One of the main objectives of all food production is to produce foods that can safely beconsumed without fear of being sick. Despite this hundreds of people are affected in Sweden offood poisoning almost every day. Most cases are caused by a small group of so-called pathogenicmicroorganisms. The most frequently affected are the small children, the elderly, persons withreduced resistance and pregnant. The reasons behind the food poisoning are often ignorance andlack of food hygiene.

Genom att studera vad arbetssökande prioriterar vid val av arbetsgivare vill vi undersöka om CSR kan ses som en konkurrensfördel på arbetsmarknaden. Vi har arbetat med kvantitativ undersökningsmetod. Webbenkäter har skickats ut till studenter på Blekinge Tekniska Högskola som examineras inom ett år. Enkäterna har utformats efter de teorier som är relevanta för vår studie. Enkäternas påståenden är CSR relaterade. Undersökningen och sammanställningen av enkäten gjordes i e- val. Vår undersökning visar att CSR kan ses som en konkurrensfördel på arbetsmarknaden.

This paper investigates strategic opportunities for film festivals in a digital film business, with emphasis on Göteborg international film festival and the Swedish film industry. Using a theoretical framework of strategy analysis, the film value chain is examined with special regards to disruptive technology, and the film festival's unique resources are linked to industry structure. It is shown that relationships between actors and across sectors are crucial features of the film industry, and hence a network perspective is added to the theoretical framework. Barriers to entry are shown to be relatively low in all sectors except the cinema market, and it is proposed that film festival's could expand into digital distribution, taking advantage of brand strength, customer loyalty and knowledge of industry. The study adds to the mounting research on film festival practice and its significance for marketing and distribution in the film industry, and highlights the emergence of strategic openings in destabilized networks..

Legislative framework from the EU is favourable and the Commission has set as one of it goals to promote the migration. Globalisation trends and contemporary business concepts need people who are mobile on the other hand. But migration numbers are still low within Europe. The purpose of this thesis is to find out how much the legal uncertainties, and the different culture mentality in the workplace of another country act as barriers in the minds of the people who wish to work abroad.

Slutsatser: I de produktutvecklingsprojekt som vi har haft tillfälle att studera gör alla riskanalys.

Studien består av djupintervjuer med regionsansvarig och fyra medlemmar, en observationsstudie av ett frukostmöte samt studerandet av diverse sekundärdata. Genom vår analys gentemot aktuell teori inom ämnet har vi kunnat påvisa medlemmarna erbjuds en plattform för både sociala och affärsmässiga interaktioner och därigenom etablerandet av relationer med andra aktörer.

This study focuses on the booking agencies in Sweden and their point of view on the reality with a focal point from the mass media perspective, which says that they have become rather wealthy because of the changes within the music business. The mass media describes the booking agencies situation as golden because of the economical and technological changes that more or less have paralysed the record industry. The study is performed with a qualitative approach and is based on interviews with relevant individuals from eight different Swedish booking agencies. These individuals have been chosen to match as many different segments in the booking agency business as possible. On account of the qualitative approach it is difficult to generalize the conclusion of the study.

Syfte: Syftet med vår studie är att kartlägga användningen av icke-finansiella mått inom dagligvaruhandeln för att analysera vilka effekter icke-finansiell prestationsmätning har på företagens ekonomistyrning. Metod: I studien har vi använt oss av en kvalitativ ansats. Vi har intervjuat tre butikschefer för att få en övergripande bild av företagens ekonomistyrning och användningen av icke-finansiella mått. Resultat: Samtliga undersökta butiker använder sig av icke-finansiella mått men i olika utsträckning och på olika nivåer. Dessa mått hänförs till relationen gentemot kunder, medarbetare och miljö. De icke-finansiella måtten har fått ett allt större utrymme inom butikerna under de senaste åren. I samband med införandet av icke-finansiella mått uppstår ökat fokus inom det område måtten avser.

Metod: Forskningsansatsen har varit deduktiv där vi utgått från agentteorin. Undersökningen grundar sig på dokumentstudier där vår datainsamling har bestått av kvantitativ data som fåtts fram från olika årsredovisningar. Teori: Teoriavsnittet inleds med en bakgrundsbeskrivning till revisionsutskottens bildande. I syfte att förklara revisionsutskottens kontroll av redovisningen har agentteori tillämpats. Resultat: Ett inrättande av en mer effektiv bolagsstyrning i form av revisionsutskott har inte bidragit till att revisionskvalitén blivit bättre. Bolag som har inrättat ett revisionsutskott förbättrar dock den interna revisionen genom att förmedla risker och iakttagelser till ledningen.
