This essay reviews the situation for real estate agencies within the Stockholm area. In this essay we assume that costumer loyalty is a requirement for survival on the competitive estate market. Two actors have been compared; A well known national Internet-based agency, Skandia Mäklarna, and a smaller local traditional agent Mäklarfirman Grönberg. These actors have been analyzed up on theories on loyalty, relationship marketing, service marketing, quality and involvement .The conclusion of the essay is that it is possible for small estate agencies to compeed with larger Internet based agencies by building loyal relationships with their customers. This can be achieved if the right strategic decisions are made.

Detta resulterade i att företag ibland även om där inte förelåg ett avskrivningsbehov tvingades till att skriva av värdet på goodwilltillgången. Problem uppstod även när goodwilltillgångarna uppvisade större avskrivningsbehov än de planenliga. Detta resulterade i att goodwilltillgångarna skrevs av i mindre omfattning än nödvändigt.

Deep litter is a system for animals kept in separate stalls, loafing and bedding in wind shelters. The litter can consist of different bedding, like straw and peat. The system is allowed to build over and to ensure optimal proportions it is necessary to add new straw regularly and to have good conditions. Important conditions are aerobic state, humidity, amount of organic substance and acceptable temperatures in the litter. The micro organisms are depending on temperature for their living conditions and to get the bottom layer in the litter to start burning.

During the 90s most companies organized and adopted routines for their environmental work. This work included for example eco-efficiency improvements and the introduction of environmental managing systems. At the UN conference in Rio in 1992 the concept Sustainable development was defined, but it was not until about the year of 2000 that companies in Sweden shifted their work from environmental management to sustainable management. A consequence of this is that they now have to focus on environmental aspect in conjunction with social and economic aspects.The purpose of this study is to gain understanding of what a change of focus to sustainable development means for companies. Has the environmental work suffered in the competition with social/economical aspects under the new sustainable focus? How will the new way of working affect the balance between environmental and social aspects? Changes were studied in five companies by analysing their annual-, environmental- and sustainability reports and through interviews of sustainable managers.

This study shows how to plan a pond with an ecosystem which although it will have turtles living in it will not need to be cared. I will also demonstrate how this pond would be designed to work in the natural landscape on Mallorca. The background to the study is that I am interested to investigate how plants that we in Sweden are using as indoor plants are growing in their natural landscape and how to build a land-scape with them. The study highlights different cleaning-systems that can be used to clean a pond in a natural way. A comparison will be made between the conditions of an exterminated turtle-species which will live in this environment and a species that is easier to care for.

Glycogen is the storage form of glucose and is used by the skeletal musculature as energy both for intense and endurance events. The glycogen content in the horse?s middle gluteal muscle is more than 600 mmol/kg dry weight, and almost 400 mmol/kg dry weight in the human?s Vastus lateralis. In some special occasions, for example in competitions with several moments on following days, there is a need of a fast muscle glycogen resynthesis. The feed intake is of importance for the velocity of the resynthesis.

SammanfattningMed bakgrund av attrevisionsplikten avskaffats för mindre aktiebolag är det aktuellt att undersökavilken nytta mindre aktiebolag ser med revision och vilka faktorer som ärbetydelsefulla vid valet av revision. Tidigare studier har främst varit riktademot större företag än de som nu undantagits ifrån revisionsplikt varför detsaknas studier angående mindre aktiebolags inställning till revision.Vår problemformulering lyder: ?Vilkafaktorer påverkar mindre aktiebolag att frivilligt välja revision??En kvantitativ forskningsstrategi har valts i studien.Utifrån ett deduktivt angreppssätt har en enkätundersökning genomförts pertelefon. Vår kunskapssyn är positivistisk där vi utgår ifrån att befintligateorier skulle kunna förklara valet av revision. Urvalet består av mindreaktiebolag i Umeå, Västerås och Östersund som faller under gränsvärdena förrevisionsplikt.Den teoretiska referensramen består främst av teorier sombehandlar agentförhållanden, behovet av kontroll och informationsasymmetri.Exempelvis agent- och intressentteorin.

Equality is a central aspect within development work. All development work is expected to be influenced by a gender equalty thinking, and these directions are distributed by the Department of Foreign Affairs, through Sida to Forum Syd and down to the very grasroot level, through Forum Syds local cooperation organisations. The essays question of research is a reflection over empowerment, with other words how international organisations influence other societies understanding of the society dynamics. This aspect triggered my interest for the subject, aswell as the link between aid, equality and men, and how these factors are in need of eachother. My study is mainly build on theoretical starting points, and not on earlier studies.

Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att utvärdera utvecklingen av objektannonser i mäklarbranschen genom tiden, vad gäller utformning av annonser och val av mediekanaler. Syftet är även att försöka utläsa om fastighetsmäklaren marknadsför objektet så som marknadsföringsteorin säger att man bör marknadsföra en produkt.Metod: Metoden som används är att samla primärdata genom att göra en jämförelse mellan objektannonser från år 1990 med objektannonser från år 2009. Därefter har primärdata samlats in med hjälp av kvalitativa intervjuer med fastighetsmäklare såväl som med experter som besitter stora kunskaper inom området. Sekundärdata som används är hämtad från litteratur och Internet.  Resultat & Slutsats: Uppsatsens resultat visar att dåtidens fastighetsmäklare inte hade tillräckliga marknadsföringskunskaper för att marknadsföra objektet. Utvecklingen har dock gått framåt och idag besitter de den kunskap som krävs för att marknadsföra ett objekt så som marknadsföringsteorin säger att man bör marknadsföra en produkt.

Den snabba utvecklingen av informationsteknik har medfört stora förändringar i modernt arbetsliv. Nya verktyg uppkommer ständigt i syfte att effektivisera arbete. Intelligenta Agenter är en sådan artefakt vars syfte är bl a att effektivisera olika arbetsuppgifter. Detta verktyg har gjort sitt intåg i och förväntas revolutionera vårt IT- samhälle. När arbetet effektiviseras är det dock inte ovanligt att det sker på bekostnad av andra värden, såsom arbetets innehåll och karaktär.

Syfte:            Denna studie har som syfte att utvärdera påföljdssystemets betydelse för den enskilde fastighetsmäklarens handlande. Vi ska även försöka utveckla det nuvarande påföljdssystemet för att skapa en mer rättvis bedömning av varje enskild fastighetsmäklares handlande.Metod:          För att kunna uträtta vår studie har vi analyserat Fastighetsmäklarnämndens årsböcker år 2007 ? 2009 samt utfört intervjuer med personer inom branschen. Utifrån detta har vi erhålligt vår empiriska data. Dessutom har vi förstärkt vår analysering genom att jämföra systemet med advokatsamfundets påföljdssystem samt använt oss av väsentlig litteratur och lagstiftning.Resultat & slutsats:           Våra slutsatser visar att branschen är i behov av en nyutveckling av sitt påföljdssystem för fastighetsmäklarna.

Social networks have increased significantly during the latest decades, but what does the cooperation include and how does the network processes look like? Networks are not specific for communities in the 2000?s or for that matter human organisations, but the ability to build networks and introduce more actors to the organisation have become easier with today?s communication technology. The study is about the Norrköping Municipality membership in the transnational network Sweden Emilia Romagna Network (SERN). It gives an insight into how networking and cooperation can be seen by politicians and officials, based on mission statements and the reason why a municipality choose to participate in transnational networks. The study aims to examine how Norrköping Municipality uses the SERN network and what the network have resulted in since the beginning of the municipality membership in 2005. It is a qualitative study which involves interviews with officials and politicians from the Municipality of Norrköping and textual material from SERN?s strategy documents and policies.

It is a common-held belief that the social worker for the most part uses oneself as a ?tool? in working with clients. This study seeks to examine that ?tool? in the context of treatment of teenage boys with psychosocial problems such as criminal behavior, drug-abuse and/or abusive home environment. The main purpose is to identify the conceptions of masculinity, and more specific hegemonic and subordinated masculinity, of the professionals working with the boys.

The aim of this study is about how school librarians useweblogs as a working tool. I wanted to examine how someschool librarians use weblogs as a working tool and why theyare using them. I also wanted to know the advantages anddisadvantages they see with this tool. I believe that children andteenagers are interested in social media- tools and also are bigusers and consumers of these tools. Therefore I thought it mightbe interesting to examine how school librarians who havechildren and young people as their main target group, work withweblogs which is one of many social media tools.The methodology used for this study is interviews.

I have through a case study looked on a milkingfarm in Dalarna and been counting on what it would cost to increase the silagestorage. Today they have to little capacity on the existing towersilo because they built a bigger farm with more cows. The reason is that two families decided to start having the production on one farm together and moved all animals from one of the farms to the other farm. So for that reason I have looked on the costs to build a new towersilo or levelsilo. The goal has been not only to look at the buildingcost but also which operatingcost that is included with the different alternatives. I have taken tenders from two different towersilocompany, Bjurenwall and Svenska Neuero and taken tenders from Abetong for a levelsilo with roof and one without roof. The overall feed requirements on the farm is on 240 tonnes dry extract and the old towersilo hold 110 tonnes dry extract so the need for a new foundation is on 130 tonnes dry extract.
