Syftet med denna rapport är att öka kunskapen och förståelsen kring bemötande och särskilt de svårigheter som kan uppstå i samband med möten med psykiskt störda personer. Vårt arbete bygger på litteraturstudier där vi tittat dels på litteratur som behandlar psykisk störning dels på litteratur som vi bedömt vara väsentligt när det gäller bemötande, dessa böcker behandlar etik och empati i bemötandet. I arbetet beskriver vi kort tre psykiska störningar, antisocial personlighetsstörning, borderline samt narcissistisk personlighetsstörning. Vidare beskriver vi olika teorier kring bemötande. I resultatet diskuterar vi kring svårigheterna i att konstatera om en individ lider av en psykisk störning eller inte.

The number of young women who self-mutilate in different ways has increased dramatically in recent years. Self-mutilation is a way of trying to feel better for the moment. People who self-mutilate often have some other underlying illness such as borderline disease. Women are overrepresented in this group of people and their behaviour is often rooted in a history of childhood trauma, sexual abuse, and psychic maltreatment. The aim of this study is to reveal thoughts about the future among young women who self-mutilate.

Syftet med denna studie har varit att undersöka vilka stöd det finns för barn med ADHD i skolan. Studien bygger på intervjuer med två klasslärare, en speciallärare, två rektorer samt en observation av en elev med diagnosen ADHD. Skolorna i undersökningen har varit en kommunal f-5 skola samt en f-9 friskola. För att belysa detta ämne ur en ny synvinkel har jag valt att undersöka lärarnas erfarenheter av sambanden mellan språkutveckling och ADHD. Intervjuerna visar att lärarna underströk att barn är olika och att man därför måste arbeta utifrån den enskilde individen.

Syftet med denna studie är att med en vetenskaplig kvalitativ metod undersöka hur avslappningsövningar upplevs av människor med diagnosen borderline. Uppsatsen är en empirisk studie med en kvalitativ undersökning. Undersökningen svar har bearbetats med en fenomenologisk ansats. Svaren från intervjuerna har bearbetats separat och sedan analyserats utifrån förda teorier. Min avsikt med den här uppsatsen är att försöka synliggöra hur olika variationer av en upplevelse kan te sig och om det trots olikheter kan finnas en stimulans för deltagarna att använda sig av avslappningsövningar. För att belysa och utforska problemet har jag använt mig av egna observationer för att kunna kort beskriva känsloläget i rummet innan övningen börjar.

This paper describes and analyzes how individuals and organizations that operate in careers in communications and marketing deal with the search for employees / employers, and how recruiting managers and recruitment consultants are working to create a match between the parties. The study was conducted on behalf of a recruitment agency that offers services in recruiting and staffing for organizations in communication and marketing. The empirical material consists of ten qualitative interviews from three different perspectives on the labor market, recruitment consultants, managers and employees. The interviews were analyzed from sociological and social psychological theories of organizations and individuals opportunities and strategies in today's western labor market. Conclusions that emerged are that organizations need for decreased amount of tied assets provides increased need for temporary employments.

Dialektisk beteendeterapi, DBT, har visat lovande resultat för vuxna med borderline personlighetsstörning (BPS) men ej utvärderats som behandlingsform för ungdomar. DBT erbjöds ungdomar inom barn- och ungdomspsykiatrin, BUP, och utvärderades i en pilotstudie. Studien omfattade initialt 43 patienter och av dem fullföljde 35 stycken behandlingen. Utvärderingen innefattade deras psyykiska mående före och efter behandling, deras upplevelse av verksamma komponenter och hur suicid och självskadebeteende förändrats under behandlingstiden. Mätningar har gjorts före och efter behandling och tyder på att DBT har förbättrat gruppens mående.

Earlier the regional social insurance office was exposed to critisism because of bad administration and a lack of providing public service. Among other things the regional social insurance office was attacked because of long investigation hours and indinstinct working methods and was blamed for not being able to solve the unhealth in the society. This lead to the reformation of the previous regional social insurance office into a government authority agency on the first of Januari, 2005. Extensive organizational changes were made so that regional social insurance office could handle the demands and become a uniform public administration. I have made a qualitative study where the purpose was to se how the changes affected the public administrators and I focused on their participation and willingness to change.

Studies show that some pupils with ASD (autism spectrum disorder) can have difficulties in understanding written texts. The present study seeks to examine whether pupils with ASD differ in their reading comprehension of a factual text and a literary text. Another aim of the study is to obtain a picture of the reading habits of high school pupils with ASD, what reading strategies they use, and how they work with texts in Swedish lessons in school.The study uses texts from PISA surveys from 2009 and 2000. The factual text Varmluftsballongen (The Hot-air Balloon) was taken from the try-out for the 2009 survey and the literary text Gåvan (The Gift) was taken from the 2000 PISA survey. To gain some idea of the pupils? reading comprehension of the texts, the present study used the tasks accompanying the texts, with certain changes in the questions about the text on the hot-air balloon.

Syftet med föreliggande studie har varit att utvärdera och kvalitetssäkra implementeringen av en mentaliseringsbaserad terapi på en allmänpsykiatrisk öppenvårdsmottagning. Behandlingen har riktat sig till patienter med diagnosen personlighetsstörning och pågått under 18 månader. 14 patienter inkluderades i studien och behandlingen har bestått av ett individuellt och två gruppbehandlingstillfällen i veckan. Intervjuer och regelbundna självskattningar har genomförts för att undersöka patientens psykiska mående. Samtliga patienter rapporterade vid inklusion ett svårt psykiskt lidande.

The aim of the study is to investigate how pedagogues working with gesticulation and facial expressions to communicate with children aged 3-5 years. The methods used are observations as well as interviews of educators. My empricial evidence was collected on two different preschools in Värmland County. The pedagogues are dealing with body language in a conscious way by collections as they sing and they reinforce feelings of characters support. In my conclusion I have come come to the conclusion that there is no difference on how male and female educators use gesticulation and facial expressions without its personality traits and body language often are unconsciously in conversations with children..

The presence of cystic ovarian follicles represents an important ovarian dysfunction and is a major cause of reproductive failure in dairy cattle. A cystic ovarian follicle is a persistent follicular-like structure on one or both of the ovaries. It is at least 2,5cm in diameter and it has to persist for at least ten days while a corpus luteum is missing. There are two kinds of cystic ovarian follicles, those who have a progesterone production and those who have not. A clear definition for this condition is lacking, probably because the heterogeneity of the clinical signs and the complexity of the disorder.
