AbstractThe dynamic environment means that organizations always faces new challenges. There are various factors which could affect the process of change thus the purpose of this investigation is to research into the key values of organizational changes. We have done an in-depth research about a planned and ongoing process of change in the organization HEM. The aim is to investigate how knowledge and learning are spread among the staff in the company before and during changes. Also further investigation has been made to study the communication between management and employees through the changes. This report includes seven individuals with different working positions within the organization.

The thoughts of a common school for all children have been around since the 1800?s but was something that was introduced in Sweden first in 1962. When the curriculum for primary school came in 1980 there was a new concept, a school for all. With a school for all it was aimed that all children should have the right to participation and a common education no matter what needs they could have.During my education I have come across the concept a school for all and that is something that interested me. Today?s curricula and school laws aim to ensure that all children have the right to equal education and inclusion whatever needs you have.The purpose of this study is to find out some pedagogues? thoughts and work around the concept a school for all.

This thesis will explore how swedish Talang 2010 used their strategic communication in Kalmar and Stockholm and how the effect of this work was shown in the two cities. With a focus on how the sender was working with the external communication in the two cities, the heart of the research was studying Talang 2010?s communication strategy in these two contexts. The research was made with surveys during two audition days in Kalmar and two days in Stockholm. The competitors, the audience and the general public were answering different surveys but with the same base to study the effect.

Fler och fler kommuner övergår till en mer miljöstyrande avfallstaxa. Därför är det av intresse att utreda avfallstaxans (dvs. priset på avfallshanteringstjänsten) förmåga att ändra hushållens avfallsvanor och därigenom även vilken miljöstyrande verkan taxan har. Hur priskänsliga är hushållen för avfallstaxan och dess utformning? Enfamiljshushållens priskänslighet för brännbar kärl- och säckinsamling skattas i tre kommuner (Storuman, Sjöbo, Sundbyberg) och en kommungrupp (Gävle, Ockelbo, Sandviken, Hofors och Älvkarleby) genom grova elasticitetsmått.

För att arbetet i ett projekt ska flyta på så smidigt som möjligt så gäller det att ha en bra projektorganisation. I litteraturen finns flera projektorganisationsmodeller beskrivna, men dessa är skapade för idealförlopp och går sällan att använda rakt av i verkligheten. Istället för att ta fram helt nya organisationsformer skulle företag kunna spara både tid och pengar på att direkt kombinera teorins idealmodeller. Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka hur teorins traditionella projektorganisationsmodeller kan kombineras. Rapporten baseras på intervjuer på ett företag som har en lång erfarenhet av projektarbeten och som tagit fram en projektorganisationsmodell som innehåller delar från flera idealmodeller.

The aim of the study was to describe what district nurses, who work with telephone- advice, document in patient record, to be able to develop their documentation. The Authors have examined 50 patient records. The examination tool is collected from ?Lokal anvisning för hälso- och sjukvården I Södra Älvsborg?. The audit areas was record keeping, review and planning, realization, individual nursing and the patients participation, information, education and agreement.

The main objective of the essay is to define the meaning of the termgovernance network on the basis of democratic values ? both normative andimperial - with the aim to analyse the prospects to develop an effective anddemocratic governance. Democratic values as well as civil participation,enlightenment, responsibility and approachability are discussed, but also moreeffectivness orientated values.It is clear from the presentation how normative and democracy models putdifferent values in focus, with the consequence that other values are played downor pushed aside. Compared to imperial research in partnership ? by definition atype of network arrangement - and with a starting point in democracy andefficiency, the networks are discussed as political formation.In what sense can the actual existing network arrangements meet and fulfil thedefined political values? This essay investigates the results of participation by teenage girls in feminist groups, the so called girl groups. These groups are descendants of the awareness-raising groups of the 1970?s feminist movement. The essay assumes the relevance of theories of heteronormativity and performativity, as well as theories surrounding two different ways to organize girl groups. It is done either through the Pippi-feminism, named after strong independent book character Pippi Longstocking, or through the collective empowerment feminism.

Denna uppsats grundar sig i en kvalitativ studie som behandlat fallgropar som återfinns inom projektstyrningen i IT-projekt. Att IT-projekt ofta framställs som över tid och budget och därmed som misslyckade var ett intressant fenomen som vi ville titta närmare på. Vårt fokus låg på själva projektstyrningen av projektet och av den anledningen uteslöts faktorer som utvecklingsmetod eller designaspekter i projektet. Vårt syfte med studien var att undersöka varför IT-projekt inte når framgång ur ett projektstyrningsperspektiv och vår centrala frågeställning var vilken inverkan har projektstyrningens fallgropar på ett IT-projekts framgångar? För att besvara vår uppställda frågeställning utfördes en litteraturstudie där vi tittade på förändring i organisationer, motstånd mot förändring samt de fallgropar som kan återfinnas vid projektstyrningen av ett IT-projekt.

Syftet med detta arbete har varit att analysera effekterna av ett styrkort och dess samverkande system och hur styrkortet påverkar organisationen. Slutsatsen är att styrkortet inom fallföretaget Skandia Marknadsstöd Spar AB skapar engagemang och delaktighet i företagets samtliga processer genom sin fokusering på rätt saker och aktivitetsbaserade styrning. Det är företagets huvudstyrsystem som ger en helhetsbild av verksamheten. Genom kopplingen till budget, målstyrning och utvärdering, organisatoriskt lärande samt belöningssystem förbinds enhetens övriga aktiviteter till modellen. Belöningssystemet ger individen incitament och skapar trygghet i en kontext där kontinuerliga förändringar efterfrågas och höga krav ställs på kunskapsutveckling.

The aim of this bachelor thesis has been to examine and develop our own understanding about how young people in Sweden (16-29 years of age), take part in cultural activities. As librarians it is important to know what kind of activities and interests this particular group has. With Pierre Bourdieu?s theoretical framework towards habitus and capital we are interested to see if there is a connection between one?s cultural use and background, if different access to capital with or within groups has an affect or not. With both statistics and interviews with people within our target, we believe this data has been sufficient enough to conduct a good and valid study.

Background:About 250 000 children develops cancer every year. Most of them has a parent and a family who also is getting affected. During this time the parents go through a crisis and the nurse had a central role to help them through the hard time. Aim: The aim of this study was to illuminate parent´s experiences of living with a child with a cancer diagnose during the illness. Method: A literature -based study, qualitative content analysis of 14 qualitative articles.

The main objective of this study was to find out what pedagogical documentation does and to get knowledge of what you may need to consider in order starting a process of change with a focus on pedagogical documentation. To get answers to my questions, the study is based on pedagogical theories from scientists and interviews with three preschool teachers who have different experience on documentation. My main questions were: What characterizes a pedagogical documentation? What tools / materials do I need to do a pedagogical documentation? What is important to consider when starting the process of change with pedagogical documentation? The result shows that pedagogical documentation is an approach that is based on that one is curious, interested, observant, listens, talking and researching with children and colleagues. You give the kids great participation which you can then pick up the children's learning processes and reveals that the business and the children develop according to curriculum objectives.

Försvarsmaktens budget blir allt mindre, detta innebär att man inte kan öva i samma omfattning med riktig ammunition och fordon. Intresset för digitala krigsspel och simulationer har därmed ökat. Men för att använda sig av spel i utbildning måste man veta hur man skall använda dem.Syftet med uppsatsen har således varit att undersöka om man kan använda sig av digitala krigsspel i sig självt som en bärare för lärande. Kan deltagarna lära sig taktik genom att bara spela ett spel? Det finns flera olika synsätt som stöder alternativt motbevisar om hur lärande sker då man använder sig av spel för lärande.
