a croft in northern Uppland.

In cooperate with Asko Cylinda we have developed a new heat system too short the processtime and reduce the energy consume in a dishwasher and still have it too be a class AAA.The environment and quality is important for the company too still be the number one onthe market, If they want too keep that position the product developed of new innovations willbe very important. The systems we have developed are more effective and reduce energy uptoo 25 %. The process time is reduced too less than two hours, from the today two andhalf-hour. The solutions are too heat up the rinse water and the dishwater at the same time,with a new heating system and it make are solutions unique and effective. Its good for thedish and the environment.

Syftet med denna uppsats var att ge en bild av hur ett antal skolledare upplever pedagogisk kvalitet. Intervjuer och observationer har legat till grund för undersökningen som gjorts. Undersökningen inriktade sig på den process som ligger bakom utvecklandet av kvalitet inom skolan. Denna process har sedan beskrivits analyserats med hjälp av olika teorier som har med förändringsarbete att göra. I huvudsak har House (1981) tre perspektiv på förändring legat tillgrund för analyserna.

One method, originally developed in Finland, is the Change Laboratory. This method is said to be efficient, not only concerning change aspects but also learning, since change and learning in this method is intertwined. This Master Thesis (20p.) tells about the process of conducting a Change Laboratory with a Swedish high-tech company and analyses factors in the process that makes change possible..

Detta examensarbete har utförts i samarbete med Löfqvist Engineering i Örebro. Uppgiften har varit att utföra en simulering av en stor automatiserad produktionslina som ska användas vid tillverkning av avgassystem till lastbilar. Utifrån denna simulering skall exakta cykeltider för produktionen bestämmas. Dessa tider kan sedan användas av Löfqvist Engineering för att verifiera tidigare uppskattade tider.Arbetet inkluderar en litteraturstudie om Lean Production och hur det fungerar ihop med automation. Det finns även med lite bakgrundsinformation om Just In Time, olika filformat och robotsimulering i allmänhet för att ge en bättre överblick av ämnet.Programmet som har valts för att utföra simuleringen är Tecnomatix Process Simulate och den inbyggda Line Simulation modulen.

Enköping?s Rugby Club has long lacked a bigger hall to gather their members in, where they can meet and socializes outside trainings and games. Thanks to Enköping?s municipality, The Swedish Inheritance Fund, Swedish Sports Confederation, sponsors and club members the clubhouse will be built out with additional 100 square meters.The project is planned in two phases of which phase one is the buildup of the new clubhouse and phase two is the renovation of the existing part. Phase one started with the first groundbreaking in December 2006 and was finished for the season 2007.

This paper describes the process of producing avatars for Jiddr. Today, social media surrounds the lives of youth, and communication via the Internet is an everyday occurrence for most people. Jiddr is an app that was created to give youths a platform for engaging with adults and other youths. It is a moderated forum which gives young people the opportunity to come i contact with adult role models who are knowledgable within various subject areas. On Jiddr, users are anonymous, and this is something I have placed much importance on during the design process.

In 2012 blogging reached an all time high in Sweden. Around 400,000 people made blog posts at least one time during this year. Blogs have publishing as a main purpose and can after publication be read by anyone with a computer, smartphone or tablet with an Internet connection. This makes the blogger open to response through comments that can be either constructive or destructive. No research has been made regarding blog comments and their effect on bloggers and their writing process.

Det blir allt viktigare att som organisation skaffa sig hållbara verktyg i skapandet av ett dagligt lärande i syfte att ständigt förbättra och utveckla verksamheten för att kunna stärka sin konkurrenskraft. På senare år har chefsrollen alltmer kommit att handla om att leda och coacha sina medarbetare till lärande och utveckling. Syftet med denna studie var att, med utgångspunkt i en av Scanias fem ledarskapsprinciper ?Bygg kunnande genom kontinuerligt lärande?, undersöka hur första linjens chefer på Scania stimulerar dagligt lärande på arbetsplatsen. Tio semistrukturerade djupintervjuer genomfördes.

Open Innovation är ett relativt nytt arbetssätt som innebär att organisationer tar in extern kunskap med syftet att utveckla interna processer och vidga den egna kompetensen. Studien utgår ifrån ett kvalitativt perspektiv där relevanta teorier hämtats ifrån tryckt litteratur, vetenskapliga artiklar samt empiri som består av en omvärldsanalys samt intervjustudie med ett antal individer med varierande kunskap inom områdena; Open Innovation samt medborgardialog kopplat till offentlig förvaltning. Det framkom i studien att faktorer som transparens, verktyg samt process är viktiga byggstenar i en Open Innovation-process. Utifrån studien har författarna tagit fram en metod som skall synliggöra hur de olika områdena samverkar med varandra och vilka verktyg som kan tillämpas i processen (se nedan). Författarna fann genom studien att hanteringen utav de idéer och förslag som hämtas från Open Innovation-processer är den viktigaste delen i processen.
