Syftet med studien ?r att unders?ka hur n?gra speciall?rare med specialisering mot spr?k-, skriv- och l?sutveckling som arbetar p? skolor med god m?luppfyllelse i svenska, beskriver att de planerar, genomf?r, f?ljer upp och vill utveckla insatser i l?sundervisningen i ?rskurs F-3 efter att l?sscreening gjorts f?r att elever med l?ga resultat ska utvecklas mot en god l?sf?rm?ga. De centrala fr?gest?llningar studien fokuserar p? ?r hur speciall?rare beskriver att de anv?nder elevers testresultat f?r att planera och genomf?ra insatser efter l?sscreeningen, hur de beskriver att de f?ljer upp insatser samt hur de skulle vilja utveckla detta arbete.

Idag finns det inte n?got krav p? elevh?lsa p? komvux eller p? yrkesh?gskolan. Samtidigt visar flera studier att vuxna elever i behov av st?d ?kar. P? komvuxutbildning l?ser eleven gymnasiekurser mot ett yrkesprogram och yrkesh?gskolan ?r en eftergymnasial utbildning som utbildar mot ett yrke.

From my own experience as a school counselor I have learned that the decision making processes in terms of supporting and helping the students is extremely hard and very individual. In different situations, a different approach between individuals is present. I thought about which factors effects the school counselor?s way of handling problematic situations. I soon realized that the individual has a great effect on the work itself.

Syftet med detta arbete är att få en djupare inblick i den venezolanske kompositören Antonio Lauros gitarrmusik genom att analysera och interpretera några av hans valser. De metoder jag valt innefattar litteraturstudier, interpretationsanalys, kompositionsteknisk analys och inspelning av musiken. Jag har inriktat mig på att placera musiken i en kulturell kontext och att identifiera stiltypiska drag för den venezolanska valsen och hur dessa element återspeglas på Lauros personliga sätt i hans kompositioner. Lauros valser för gitarr har en stark koppling till folkmusik men har även sin förankring inom en akademisk tradition. Med utgångspunkt från detta har jag sedan gjort en egen tolkning och inspelning av ett antal stycken.

SCA Skog has taken the initiative to this Master?s thesis. Today SCA Skog has a great need to update their informtion on young forest stands across large areas. Traditional field inventory methods for updating stand databases are expensive and time consuming. However, the inventory could be made more efficient if stand boundaries and stand characteristics are derived from aerial photographs.

The Swedish group contribution rules do not include a right to deduction for cross-border group contributions unless the receiving company is taxable in Sweden. There has been much discussion regarding whether the rules are compatible with EC law. On 11 March 2009 the Swedish Supreme Administrative Court ruled ten cases concerning the right to deduction for cross-border group contributions. In three of these judgments deduction for a group contribution from a Swedish parent company to a foreign subsidiary within the EEA was allowed, despite that the subsidiary was not taxable in Sweden. The main purpose of this master thesis is to analyse whether the interpretation of the Supreme Administrative Court concerning the right to deduction for cross-border group contributions is compatible with EC law.

This master thesis concerns the relation between law and the theory of the conceptual metaphor which has developed within cognitive linguistics. Although its main focus is abstract thinking, it also covers a wide range of aspects within cognitive linguistics, such as the prototype theory and radial categories. In order to address this relation, three questions will be dealt with. Firstly, does the theory of the conceptual metaphor have relevance to interpretation of legal rules and contracts? Secondly, can the same theory explain why a legal rule or a contractual term has been interpreted outside of its most given area of application? Thirdly, when an interpretation is not predictable from a legal viewpoint, can such an explanation answer to that fact? Answering the first question will require a descriptive analysis of the conceptual metaphor and cognitive linguistics.

The swedish law of contract is fundamental within several civil law areas, among others labour law. The labour law contains more explicit legislation specificly adapted to the relation between employers and employees. Sometimes the labour law needs to rely on more general regulations, such as the law of contract. When the situation contains a specific contract relation dilemma it is logical to use the law of contract, when for example the law of employee protection does not reach an acceptabel solution.Transfer of undertaking is a situation were the employee protection is disregarded. The Euro directive 2001/23/EG prescribes, by its implemented rules in the law of employee protection, that rights and duties, such as employement agreements, passes on to the earner of the business.

AimThe aim of this study is to examine students' previous experiences of stay in the nature and their experiences of nature in the context of teaching situations in friluftsliv at GIH. It also aims to elucidate how the teaching of friluftsliv at GIH affects their former interpretation about nature. The questions of the study are: What past experiences of stay in the nature elucidate GIH-students? Have the students approach to nature changed according to the education? If yes ? how? What affects students' perception of nature? MethodTo answer the questions, a quantitative approach (questionnaire survey) and qualitative methods (interview study) was used. The qualitative method is based on phenomenology and hermeneutics.

Syftet med den här studien är att belysa dansens utformning och betydelse i skolan. Detta med avseende att ta reda på om dansen bör komma in i grundskolans tidigare år för att fånga upp pojkarna och även försöka lyfta fram vilka förutsättningar som krävs för en bra dansundervisning. Syftet är också att kunna förstå och utveckla min egen men förhoppningsvis andra danspedagogers dansundervisning i skolan och vill under studiens gång försöka bilda en uppfattning om hur dansen kan bli mer tillgänglig och intressant även för pojkarna. Den dans som det talas om här är konstnärlig dans, dans som sceniskt uttrycksmedel. Metoden jag använt mig av är kvalitativa intervjuer samt litteraturstudier. I tidigare forskning har det visat sig att pojkar har en negativ inställning till dansundervisning, när det ordas dans. Men danspedagoger som har undervisat pojkar ser en positiv inställning hos pojkar under själva danslektionen. För att fånga pojkarnas intresse då det gäller dans i skolan så har det i studier visats att det krävs en danspedagog som håller i dansundervisningen, då pojkar och flickor utvecklas olika motoriskt i de tidiga åren och ?attackerar? dans olika krävs det någon utbildat i ämnet som kan lägga upp undervisningen så den anpassas även till pojkarna.

The declaration of intent, for example tender and acceptance are examples of a will to legally act. Other than tender and acceptance, the declaration of intent is usually difficult to establish and determine.In the event of the commencement of a negotiation stage between the parties, the declarations of intent are not deemed to be binding, but rather binding in the sense of a moral attachment for the parties.

This thesis has been written with the intention of investigating a commercial lending library to be found in Stockholm in the first decades of the nineteenth century. We chose this subject because it is a relatively unexplored area. Furthermore, we were curious to know what books could be found in the library. The lending library was run as a business thus giving a good indication of the contemporary reader's taste in literature. The lending library that we chose had a total of three thousand titles in those of its catalogues that have survived to the present day and was run by a woman called Eva Unander.

 The aim of this study was to examine how social workers perceive and interpret the term ?barnets bästa? (?The best for the child?), within the framework of investigatory work and enforcement of Swedish law, which is carried out by the Social Services. We wanted to investigate if the interpretation of the term had any causal effects on the work carried out by social workers. Seven social workers from two municipalities participated in this study in which we used qualitative semi-structured interviews based around two vignettes. We focused on age, experience, legislation, and external circumstances to gain insight into how these factors alter social workers? perception of the term ?barnets bästa?. Our theoretical approach was based on two theories on social constructivism.
