When I got the opportunity to write this examination did I want to write about something that I both was interest in and also can use in the future. I think it?s going to be difficult to carry on the milk production with only 28 cows. I wanted to investigate the possibility to increase the herd of cows. I also wanted to compare this cost with a new cow house the cows where milked with a robot.

The aim of the study is to investigate attitudes about rapists and to determine whether it is felt that they need treatment, imprisonment or a combination of the two. The study examines differences in attitudes between two different educational groups. The first group of students is comprised of those studying on programs that lead to careers working with people, whilst the other contains students who will work in business administration. The investigation also includes views on which punishment alternative the informants believed to be the most appropriate. The same differences are also investigated between gender and age.

In Sweden everyone has the possibility to report deficiencies in animal welfare they encounter. They report this to the county administration in their county and such a report is called a complaint case. Complaint cases are normally handled with animal welfare inspections, carried out by animal welfare inspectors from the county administration in the county where the animal keeper with reported deficiencies lives. The county administrations in Sweden receive a lot of complaint cases that differ in grade of how severe the deficiency is. The complaint cases are given priority by how severe the deficiency seems to be.

Introduktion: Val av läkemedelsform och lämplig administrationsmetod är mycket viktig för patienter med enteral sond. Administrering av orala läkemedel via sond kan leda till komplikationer som obstruktion av sond eller minskad läkemedelseffekt, varför noggrant val och iordningställande av beredningsformen behövs för att minska komplikationerna vid läkemedelsadministrationen. Syfte: Att genom en litteraturstudie svara på vilka problem som kan uppstå när läkemedel ska administreras via sond samt hur man kan lösa dessa problem. Metod: Litteratursökning i Pubmed/Medline, Cinahl, Ovid och Cochrane som resulterade i 14 artiklar, som behandlade administration av läkemedel i sond och olika problem som detta kan leda till. Resultat: Resultatet visar att det vanligaste förekommande problemet vid administration av läkemedel i sond är obstruktion och detta orsakas av olämpliga administrationsmetoder och okunskap om vilka läkemedel och beredningsformer som kan administreras via sonden.

För det första konstaterade jag att det är väldigt svårt att mäta produktivitetsförändringar inom IT-området. Trots svårtigheterna att mäta förändringar var det en som uttryckligen lyckats åstadkomma mer under arbetstiden eftersom intranätet medfört att han kunnat byta ut restimmar mot arbetstimmar. Dessutom kom jag fram till att alla respondenter erhåller mer information än vad de behöver till sina respektive arbetsuppgifter. Situationen är mest akut för människor som är ute och reser mycket, och därför inte har en daglig kontakt till intranätet. Många av intranätanvändarna väljer hellre att ta avstånd från intranätet än att riskera att drabbas av för mycket information.Det är inte många av intranätanvändarna som sitter och letar efter information. Utan hittar de inte informationen på intranätet tar de kontakt med personer som de tror ?sitter med informationen?.

SYFTE: Syftet med denna uppsats är att beskriva vad ökade utbildningsinsatser till medarbetare kan få för effekter på kvalitén i utvecklingssamtalen. METOD: Då vi arbetar utifrån ett tolkande och beskrivande perspektiv kommer en kvalitativ undersökning att behandlas. Vi är intresserade av att studera indikationer på samband mellan olika begrepp och eftersom inga statistiska samband skall beskrivas anser vi att denna form av studie bör genomföras. Vi ska endast kontakta en organisation vilket gör att vi anser att intervjuer som undersökningsmetod är det mest relevanta att använda.

One of the most common ways to produce heat and electricity in Europe today is by the incineration of waste or combustion of coal. These materials can be very sulfurous and during combustion sulfur dioxide is produced. This is an environmental and health related toxic substance which is why power plants have strict regulations on removing it from the flue gas. This report is written on commission by WSP Acoustics. The report studies the outdoor sound levels on school yards in Stockholm. The questions given by the company to be answered was what are the actual sound levels at diffrent school yards with low traffic noise and how can you construct a facade element that reduces the sound level from the outside and meet the indoor requirements. Mesurements for four hours was done at eight schools set north and south of the city centre. The measurement period included one school break and one lunch break.

The aim of this study is to describe and analyse the creation and the design of a new public library. In order to concretize this, the study sets out from two examples, the public libraries in Simrishamn and Landskrona. The material used to attain the purpose of the study consists partly of interviews, partly of literature on the subject. To be able to put these two libraries in their historical context, the essay also provides a short overview of the development of public library buildings in Sweden during the 20th century. Another aspect that is discussed is the actual procedure of planning a public library from scratch.
