Today there are many system development projects that break both budget and time plan. Often this depends on defects in the information systems that could have been prevented. The cost of test can in some cases be as high as 50 % of the projects total cost and it's at the same time an important part of development. Test as such has moved its focus from the software it self and its faults to a wider perspective on whole infrastructures of information systems where assure a good quality is important. Sogeti in the Netherlands have developed a test method called TMap (Test Management approach) that can be used for structured testing of information systems.

The author?s assignment is to identify one task and improve it with relevant tools.Purpose See if the authors can improve health and effectiveness by changing the work task.Method The authors have conducted qualitative interviews, a quantitative survey and an experiment to see how the change worked in practice. The data the authors have collected will then be presented with relevant theories to answer our research questions/issues.Conclusion The authors have done a work process that can be used as a tool for change and improvement of health and effectiveness. Detta examensarbete handlar om hur arkitektens roll och arbetssätt förändras när det byggs industriellt med trävolymmoduler istället för traditionellt. Eftersom industriellt byggande är ett väldigt vitt begrepp har arbetets fokus främst varit på industriellt byggda flerbostadshus av trävolymmoduler. En litteraturstudie, fem djupintervjuer av arkitekter som arbetet med trävolymmoduler och en fallstudie av projektet Brf Trädgården har legat till grund för analysen och slutsatserna. Litteraturstudien visade på att det industriella byggandet dras med en dålig syn sedan Miljonprogrammet. I dag är förutsättningarna helt annorlunda men människor är ändå rädda att industriellt byggda projekt är synonymt med monotont och idélöst.

This report documents the process of designing a laboratory exercise in Fourier analysis at Vetenskapens Hus (House of Science) in Stockholm. The lab is designed for high school students studying science or technical education. It focuses on the physicalunderstanding and mathematical description of sound, in particular music. A model of such a lab is presented in this work; containing a review of the mathematical theory, summary of educational research in the field, descriptions of the design process and of the investigativework that led to the final result. The designed material for the lab includes developed computer programs, visit leader tutorial and description for teachers. .

De senaste decennierna har miljö och hållbarhet fått en större betydelseför bygg- och fastighetsbranschen. En rad miljöcertifieringar förbyggnader har vuxit fram.Miljöbyggnad enligt Sweden Green Building Council (SGBC) är ettsvenskt certifieringssystem för att certifiera byggnader inom Energi,Inomhusmiljö och Byggvaror. En certifierad byggnad enligtmiljöbyggnad kan erhålla betyg guld, silver eller brons.Fallstudie har gjorts av brf Stenhuggaren, ett bostadsprojekt där 47bostadsrätter ska byggas, där byggherren HSB Göta:s ambition är attcertifiera byggnaden för Miljöklassning nivå Silver, som är ett led i attnå företagets övergripande klimatmiljömål.Arbetet har bestått av litteraturstudier, intervjuer med medverkandekonsulter i projektet, studier av konsulternas resultat av projekteringensamt undersökning av vad entreprenören ska göra i det praktiskagenomförandet av byggnationen för att säkerställa att uppställda målnås. Manual 2.1 (utgåva 120101) Bedömningskriterier förnyproducerade byggnader, enligt SGBC, har utgjort en del avunderlaget i denna rapport.En av slutsatserna som kommit fram i arbetet är att entreprenörensarbete i produktionen med miljöklassning inte har den betydelse somförfattaren antog inledningsvis, utan det huvudsakliga arbetet ligger iett gediget arbete vid projektering.Att utveckla miljö-och hållbarhetsarbete i projektering kan skapa godförutsättning för att fler byggnader på sikt blir miljöklassade. Detta kan iett längre perspektiv innebära kvalitativa och hållbara byggnader..

Syftet med studien var att undersöka hur läsvila sker i förskolan. Vidare ville vi genom observationer ta reda på hur pedagogen agerar vid läsvilan samt hur miljön där läsningen sker ser ut. Observationer har gjorts vid nio tillfällen med videokamera som hjälpmedel. Resultatet av studien visar att pedagogens interaktion med barnen påverkar hur läsvilan ter sig. Pedagogens agerande vid högläsandet påverkar barnens intresse och koncentration och en engagerad pedagog som läser med inlevelse fångar barnen på ett djupare plan än den pedagog som helt eller delvis saknar inlevelse.

My working process is craft based and influenced by devotion for the textile material and techniques, but the concept is just as important. I mainly do sculptural objects where I treat fascination, frustration and disgust for the human body from a personal perspective. I am also deeply fascinated with Michael Jackson; an iconic figure that I adore above all else. A man with an inner musical ability, dedicated his entire life to tame and signify it through his body. My master work is an investigation where I look upon similarities and connections between my fascination with the body and the admiration and fascination with Michael Jackson.

The purpose of this study was to highlight LGBT asylum-seekers experiences of expressing their sexual identity or gender identity in the country of origin and in the asylum process in Sweden. By interviewing people who got permanent residence in Sweden because of gender or sexual orientation in Utlänningslagen (2005:716) we have been able to explore their own experiences from expressing themselves. This study analyse these experiences from a social psychological perspective, from this analysis we aimed to obtain a deeper understanding of how the experiences from the country of origin affects on the experiences in the asylum process. This study shows that LGBT asylum-seekers often is facing negative reactions from the environment in the country of origin, these reactions can limit their possibilities to express their sexual identity or gender identity in the asylum process in Sweden. The negative reactions they experience in the country of origin have contributed to that many LGBT people internalize feelings of fear to express themselves, feelings that often stays when they come to Sweden to seek asylum.

This thesis uses ten years of data to examine the underlying drivers behind changes in the taxi price, specifically we look at the relationship between the taxi price and changes in the underlying costs. We use a two-step error correction framework to investigate how changes in costs affect prices in the long run as well as in the short run. We also study if the price adjustment process is asymmetric. Furthermore, we examine if price discrimination exists on the taxi market in Stockholm. We find that in the long run the pass-through effect is almost complete, whereas in the short run prices are considerably less sensitive to cost changes.

För att skapa ett hållbarare samhälle måste utvecklingen gå framåt och miljö- och energismarta lösningar utvecklas. De gröna byggnaderna var ett första steg i rätt riktning. Därefter utvecklades de gröna hyresavtalen på den kommersiella fastighetsmarknaden, detta för att kunna fördjupa sig inom miljöarbetet. Avtalets etablering på den svenska marknaden är idag relativt färsk i jämförelse med vissa andra länder, exempelvis Australien.Syftet med vår studie var att undersöka hur det gröna hyresavtalet upprättas och hur parterna i hyresförhållandet löser problemet med kostnads- och ansvarsfördelningen på den kommersiella fastighetsmarknaden och även vad det är som gör att företag väljer att använda gröna hyresavtal.

The purpose was to describehow a person strategically can proceed to build an identity on the internet toget benefits in the job seeking process in the media industry and to describethe importance of the digital identity in the recruitment process in a smallertown. We?ve used a qualitative approach and made eight interviews withrecruiters from the media and also people who have built a digital identity.We?ve used Bauman?s theory about consumer society, Montoya?s eight lawsof personal branding and also theories about profiling, and communicationsplanning to analyze the material.

This master thesis reviews advances in detection and diagnosis of static friction (stiction) in control valves. Control valves suffering from stiction results in oscillating control loops which in turn decreases both the process stability and reliability. Perstorp AB sees a necessity to automatically detect stiction in valves before the effects of the malfunctioning valves have become too severe. This thesis presents an introduction to maintenance, control loops and how stiction in valves can affect performance of control loops.A selection of methods presented in the literature are introduced and examined using normal operating data from the site in Perstorp. Common for all selected methods is their intuitive ideas and that they are based on normal operating data and minimum amount of process knowledge.

In 2002 the local council of Lund, Sweden, decides to implement the UN Convention of the Rights of the Child. A number of actors, such as the state, the civil society, the political society and the bureaucracy, participate in the political process with different authority and points of departure. This thesis studies the actors´ interactions from an inside perspective by applying concepts such as political power, democracy and implementation. The methodological departure is action research from within, a local NGO, the local board of Save the Children Sweden. The results of the study indicate that governance and steering of the implementation process at the communal level is weak.
