Sammanfattning Titel: Riskanalys i Utvecklingsprojekt Författare: Marina Mattsson, Johanna Olofsson, Louise Larsson Handledare: Eva Lövstål Institution: Managementhögskolan, Blekinge Tekniska Högskola Kurs: Kandidatarbete i företagsekonomi, 10 poäng Syfte: Med utgångspunkt från problemdiskussionen är vårt syfte att ta fram dimensioner som är lämpliga för att beskriva hur utvecklingsprojekt gör riskanalyser och vad dessa innehåller. Metod: Vi har i vår uppsats använt oss av en kvalitativ metod. Vi har genom muntliga intervjuer försökt reda ut hur man i produktutvecklingsprojekt gör riskanalyser. Vi har läst forskningsartiklar och litteratur för att sedan gå ut och göra vår empiriska undersökning. Detta för att göra jämförelser mellan författarna och projekten. Slutsatser: I de produktutvecklingsprojekt som vi har haft tillfälle att studera gör alla riskanalys.

This study analyzes 66 Swedish actively managed mutual funds investing in the Swedish stock market during the period 2005-2014. The purpose is through pooled data regressions analyze the relationship between both the mutual fund?s annual fee and risk-adjusted return to the fund?s characteristics. The characteristics of the study are the size of the fund's assets, age, if the fund is bank managed or not, Tracking Error, and standard deviation of return.By using the performance measures of CAPM, Fama and French 3-factor model, and Carhart?s 4-factor model monthly risk-adjusted returns are created for all funds over the period.

Bakgrund: Studier visar att ungefär var fjärde patient som vårdas på sjukhus har riskför att utveckla undernäring. Komplikationer av undernäring orsakar lidande förindividen samt förlänger vårdtiden vilket leder till ökade kostnader för vården.Problematiken med undernäring väntas öka då antalet äldre i samhället ökar. Äldre är enutsatt grupp där risk för undernäring, ätproblem och sömnlöshet är vanligtförekommande. Frågan är om risk för undernäring och ätproblem är vanligare hos äldresom lider av sömnbrist. Syftet: Var att undersöka om det finns ett samband mellansömnlöshet och risk för undernäring samt mellan sömnlöshet och ätproblem hos äldrepatienter.

This thesis aims to examine the conditions for entrepreneurship in Taiwan by the occurrence of cultural phenomenon guanxi. Based on the concept of familiness and guanxi, the family is central in this study of family business. Traditional descriptions of the Asian culture claim that guanxi is vital in the business context. Though, recent studies indicate that significance of guanxi seems to be changing. Therefore the purpose of this thesis is to create an understanding of the importance and relevance of guanxi in the context of Taiwanese family business.By travelling to Kaohsiung, Taiwan to interview six managers of Taiwanese family firms this study?s empirical material was gathered for further processing based on a qualitative approach.

Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka konsekvenserna för ett företag som uppvisar en oren revisionsberättelse. Metod: Kvalitativ metod har använts för att uppfylla uppsatsens syfte. Primärdata har samlats in genom semistrukturerade intervjuer med representanter från var och en av intressegrupperna, kreditgivare, skatteverket och ekobrottsmyndigheten. Teori: För att besvara frågeställningen tas utgångspunkt i den institutionella teorin. Resultatredovisning: Totalt har sju intervjuer genomförts med representanter från var och en av intressegrupperna samt med revisorer.

Samarbetet mellan IASB och FASB med att ta fram en enhetlig redovisningsstandard för företagsförvärv har pågått några år. Den andra fasen av samarbetet har resulterat i förslaget Business Combinations fas II. I denna undersökning tas fasta på de mest omdiskuterade förändringarna som förslaget medför jämfört med nuvarande IFRS 3 Business Combinations. Studien belyser förändringarnas påverkan på balans- och resultatrapporten och huruvida de finansiella rapporterna kommer att ge bättre information till intressenterna tack vare förslaget. En av de mest diskuterade förändringarna i förslaget är tillämpningen av full goodwillredovisning, som blir resultatet av att ett striktare enhetsperspektiv anläggs.

Bakgrund och problem: För att öka stabiliteten i det finansiella systemet utvecklades ettinternationellt regelverk för kapitaltäckning, Basel I. Regelverket innebar att banker skullehålla ett visst minimikapital för att skydda sig mot risker. Det visade sig dock att regelverketinte gav ett fullständigt skydd mot risk, vilket ledde fram till ett reviderat regelverk, Basel 2.Operativa risker har blivit allt vanligare på senare år bland annat tillföljd av globaliseringen.Det nya regelverket innebär att operativ risk liksom kreditrisk och marknadsrisk har blivit enegen riskkategori. De metoder som används för att kvantifiera operativ risk är fortfarande iinledningsfasen. Detta ihop med att det är en svår gränsdragning av begreppet operativ risk tillandra risker, gör det till ett relevant område att studera.

Therefore, local government activities has increasingly begun to implement Business Intelligence tools, with the purpose to facilitate strategic and operational decisions were the result plays an increasing role in today's society.Purpose:This study evaluates how the analysis tool Qlikview fulfills the function of monitoring and controlling the improved student achievement in public schools.Method:The evaluation has been conducted qualitative interviews with staffs that have leadership positions in each municipality and management and possess a deep knowledge of the analysis tool and its processes.Conclusion:The evaluation has shown positive effects on the monitoring and control of student performance through better control of school operations..

Syftet var att beskriva förekomst av risk för eller undernäring samt vanligast insatta och typav förebyggande åtgärder bland personer i särskilt boende samt att undersöka om det fannsskillnader i förekomst av risk för eller undernäring hos personer med neuropsykologiskaproblem jämfört med personer utan sådana problem. Studien hade en beskrivande ochjämförande design med kvantitativ ansats. Datat inhämtades från kvalitetsregistret Senioralert. Deltagarna i studien utgjordes av 341 personer från en kommun i Mellansverige.Resultatet visade att 41,9 % hade risk för eller var undernärda enligt MNA-SF. BMI <22poäng hade 23,5 %.

A central discussion within society and businesses today, is the change of generations in the business market which occurs within the upcoming years. A change of generations is unavoidable and a natural step in business. The challenge of the forthcoming reform is the large number of people leaving the labour market and the grand entrance of new labour; Generation Y. The characteristics of Generation Y differ from the older generation which enhances the challenges for the businesses to attract a new workforce. It may also be necessary for the organisations to adapt to the younger generation.

Municipal safety work is an issue frequently discussed. The new legislation about accident prevention obeys the Swedish municipality to present an action program for accident prevention. In Borlänge municipality there has been no sanctioned proposal for a program. This report presents the problems found and gives proposals for improvements in the future safety work. The guiding words should be unambiguousness, able to control and not too complicated.

Internet dating is a relatively new phenomenon that, in using the opportunities of the internet, has taken traditional dating to a new level. The business idea is simple as such. The company provides its customers with a platform that enables interaction, leaving the value creation to the customers. A qualitative study is conducted investigating and mapping the Swedish market for Internet dating. It is researched what the characteristics of the companies are, what the Internet dating businesses in Sweden offer, what the prevailing market conditions are, and lastly what challenges lie ahead for the industry and how they can be solved.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to observe and describe the work environment of veterinary nurses, focused on fysical ergonomics, in a Small Animal hospital. Method: An observational study was made in the stationary ward in an animal hospital. The observation was based on a checklist from the Swedish Work Environment Authority. Six veterinary nurses was observed over three hours when they nursed the patients. The checklist contained paragraphs concerning work postures, manuell work, knowledge, competence and the design of the workplace. Result: The results was divided into three categories; red, yellow and green.

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate the ways in which emotion regulation and mood affects risk taking when it comes to decision making competence. Emotion regulation is an essential part of the attachment process, the development of an autonomous self and functional stress coping systems. Research indicates that there is a relation between a distorted emotion regulation and some psychological disorders like depression, PTSD, anxiety disorders and borderline (or instable emotional personality disorder). There is a definite need to analyze the relation between emotion regulation and decision making competence since it is relatively unexplored.
