Syfte: Syftet med vår studie är att undersöka kommunikationens betydelse för samspelet mellan identitet och image och hur detta uppfattas av ledning, medarbetare, kunder och agenter.Referensram: Vi har i denna studie beskrivit vad identitet är utifrån bland annat Balmer och Greysers (2002) teori om multipla identiteter. Vidare tillämpas teorier kring intern kommunikation och intern marknadsföring för att belysa deras betydelser för den interna bilden. Utöver denna interna bild beskriver vi även vad image är och vilken betydelse den integrerade marknadskommunikationen har för dess uppfattning.Empiri: Vår empiri baseras på en semi-strukturerad intervju med en person ur ASMs ledningsgrupp samt enkätstudier med medarbetare, kunder och agenter. Vi har även studerat företagets hemsida.Slutsats: Vi kommer fram till att ASMs identitet överensstämmer med ASMs image. Företaget har en väl fungerande extern kommunikation, men uppvisar interna brister i kommunikationen..

Background Adolescents and adults suffering from needle phobia have an unreasonable fear of needles that leads to negative experiences if they do not get the support they need. Negative experiences lead to patients avoiding health care, or these experiences affect important aspects of life. The suffering that a patient experiences may be obvious to some, but others hide it, and then it will be more difficult to detect. The nurse's role is to recognize the suffering and its different reactions in order to alleviate and prevent unnecessary suffering of the patient. AbstractEvidence based research has shown that organized parent support programmes have a goodeffect in strengthening the role of the parent and preventing problems during growth. Thisin turn has a great significance for Public Health.Komet is one of the evidence based programmes used in Sweden, based on Americanprogrammes and adapted to Swedish conditions.This qualitative study consists of interviews with six children between six and nine yearswith behaviour problems, whose parents have taken part in the Komet programme.With Grounded Theory as research approach the children?s experiences of the programmeand relations within the family have been looked into and analysed.The result of this study suggests that a space for growth of their own is a common need ofthe children, and that this can be achieved by giving them the opportunity to function in afamily environment where they are seen and understood.The Komet programme contributed to this by giving the family tools to strengthen relationswithin the family, create calm and make the children more visible.The self image of the children in this study had improved which gave them more room togrow in a strengthened family situation. This in turn improved conditions for good feelings,and sense of well being, of importance for child development and health..

Syfte: Syftet med arbetet är att studera Thysells identitet och image för att identifiera eventuella gap i överensstämmelsen mellan dessa begrepp. Vi vill vidare beskriva hur företaget genom positionering kan föra identitet och image närmare varandra. Detta är en förutsättning för att få nöjda och lojala kunder samt förbättra företagets lönsamhet. Metod: Genom att konstruera en lönsamhetskedja, bestående av begreppen identitet, image, kundnöjdhet, kundlojalitet och lönsamhet, gör vi det teoretiskt troligt att god överensstämmelse mellan identitet och image är en viktig del för att ett företag ska kunna öka sin lönsamhet. Vi applicerar kedjans två första begrepp på fallföretaget Thysells.

Determination of serum thymidine kinase 1 (TK-1) activity is used as a tumour marker in both human and veterinary medicine. TK-1 is an intracellular enzyme involved in a salvage pathway of DNA synthesis. The expression of TK-1 is cell cycle dependent and the activity increases markedly after the G1 to S transition in the cell cycle and then declines rapidly in G2. The pronounced proliferative activity in tumour cells result in a higher TK-1 enzyme activity within the cell. The fact that the increased TK-1 activity can be measured in serum makes TK-1 a useful marker in diagnostics of neoplastic diseases and it provides information regarding prognosis and treatment effectiveness. In human medicine a radioactive based test is used to determine the TK-1 serum activity.

Arbetet har för avsikt att utreda möjligheter och hinder som finns vad gäller profilering i Kalmar stad, samt vilka faktorer som påverkar och vad det kan ha för konsekvenser. Undersökning och kartläggning av profilering har gjorts för att avgöra hur Kalmar arbetar aktivt med stadens image, evenemang och varumärke. Bakgrund: Antal personer som får diagnosen cancer ökar varje år. Palliativ vård innebär vård, lindring och stöd i det skede då sjukdomen inte längre går att bota. Cancer är en av de sjukdomar som kan leda till palliativ vård. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att undersöka personens upplevelser av sjuksköterskans omvårdnad inom palliativ vård. Metod: Metoden som användes var litteraturstudie.

This qualitative studie discusses how psychologists can integrate clients' secular or religious philosophies into counseling and psychotherapy, as themes that are psychologically meaningful. The studie also discusses how psychologists can understand and respond to the psychological aspects of clients' existential and religious experiences. Eight psychologists were interviewed and their experiences were analysed using a phenomenological method.The results of the interviews suggested that the eight psychologists could handle the psychological aspects of clients' philosophies, by investigating their own personal philosophies and scientific ontologies. It was also discussed how an awareness of the psychologists' professional boundaries and personal experiences of existential and religious phenomenons, could facilitate an integration of clients' existential and religious experiences..

Bakgrund: Cancer är ett samlingsnamn för många sjukdomar som har gemensamt att sjukaceller börjar dela sig okontrollerat och bildar tumörer. Ordet cancer är skrämmande och dendrabbade begränsas av sjukdomen, men det är inställningen till sjukdomen som avgörupplevelsen av hälsa.Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats var att undersöka hur individer med obotlig cancersjukdomupplever sin hälsa.Metod: Uppsatsen utfördes med en kvalitativ ansats baserad på sex självbiografier skrivna avpersoner med obotlig cancersjukdom. För att analysera biografierna användes kvalitativinnehållsanalys (Lundman & Hällgren Granheim, 2012)Resultat: Det framkommer i resultatet att stödet från närstående och vänner var viktigt liksomatt leva så normalt som möjligt. Gemensamt var att finna livskraft och mening i stödet ochkärleken de fick från sina närstående samt att kunna leva sitt liv som de gjorde innan de blevsjuka. Även den religiösa tron var viktig och gav styrka och hopp.Slutsats: Trots att de sjuka visste att de skulle dö inom en snar framtid så kunde de ändå finnahälsa i sitt liv.

Problem: How should a company act to sustain a strong identity and thereby a strong brand image when operating in a changeable world?Purpose: The purpose of this thesis is to analyze whether the corporate identity of Academic Work is strong or fragmented. Further more this thesis aims to give recommendations on how the company could continue working to maintain a strong brand image. Methodology: The thesis is a case study of Academic Work. The study is based on data collected from interviews, a poll as well as data from the company website.

The librarian profession is dominated by women. The aim with this essay is to find out howmen and women in this field get on together, and how they experience their psycho·social work situation bearing this in mind. Are there any advantages or disadvantages being a woman or a man in this profession? What do the librarians think about the future? Men and women working at five different public libraries, where the domination of women is greatest, have been interviewed. The essay is based on their opinions and experiences.The female and male librarian get on well with each other and have a good cooperation.There are not many advantages or disadvantages depending on the sex in the profession, but the image, status and salary would probably be better, if there were more men in the profession.

ABSTRACTIntroduction: Violence towards employees in the psychiatric ward is increasing at an alarming rate. Reports concerning the effect on the staff?s psychological health are disturbing. These workforces are those most affected by brutality and for ages it has been looked upon as a part of the psychiatric line of work. This viciousness is threatening the safety for both the personnel and the patients.

Sammanfattning Bakgrund: Cancer är en av de vanligaste folksjukdomarna i Sverige. Vid cancer sker en okontrollerad mutation av cellerna som leder till tumörbildningar. Sjukdomen förändrar den drabbades liv och kan ge sociala, emotionella och existentiella konsekvenser. Metod: Författarna har genomfört en deskriptiv litteratur studie med 22 artiklar från olika länder med syftet att beskriva cancerpatienters upplevelser av existentiell smärta. Resultat: Studiens resultat är presenterat i två teman: Lidande som berör kropp, psyke och socialt liv med subteman: Fysiskt, psykiskt och socialt lidande och Spirituellt lidande med subteman: Tankar kring andlighet, Att uppleva acceptans, Att fina mening och Att känna hopp. Teman och subteman beskriver patientens upplevelser av existentiell smärta vid cancer. Fysiska lidandet uttrycktes i form av trötthet och andra biverkningar från cancerbehandlingen.
