Budgeten började användas för att planera och samordna verksamheter och senare blev strategisk planering vanligt. Budgeten används som en plan för inkomster och utgifter under en viss tid. En plan upprättas för att skapa mål och handlingsvägar. Strategin och budgetprocessen utför tillsammans grunden för att besluta om vilka mål som är realistiska och hur de målen skall uppnås.Politikerna ställer idag krav på de myndigheter som de ansvarar för.

The study proceeds from a phenomenom called co-creation. If value can be created, it is logic to asume that it also can be destroyed. This phenomenom has earlier not been applied to long-term relationships such as business to business. In a business relationship it is important to identify factors, that leads to co-destruction, to be able to prevent them from appering. The purpose of this study is to identify which factors leads towards co-destruction.The study have used theories from Echeverri & Skålén (2011) which has designed a model explaning the outcome of co-creation and co-destruction.

Animals in zoos live in more barren environments than their conspecifics in nature. In nature, elephants spend more than 75 % of the day foraging and have been observed lying down two hours during night. Stereotypies are common in many different species in zoos. Stereotypic behaviors may constitute up to 50 % of the daily activity budget of zoo elephants. Modern zoos try to reduce stereotypic behaviors by means of environmental enrichment.

Ett företags varumärke förmedlas genom dess externa kommunikation till potentiella kunder och denna process är avgörande för företagets framgång på marknaden. Småföretag har i regel en liten budget och tillämpar därför marknadsföring från ett kostnadsperspektiv.Syftet med uppsatsen är att beskriva vad tre småföretag med begränsade finansiella resurser vill förmedla med sitt varumärke och hur de gått tillväga för att externt kommunicera det. Den externa kommunikationen har undersökts med stöd av en modifierad version av Duncans (2002) kommunikationsmodell. Angreppssättet som har använts är fallstudier och som insamlingsmetod för den empiriska delen har telefonintervjuer använts. I slutdiskussionen konstateras att många olika kanaler har samverkat för att kommunikationen ska ske på ett kostnadseffektivt sätt.

Iden här uppsatsen riktas fokus mot avvikelserna som uppstår i budgeten, vi undersöker faktorer somkan ligga bakom budgetavvikelser genom en fallstudie. Uppsatsen avgränsas till verksamheter utanvinstintresse. Arbetet inleds med en litteraturstudie som redovisas i tidigare skedet av uppsatsen. Vikartlägger sedan organisationsstrukturen, ekonomistyrningen, budgetprocessen ochbudgetavvikelserna för Kungälvs samt Skaraborgs sjukhus.

Föreliggande arbete utgör en delstudie i projektet Automatiserad telefonuppföljning inom Kriminalvården. Projektets övergripande syfte var att undersöka tillämpbarheten av Interactive Voice Response (IVR) som en modern metod för utvärdering, övervakning och påverkan av intagna som blivit villkorligt frigivna från ett fängelsestraff. IVR är en metodik baserat på automatiserade telefonintervjuer som bl. a innebär att en dator har programmerats för att ringa upp, ställa frågor, registrera svar och ge feedback till klienterna. I tidigare publikation från projektet undersöktes med hjälp av automatiserade telefonuppföljningar (IVR) hur stress och mående samt användande av alkohol och droger utvecklas under de trettio första dagarna efter avslutad anstaltsvistelse (Andersson et al, 2011).

Ideella föreningar kräver mycket tid i anspråk från ideellt arbetande personer. För närvarande är det inte lätt att förmå människor att ställa upp och arbeta ideellt och sitta i styrelsen då det är mycket annat som drar, till exempel arbete, familj och tv-tittande. Av den orsaken ville vi förstå hur ideella föreningar styrs genom ekonomiska och ideella mål och vi har ställt oss frågan vilket behov av resurser i form av kompetens, monetära resurser och ideellt arbete anser ideella föreningar att de behöver för att bedriva verksamheten? För att uppfylla vårt syfte ville vi göra en undersökning av en samhällsnyttig förening och valde Svenska Brukshundklubben. Undersökningen genomfördes genom fallstudier av Brukshundklubbens centrala nivå, distriktsnivå och lokala nivå.

The aim of this study was to acquire knowledge about the working conditions of people's gainful employment. The research was conducted at one of the regional social insurance offices of Malmö with participation of ten of their employees. The research method of choice was a phenomenological approach. One open question about the working situation was answered freely. The results indicate a rather severe discontent about the workplace.

The aim of our study is to deepen our understanding of how both social workers and clients describe how user influence within substance abuse care for adults can work. What difficul-ties do they describe meeting, with regards to possibilities to influence the care? To achieve our purpose we had a qualitative approach for this study. It?s based on open thematic inter-views with 3 clients who have substance abuse problems, and with 3 social workers, working at Social Services in Stockholm.

There is a discrepancy between national school guidelines towards inclusive education, and the current political trend towards economic efficacy, that may be problematic for teachers. The aim of this contextual study is to formulate a contextual understanding of the participating teachers? perceptions of their effort to help all their students achieve the goals set forth by school curricula, and use this understanding for the purpose of suggesting points of entry for special needs educators´ guidance of teachers? practices towards more inclusive education.Information was gathered by sending an extensive web questionnaire to all teachers within a given headmaster´s administration, sending web questionnaires to a majority of third grade students taught by those teachers, conducting interviews with a few of the participating teachers as well as with the special needs educators, carrying out a classroom observation, and gathering additional information concerning working conditions and social interactions.The data gathered in this case study has been subjected to an analytical process comprising of an assessment of the degree of inclusive approach, using the Inclusive Approach through Participation as well as the Framework of Participation, technical triangulation of all data post the inclusive assessment, and analysis of context by the Ecology of Human Development/the Bioecological Theory.The analytical process has resulted in a contextual description that has enabled me to suggest possible points of entry to be used in special needs educators? guidance of teachers? practices towards inclusive education. The degree to which there exists a collegial sense of security, varied forms of teacher-student interactions, collegial cooperation, pedagogical discussions, a dialogue in search of mutual understanding, and consequent follow-ups appears, in the light of the limited selection of participants, as relevant to these teachers ability to help their students.Further research is needed to identify valid points of entry for special needs educators? guidance of teachers? practices towards inclusive education.

This essay examines fans contributions in a transmedia culture. I examine how fans relate and use the fictional worlds in the creations of their own films. The study focusing on the use of graphical elements and character design in some fan films. The examination is done by using two intertextual theories. One of the theory is Lubomir Dolezel theory on transfictional relationships and the other one is Gérad Genette theory on the realtion in transtextuality.

Syftet med studien är att förstå hur den utvalda organisationen arbetar mångfaldsfrämjande vid rekrytering och tar tillvara på de egenskaper mångfalden bidrar till. Studien baseras på en empirisk undersökning där en kvalitativ metod i form av informantintervjuer i kombination med en dokumentstudie ligger till grund. De teoretiska utgångspunkterna för studien baseras kring två stora huvudområden för studien: rekrytering och mångfald. Där författarna Lindelöw (2008) och Fägerlinds (2012) tankar och teorier till största del har använts i bakgrunden och resonemangen. Studien visar att organisationen har verktyg och metoder för att främja mångfald i organisationen vid rekrytering, men att cheferna har kommit olika långt i sina verksamheter med mångfalden.

International reading comprehension studies, like PIRLS and PISA, state that the reading comprehension of Swedish students has decreased significantly since 2000. As a consequence, the National Agency of Education has made reading comprehension teaching a prioritised field in terms of further education for teachers. There has also been a change in Lgr 11, the national curriculum for compulsory school, where it is stated that teaching in reading strategies shall be a part of the central content throughout compulsory school. When the pupils reach upper secondary school level, reading comprehension education is no longer a part of the curriculum. Today, students at upper secondary school for individuals with learning disabilities currently share the same curriculum as the ordinary upper secondary school.

The purpose of this paper is to find out if there are any simple solutions to attract an increased use of public transportation in a smaller town in Sweden. Simple solutions are measures that can be taken within the current budget, and which do not require large investments and extensive political decisions. In order to search for possible solutions I needed to find out which factors and attitudes that determine why people choose public transportation and peoples? traveling habit. I have made a survey study of satisfaction and attitudes among the consumers of a public transportation company in Växjö; Länstrafken Kronoberg.
