Upprepad intravenös administrering av trimetoprim-sulfadiazin hos neonatala föl
Eight healthy 3-day-old foals were given repeated injections of trimethoprim-sulfadiazine intravenously for 3 days, at a dosage of 15 mg/kg bodyweight (2,5 mg trimethoprim and 12,5 mg sulfadiazine). Blood samples were collected prior to each administration and for the following 24 hours after last administration. Serum concentrations of trimethoprim and sulfadiazine were measured and the pharmacokinetics for the substances were studied. The elimination half time (t½) and clearance (ClB) for trimethoprim and sulfadiazine for the foals did not diverge from adult horses. According to these data it is possible to assume that the same dose interval and dose can be used for foals as for adult horses.

employees is designed in such a way that it makes it possible for managers to
reach their goals.

Results:
Our results is that the incentive programs for employees in their present form
don?t give the companies a good possibility to effect the employees to perform
towards the goals of the system. The performance measures in the incentive
programs for employees is suitable in comparison with the goals of the program
but the construction and the use of the systems doesn?t give a satisfied result
in comprising with the goals.

The report is a result of a bachelor thesis at the department of business administration, School of Business, Economics and Law, Gothenburg University, spring term 2008. The study examines the potential return of Swedish Venture Capital firms? Cleantech investments, carried out in 2006 and 2007, compared to the return on their other investments.The study has identified a number of factors affecting the return. These have been classified within three areas: the characteristics of the Venture Capital investment, the characteristics of the Venture Capital firm and the market potential for Cleantech. The impacts on potential return for these factors are investigated by means of an interview survey with 18 Swedish Venture Capital firm covering 45 investments in Cleantech.Our research indicates a worse potential return on Cleantech investments compared to other investments.

Purpose: The purpose of our thesis is to analyze the application of models from product branding on job-seeking business students as a way to establish a personal brand.Conclude: We found that the principles of product branding closely resembles those of personal branding and are therefore applicable. The aim of this study is to examine if the leadership style in Faiveley Transport Nordic Ltd has an impact on the psychosocial climate in the workplace. Henceforth, we have checked if the psychosocial climate influences the feeling of satisfaction that exists in the organization and if this in turn influences the degree of extra effort the employee chooses to impose on his or her task. In order to measure the leadership in the organization we have used the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ). The climate, in turn, has been measured through Ekvalls GEFA. All 125 employees in Faiveley Transport Nordic Ltd got the possibility to attend the survey, 58 participated.

Due to the rapid development of the technology within this field of business the IT-customers find it difficult to select among potential suppliers on objective grounds.Purpose: To increase the understanding for the professionl approach of the people involved in the sales- and purchase process of IT-related services in a business-to-business context. The study is taking the buyers'as well as the sellers'perspective into account when analyzing the process. Method: The empirical findings were collected from eight companies in Linköping and Stockholm.
Indicating relationship success : finding new agricultural Business-to-Business partners by evaluating the potential for relationship success
When a company seeks to enter a new market, the multiple choices of possible new business relationships exist. Further, establishing new relationships is a time-consuming procedure associated with high uncertainty and high costs. Hence, if the firm does not succeed in pinpointing the most suitable business partners to collaborate with, the firm may both forfeit other possible good relationships, as well as resources invested. Based on this notion the aim of this thesis is to explore how a manufacturing company can base the selection of future dealership Business-to-Business partners by evaluating indicators of a possible business relationship?s potential to become successful.

Kriterier för prestationsmått
Syftet med denna studie är att bidra med en ökad förståelse och kunskap
gällande de kriterier som skapar relevanta prestationsmått och som används i
vinstdrivande företag. Vidare är syftet att undersöka om tidigare forskares
föreslagna kriterier för prestationsmått uppfylls och om dessa kriterier är
tillräckligt relevanta. Efter genomförda intervjuer och analyser framkom att
det finns stora brister främst gällande uppfyllandet av kriterierna för de
icke-finansiella prestationsmåtten och ett förslag framförs gällande att
företagen borde sträva efter branschöverskridande och standardiserade mått med
klara regler för hur dessa skall redovisas. Vidare föreslås en ny modell
gällande kriterier för prestationsmått samt vidare forskning i ämnet
efterlyses..
