Syftet är att ta reda på hur de utvalda företagen utformar presentationen av den frivilliga informationen i sina årsredovisningar för att kommunicera med användarna. Vi har bedrivit en kvalitativ dokumentstudie av fem årsredovisningar. Genom att beskriva vilken frivillig information företagen valt att lyfta fram och hur den har presenterats har vi sökt svar på frågan i vår problemformulering. Resultatet av undersökningen visar att de årsredovisningar vi har undersökt och beskrivit har alla innehållit en hel del frivillig information både om företagets verksamhet och dess omvärld. Kreativ utformning har använts i relativt stor utsträckning för att presentera den frivilliga informationen på ett tilltalande sätt.

The perspective is a democracy perspective and the theory is institutional theory and policy process theory.A selection of citizens? proposals that have arrived to Karlstad municipal between 2008 and 2010 have been studied in detail to analyze how the proposals have been administered and if it matters how the proposals are phrased.

Föreliggande uppsats innehåller en undersökning av styrsystemsrapportering i svenska börsbolags årsredovisningar.Undersökningen är främst inriktad på förekomst och omfattning av styrsystemsrapportering. Tillika vad som rapporteras.För genomförandet av undersökningen har en metod, för undersökning av styrsystemsrapportering i årsredovisningar, framarbetats och använts.Resultatet av undersökningen visar att förekomsten av styrsystesrapporteringen ökat avsevärt under 1990-talet. Men det är fortfarande en majoritet av de undersökta företagen som inte rapporterar alls om sina styrsystem i årsredovisningen.Resultatet av undersökningen diskuteras utifrån ett intressent perspektiv.Resultatet förklaras främst ett ökat krav på framtidsinriktad information från årsredovisningarnas professionella användare..

Examensarbetet är utfört på uppdrag av Generic Systems i syfte att bl.a. utreda begreppet Information Assurance (IA) utifrån given definition (IA is the process of establishing trust for the information we use in our business). Fokus kom att hamna på taktiska militära ledningssystem inklusive ingående individer.Det finns ett stort behov av en sådan här studie av flera anledningar bl.a. eftersom det just nu pågår ett paradigmskifte; från förvaltar- till förbrukarattityd och från need to know till need to share. Det innebär alltså att ett helt nytt synsätt på information håller på att växa framFörsta slutsatsen som drog var att IA är ett verkligt multidisciplinärt ämne som kräver djupa kunskaper inom många och vitt skilda områden t.ex.

För många människor är svält, krig och fattigdom en del av vardagen. Dessa människor kan få ett lättare liv med hjälp av bistånd från rikare länder. Biståndsorganisationerna är dock beroende av bidrag från allmänheten i form av till exempel pengar, volontärarbete eller reducerade kostnader. Lagarna för vad en årsredovisning ska innehålla är utvecklade med fokus på vinstdrivande företag, för att deras intressenter ska få den information som är viktig. Eftersom biståndsorganisationerna har en annan typ av intressenter kan det vara av intresse att se hur de har anpassat sig till gällande regler, och även ta reda på vilken övrig information som går att hitta i deras årsredovisningar..

The aim of this study is to examine the information behavior of younger seniors with a special focus on the Internet. Using a qualitative method consisting of a case study, including observations, diaries, questionnaires, and information diaries, we were able to compare the information behavior of the seniors in their use of the Internet, with the information behavior in their everyday life. The result of the study shows that the respondents led very active lives and used many different information sources in everyday life. They did not only seek information, but also assimilated it, often with a purpose to mediate it to other people. The motives behind the information use in everyday life were mainly connected to their life situations.

De senaste årens utökade användning av IT har lett till att företag samlar in enorma mängder ostrukturerad data. För att kunna hantera detta har olika verktyg och tekniker utvecklats. Dessa verktyg samlas vanligtvis under benämningen Business Intelligence (BI) som kan sammanfattas med aktiviteterna ?hämta relevant information, analysera, finna en vinnande väg framåt, bedöma risk och formulera underlag för beslut?. Om företag är duktiga på att vara analytiska kan de vinna stora konkurrensfördelar gentemot sina konkurrenter.

Public concern and the need of responsible way of doing business have brought forward the issue of sustainability at the forefront of discussion in the last decade. Even though, food retailers are playing an important role in the economy, they are exposed for criticism by media and consumers for any socially and environmentally irresponsible business practices because, the potential environmental and social impacts from their operations are significant. These impacts need to be recognized and properly addressed. The main objective of this study was to assess the sustainable business management of a cooperative food retail business in Sweden, known as Konsum Värmland (KV). The necessary data and information on history and status of KV, and its practical activities concerning the implementation of sustainable development programs as well as the motivation and challenges encountered by KV during the implementation were gathered via reviewing different documents, research papers and press releases; interviewing decision makers and other personnel in KV and other researchers from Swedish University of Agricultural University who have investigated KV.

Många utövare inom hästsporten använder liniment både före och efter hård ansträngning. Liniment används såväl förebyggande som i behandlande syfte av hästars muskler och leder vid smärta och svullnader. Detta arbete syftar till att studera eventuella antiinflammatoriska och analgetiska effekter av olika växtextrakt som kan ingå i hästliniment. Växterna som tas upp i litteraturstudien är Kanel (Cinnamomum insulari- montanum hayata), Neem (Azadirachta indica), Pelargon (Pelargonium spp.), Ricin (Ricinus communis), Rosmarin (Rosmarinus officinalis) och Trollhassel (Hamamelis virginiana). Litteraturstudien genererade endast en studie specifik på djurslaget häst.

I dagens samhälle är majoriteten av våra tillgångar digitaliserade och bevarade i olika typer av informationssystem. Genom Access Control (sv. behörighetsstyrning) säkerställs att användare får korrekt åtkomst till dessa tillgångar. I takt med att organisationer genererar allt mer affärskritisk data i sina informationssystem har dock hanteringen av användare och behörigheter komplicerats. En modern genre inom begreppet informationssystem som länge visat ökad tillväxt är Business Intelligence (BI).

An alternative to the traditional plumbing replacement is the relatively new and untested technique called relining. The purpose of the study is to thoroughly investigate the different types of relining that are currently available on the market to help enhance Peab?s knowledge before purchasing relining services. The study is based on a new approach on how Swedish healthcare is supposed to be controlled and organized. There is a renowned administration problem within Swedish healthcare, which seems to be an obstacle to exploit the resources to the fullest. The latest venture within the healthcare system is patient involvement, where the patients become co-producers of their own care, which aims to both improve and make healthcare more efficient. A few wards in Sweden have implemented this new approach whereupon the study intends to discuss the effectiveness and efficiency in some of these.The study is restricted to three wards, whereof two of these are inpatient wards and the other one is an outpatient ward, within the medical clinic in Jönköping County Council, which has implemented the patient involvement approach in their daily work. The methodology for this study is qualitative in its nature where a time study of personnel time allocation and supplementary interviews with managing nurses on the wards have been conducted.

May Purpose of study: The aim of this study is to create an understanding of how leaders trough a Structural ethical climate can contribute to a Situation-based ethical decision-making of their employees. Method: We have used a qualitative method and conducted semi-structured interviews with respondents from real estate agent firms. When we studied our phenomenon, our overall research deign was qualitative interviews. Our data has been analyzed with an abductive method of analysis, influenced by Grounded theory. Results and conclusions: The study shows that leaders in the real estate agent-business trough a Structural ethical climate contributes to a Situation-based ethical decision-making of their employees by acting as role models, leads by example, highlighting the office values and rewards & punishes behaviors to control their employees? ethical decision making. Suggestions for further research: We believe that future studies can be conducted through observations to study both leaders and employees, to pay attention to employees? opinions and reflect on what affects them.
