Cause-Related Marketing - En studie om konsumenters uppfattning av Rosa Bandet-produkter
Vårt syfte är att studera svenska konsumenters uppfattning om cause-related marketing på den svenska marknaden samt om detta påverkar deras köpbeslut. Undersökningen avser de CRM-kampanjer där företag samarbetar med välgörenhets-organisationer och tar fram specifika produkter för detta ändamål, som således kombinerar två varumärken. Vi har utgått från ett konsumentperspektiv då vi anser att detta på bästa sätt uppfyller vår problemformulering och syfte. Vi har utfört en kvalitativ studie för att möjliggöra förståelse av de bakomliggande anledningarna till respondenternas svar. Vi har använt oss av teorier om cause-related marketing och co-branding samt TORA-modellen vilken rör köpbeteende.
Intern marknadsföring inom hotellbranschen: en fallstudie av två hotell
The purpose of this thesis was to illustrate the use of internal marketing in the hotel industry. It was decided to conduct a case study on two hotels in the same region, Quality Hotell Statt and Pite Havsbad. The case study is based on personal interviews with the managers of each hotel, who have the ultimate responsibility of the internal marketing work. The research questions were based on why the hotel industry work with internal marketing and how the hotel industry work with internal marketing. The study showed that the hotel industry work with internal marketing on daily basis to get low employee turnover rates, increased employee job satisfaction and high quality services.
Varumärkesbyggande genom marknadskommunikation : En fallstudie av varumärket Hollister
This study aims to describe how a company behind a well-established brand in the fashion industry has strategically chosen to communicate with their target market. Interviews with four individuals in different positions within the company have generated qualitative data, which is presented and analyzed in relation to the theoretical frame of reference in this study. The results show that the company does not use conventional marketing, but relies rather on marketing based word-of-mouth generated by its customer base due to its unique store concepts. Previous research has shown that this type of marketing strategy is effective and beneficial to the brand equity, a conclusion that is demonstrated to also apply to the survey object of this study. Furthermore, it is also shown that this is largely due to the distinct and coordinated image that the company maintains through strict standardization..

At the same time the environment aspects has been given higher priority and the trend continues to extend. A green marketing strategi has proven profitable if the company achieve a high credibility.Problem definition: What factors are important for hotel companies to attain long term business survival trough a green marketing strategy?Purpose: The purpose with this paper is to, trough a case study of Scandic Hotels analyze and find the relationship between trustworthy environmental work and internal factors.Method: This study is based on both qualitative and quantitative research methods. The qualitative data has been gathered through interviews with five different levels of personel, both management and employee, within the company.

Issues regarding the environment are commonly discussed in the media. The most common problem that is discussed is how to decrease the emissions of greenhouse gases by human beings. The municipality of Kristianstad has chosen to work with a project named ?Biogas Kristianstad? which purposes are to use all of the produced biogas as motor fuel and to speed up the introduction of biogas on the local market. This is in an effort to decrease the effects on the environment in the municipality of Kristianstad.
The importance of "During-show Promotion" at Business-to-Consumer trade shows.
The purpose of this paper is to fill the gaps in current research on trade shows. The business-to-consumer aspect has been greatly ignored by academic theorists. We are aiming to make an exploratory study into during-show promotion practices. We will also create a continuation of the Hansen (1999) framework. In order to analyze "during-show promotion" two business-to-consumer trade shows; the ITB in Berlin and EuroHorse in Göteborg were visited.
Att leda den kommunala utbildningsorganisationen : En studie ur förvaltningschefens perspektiv
This study is based on interviews with five directors of educational administration within the Stockholm County. The purpose is to investigate how the directors of educational administrations, in the different municipalities, describe the relationship between the administration and the local school units. Moreover, the aim is also to describe the administration director?s work in relation to the various levels of the administration. To what extent can it be identified as a dimension of the learning organization described in this report.The study shows that skepticism is usually directed upwards toward the next level in the organization and that the decision-making right for local schools is consistently safeguarded.

90-talistens arbetsvärderingar. En studie om framtidens svenska arbetskraft.
Syftet med denna uppsats är att bidra med en utökad kunskap kring generation Y,
som definieras som bestående av 80- och 90-talister, och deras
arbetsvärderingar. Genom att undersöka vilka arbetsvärderingar svenska 80- och
90-talister besitter diskuteras begreppet generation Y och om dessa båda
grupper kan betraktas som enhetliga gällande arbetsvärderingar.
En enkätundersökning genomfördes bland svenska högskolestudenter. Utifrån
resultatet av denna samt ett teoretiskt underlag har vi gett förklaringar till
90-talisternas syn på arbetsvärderingar. Denna syn har sedan jämförts med
enkätresultatet med avseende på 80-talister för att därefter jämföras med
tidigare kunskap om 80-talisternas arbetsvärderingar. Slutligen har innebörden
av jämförelsen diskuterats med avseende på generationsbegreppet utifrån
tidigare forskning.
Efter genomförd studie kan vi konstatera att det är de inre arbetsvärderingarna
som värderas högst av generation Y, följt av de yttre och de frihetsrelaterade.

The objective of the master thesis is to analyze how future business administrators relate to discriminatory structures during their period of studies. Eight students studying business administration have been interviewed. The empirical material is analyzed with theories from the field of research of Critical Whiteness Studies and Feminist Organization Theory. The theories are chosen from a Situated Knowledge perspective. It turns out that the interviewed students have a conception of an ideal student who studies business administration.

Mash It Up! : En studie av musikfestivalers digitala marknadsföring och dess framtidsutsikter
The purpose of this study is to analyze and understand how music festivals in Sweden are marketed today and the changes that will and may occur in the future. Music festivals are a common phenomenon in Sweden today and since most of them only are arranged once a year it gives the marketing of them a special character. Therefore I find it interesting to look at how the development of the Internet will change the marketing of music festivals. This study is based on a qualitative method where I have performed eight interviews with people who have given me their thoughts about this subject.
