Abstract: Hightech EU/Japan ? a research about European hightech companies? interest in establishing business on the Japanese market with the help from a middleman. Subject: Marketing. Problem: The Japanese market is highly developed and therefore interesting for foreign companies. The Japanese culture is very different from the European and this together with the long distance creates problems for European hightech companies to compete on the Japanese market.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att se ifall hållbarhetsarbetet skiljer sig åt mellan de båda bankerna Nordea och Swedbank baserat på lagstiftad respektive frivillig redovisning. Utifrån Carroll?s trefaldiga modell kommer vi att undersöka inom vilket av områdena ekonomiskt, etiskt och legalt ansvar som den största faktiska förändringen har skett. Vi kommer även att undersöka om det skett en förbättring i det faktiska hållbarhetsarbetet utifrån legitimitetsteorin. Med utgångspunkt i vår problemformulering och frågeställning har vi tittat på bankernas hållbarhetsredovisningar och gjort sammanställningar utifrån ett antal indikatorer, sedan har vi kompletterat denna information genom att intervjua en anställd i en av bankerna som arbetar med just hållbarhetsfrågor. Den information som samlats in har analyseras och tolkats med hjälp av de teorier vi anser vara relevanta i ämnet, bl.a.

Många förändringar har skett i skolan sedan 2006 och debatten har på senare tid handlat väldigt mycket om grundskolelärares ökade administrativa belastning. Intresset väcktes därför att undersöka dessa förändringar genom att fånga grundskolelärares egna uppfattningar om deras möjlighet till delaktighet i förändringsprocesserna och deras uppfattningar om hur dessa förändringar har påverkat deras arbete. Studiens syfte är således att undersöka hur grundskolelärare uppfattar de förändringar som skett sedan 2006 gällande administrationen i deras arbete. The aim of this thesis is to examine how secondary teachers in the subject of history are using the textbook in their teaching. Four questions are being dealt with in this thesis. What importance is being placed on the use of history textbooks by the secondary teachers? What priorities do the secondary teachers have? How do they deal with student interests? And what is the importance of the secondary teachers? work experience? I have interviewed four secondary teachers with different work experience to complete this thesis. A Dictaphone has been used in all the interviews. Research has shown that textbooks now have a central role in teaching and the lack of alternative materials and reduction of teaching hours has made it difficult to replace. The main conclusions of the thesis are that the history textbook has a dual role depending on the teacher you ask, and that the history book is used differently by the teachers.

Den globala ekonomin har gjort att företag är beroende av säker information som ska hjälpa dem att fatta bättre beslut. Allt fler företag agerar på den globala marknaden vilket gör konkurrensen större. Därför behöver företag allt mer och säkrare information. Deföretag som har många konkurrenter behöver mycket information om dessa för att kunna fatta beslut som kommer att ta dem ett steg före konkurrenterna. Att kunna anpassa sig i denna omvärld ställer stora krav på företagen.

Syfte Studiens syfte är att utvärdera internprissystemet på Blekingesjukhuset i Karlskrona. Metod Uppsatsen är en fallstudie av internprissystemet på Blekingesjukhuset i Karlskrona. För att tillföra en viss bredd till utvärderingen utgörs vårt empiriska material av intervjuer med såväl verksamhetschefer, planeringsstrateg, controllers samt sjukhusets ekonomidirektör. Med avsikt att underlätta presentationen av studiens resultat och utvärderingen, som sådan, har vi utformat en utvärderingsmall baserad på den information som samlats in under våra intervjuer. Slutsatser Studien pekar på att sjukhuset använder internprissystemet i syfte att skapa kostnadsmedvetenhet bland de anställda, för att på så sätt förhindra överkonsumtion av tjänster som utförs internt.

Om det är så att investeringarna inte kan återkallas, är de en fråga om nu eller aldrig tillfällen, vilket innebär att möjligheten går förlorad om man inte tar tillfället i akt att göra investeringen. Istället för att se på investeringar som återkalleliga betonar den senaste forskningen på området det faktum att företagen har möjligheten att investera och att de måste utnyttja dessa möjligheterna mer effektivt. Forskningen bygger på att man ser investeringar som optioner dvs som rättigheten men inte skyldigheten att handla på ett visst sätt i framtiden, vilket är analogt med en finansiell köpoption (call option).

In Sweden everyone has the possibility to report deficiencies in animal welfare they encounter. They report this to the county administration in their county and such a report is called a complaint case. Complaint cases are normally handled with animal welfare inspections, carried out by animal welfare inspectors from the county administration in the county where the animal keeper with reported deficiencies lives. The county administrations in Sweden receive a lot of complaint cases that differ in grade of how severe the deficiency is. The complaint cases are given priority by how severe the deficiency seems to be.

Introduktion: Val av läkemedelsform och lämplig administrationsmetod är mycket viktig för patienter med enteral sond. Administrering av orala läkemedel via sond kan leda till komplikationer som obstruktion av sond eller minskad läkemedelseffekt, varför noggrant val och iordningställande av beredningsformen behövs för att minska komplikationerna vid läkemedelsadministrationen. Syfte: Att genom en litteraturstudie svara på vilka problem som kan uppstå när läkemedel ska administreras via sond samt hur man kan lösa dessa problem. Metod: Litteratursökning i Pubmed/Medline, Cinahl, Ovid och Cochrane som resulterade i 14 artiklar, som behandlade administration av läkemedel i sond och olika problem som detta kan leda till. Resultat: Resultatet visar att det vanligaste förekommande problemet vid administration av läkemedel i sond är obstruktion och detta orsakas av olämpliga administrationsmetoder och okunskap om vilka läkemedel och beredningsformer som kan administreras via sonden.

While conducting our practical training we experienced how the structure and the complexity of the municipal administration could, from a white-collar workers perspective, become a limitation and burden for efficient work. Deriving from this experience we found an interest in how politicians reasoned with regards to their relationship with supervisor in municipal old-age care. Kouzes och Micos (1979) ?Theory of organizational behavior in human service? became our point of departure. Their framework was therefore the foundation for our research and work throughout this paper.Our aim with this research was to examine how politicians viewed their relationship with supervisor in municipal old-age care.

Every year, reports are published that shows how universities fail to meet the demand from companies who are looking to hire students with solid communication skills. At the same time, the importance of communication for effective leadership is constantly increasing. Today, many business schools around the world states that they strive to educate future business leaders and have therefore realized the importance of teaching the skills of communications to its students. The majority of Swedish business schools, however, have not yet made communications an essential part of their curricula. This indicates that most business students in Sweden today, do not receive the toolkit needed to take on leadership roles.
