The changed role of IT continuously influences organisational development, the individual and his role in the organization, different kinds of structures, management processes and strategies. One of the big concerns for IT firms is the need for IT consultants with enough experience to effectively and rapidly understand the business procedures of the firm in or-der to become a resource. In the classic IT-consultant role in the early days of IT, quite dif-ferent features were expected from them in their work procedures. The structure of how and which tasks they were expected to handle has undergone an indisputable transforma-tion. Today?s IT consultants are expected to know how to think in business strategic man-ners as well as the IT strategic manners.

Uppsatsen syfte är att analysera förändringarna hos tre mikrofinansiella organisationer då de gjorde ett inträde på aktiemarknaden. Fem kritiska punkter behandlas; antalet låntagare, hur fattiga låntagarna är, återbetalningsfrekvensen, ränteförändringar och vinstförändringar. Studien är begränsad till tre år - året före inträdet, inträdesåret samt året efter inträdet. Resultatet av studien visar att samtliga har ökat antal låntagare i och med IPO men endast Compartamos har fortsatt att öka året efter IPO, både SKS och Banco Sol har minskat antalet. Kritiken gällande nivå av fattigdom stämmer endast överens med Banco Solidario, enligt min studie hjälper de endast mindre fattiga människor. Att återbetalningsfrekvensen skulle vara sämre hos de kommersiella stämmer inte med någon av organisationerna.

The purpose with this project was to invent a product that secures buildings sewersystems against rats. The problem was presented to us by a local building maintainer inHalmstad, who had experienced big problems with rats in his real estate. The project hasbeen carried out by Per Johansson, Robert Lidén and Niclas Nilsson under our ownauspices. We are primarily sponsored by AMLI Business Partner but also byInnvationsgruppen, Halmstad Fastighets AB and Anticimex.To be able to secure a whole building with only one product we came to the conclusionthat the product must be placed in the horizontal sewer pipe that connects with themunicipal sewer system. Our goal was to invent a product that prevent rats from passingand at the same time not affect the water flow.

A change of generations occurs several times during a company?s lifetime. It is a process that requires planning and time. If the current owner wants to keep the company within the family, he has two options; he can either sell the company to a family member, or give the company to the new owner, like a gift. When the owner sells the company, it is common that he accomplishes it to a losing price.

A qualitative survey has been carried out in a manning company whose business concept was to employ pensioners. Six pensioners have been interviewed regarding their views on resumed employment. The results of these interviews have been analysed supported by analytic induc-tion. Areas investigated cover: promotion of better health through work, motivation factors, groupings and control, experience and learning, work and spare time and finally strategies that appeal to an older workforce.The purpose of the survey was to investigate whether the manning company utilizes pension-ers? experience and work skills from their former working life.

Mot bakgrund av ständigt återkommande diskussioner om resursbrist i sjukvården har hälsoekonomi framträtt som en framstående disciplin inom hälso- och sjukvårdssektorn. Syfte: Studiens syfte är att utveckla en hälsoekonomisk utvärdering med ett samhällsperspektiv för Össurs knäartrosbehandling med Unloader® One i jämförelse med traditionell farmakologisk behandling. Vidare avser studien att förklara vilka faktorer som är väsentliga att beakta vid utvecklandet av en hälsoekonomisk utvärdering.

Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att studera upplevda tillväxtutmaningar utifrån en företagsledares perspektiv. Sweden is described as one of the most forward-thinking countries in the world when it comes to equal opportunities, yet still management is being dominated by men. Looking at entrepreneurship and gender, the author has written four herstories about female entrepreneurs working, through enterprise, to bring about change to the male domination of top level management. The primary purpose of this master's thesis has been to look at theories on entrepreneurship/ management and gender to analyse how the entrepreneurs relate to their roles as [i] entrepreneurs, [ii] agents of change, and [iii] women. The findings show that they attach particular emphasis to their roles as entrepreneurs. As regards the work for change, being female is described as both advantageous and irrelevant, or insufficient.

 Background and aim: Media development and digitalization has expanded the PR industry's working area. More participants are on the media market and it is becoming more and more difficult to define what PR really is and what the PR agencies/departments really do. Is PR marketing, information, event marketing or maybe propaganda? We believe that the complexity to define the term PR can lead to a loss of critical approach to the business, especially among young people. Has the PR industry managed to eliminate their negative image among students in upper secondary school and what do they associate with PR today? The aim of this essay is to examine what a selection of students associate with the term PR and if they are critical to the PR industry or not.Method/Material: The method is a quantitative survey.
