Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka huruvida Kina har lyckats implementera den lagstiftning IPRs (Intellectual Property Rights) som togs i bruk 2001. Vidare undersöks de effekter som lagen har haft på viljan att satsa resurser och medel på FoU. I uppsatsen redogörs det för de för- och nackdelar som en stärkt IPRs lagstiftning medför. Bland de fördelar som nämns läggs tonvikten på teknologiöverföring, teknologi som överförs från utvecklade länder till utvecklingsländer genom bland annat import av varor. Bland de nackdelar som nämns finns de stora kostnader som implementeringen av lagstiftningen medför.

A comparison is made between a livestock owner?s economic incentives, and the expected costs faced by the potentially caught lawbreaker. In accordance with economic theory the benefits and costs of illegal hunting are compared and thus the optimal choice is determined where marginal costs and benefits are equal.

Studiens syfte var att öka kunskapen kring hur några studie- och yrkesvägledare på grundskolan arbetar med vägledning av elever med ADHD och vilka kompetenser och resurser de kunde tänkas ha för att stötta väl underbyggda studie- och yrkesval. Kvalitativa intervjuer genomfördes och resultatet visar att respondenterna individanpassar vägledningen i hög grad, för elever med ADHD främst genom mer tid, studiebesök, medföljare, visualisering och empowerment. De använder ingen speciellt utarbetad vägledningsmetod för dessa elever men det visar sig att det vore välkommet med metodutveckling, vidareutbildning och utökat samarbete..

In 1998 the Swedish Socialist Government initiated a project in order to promote economic growth and to end the discriminating social and ethnic segregation in the greater city regions of Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmo. One of the goals of the project was and still is to promote political participation in 24 of the poorest areas of the three cities. In a quantitative analysis I evaluate whether or not the project so far has been successful in promoting a specific part of political participation, i.e. electoral participation in communal elections. The results of the 24 poor city areas are compared with a group of 14 likewise poor city areas of major swedish cities.According to my hypothesis, general improvements of the socio-economic status of poor city areas ought to generate positive effects on electoral participation in communal elections.

Analysen genomförs genom studier av utvecklingen på bolånemarknaden, låntagarnas skuldsättning och ekonomiska marginaler samt utvecklingen för bostadspriserna. I uppsatsen framstår kreditrisken för hypoteksbolagen som begränsad. Framförallt som en följd av att merparten av hushållen bedöms ha goda marginaler.

Syfte: Att utröna om det kan förkastas att Sharpekvoten ger en utvärdering av fonders prestation som stämmer överens med investerares förmodade uppfattning om nytta, dels för vanliga fonder, dels för hedgefonder. This is a study of the way power relationships change when women start to play candombe in Montevideo, Uruguay. Candombe is a type of music, which is traditionally played by men within the black minority in the country. This study has been done with an intersectional point of view, taking the social categories gender, class and ethnicity in account. The method used was participatory observation in a field study made in Montevideo between November 2008 and February 2009.This study?s main conclusions are that the power relationships change with the participation of women in candombe in several important ways: The women legitimize an alternative way to be a woman when they take the men?s role as a drum player.

Syftet; var att undersöka hälsopedagogers upplevda hinder och möjligheter i sitt arbete med fysisk aktivitet på recept, FaR. Metod: en kvalitativ ansats, med fyra halvstrukturerade intervjusamtal utfördes i omkring 60 minuter utifrån en intervjuguide. Urval: ett intensitetsurval genomfördes och består av informanter verksamma inom FaR en längre tid. Dataanalys: intervjumaterialet bearbetades med tematisk analys, där kodningsförfarande så småningom ledde fram till identifierande av teman, därefter framställdes berättelser. Resultat: resultatet visade att hälsopedagoger fungerar som en hjälp till självhjälp till personer som har fått FaR.

Syftet med vår studie är att se hur ett antal hemlösa personer i Göteborg upplever och diskuterar kring sin livssituation med hänsyn till sina behov utifrån de insatser och stöd som erbjuds av socialtjänsten och frivilligorganisationer. För att uppnå vårt syfte har vi använt oss av följande frågeställningar. Hur upplever personer som är hemlösa bemötandet från socialtjänsten och frivilligorganisationer? I vilken utsträckning anser hemlösa personer att de får sina individuella behov tillgodosedda utifrån sin livssituation? Hur ser hemlösa personer på sin situation utifrån sin makt i förhållande till socialtjänstens och frivilligorganisationers makt? Hur ser hemlösa personer på det sociala stödets utformning utifrån socialtjänstens och frivilligorganisationernas ställda krav? Vi har använt oss av kvalitativa forskningsintervjuer. Våra intervjupersoner är personer som är hemlösa och personal från frivillighetsorganisationer som arbetar med hemlöshetsfrågor.

It divides external citizenship in two parts; a legal dimensionand a practiced identity.I find that as the economic potential of salvadoreans abroad increase, theSalvadorean government makes institutional changes to tie emigrants to thenationstate. This results in the possibility for salvadoreans to remain citizens intheir country of origin, practicing their salvadorean identity at the same time asthey naturalize abroad.

This study aimed to explore the perceived role and mandate of civil servants employed in municipalities in Kronoberg county. The study aimed to answer the question whether civil servants engaged in municipal economics have different perspectives on their mandate and role based on how said civil servants implement and manage policy tools available in Swedish municipalities. The study aimed to through policy tools theory explain how civil servants through four categories view the policy tools employed in the municipality. The study is based on the reasoning that policy tools influences exercise of authority that in turn influences view on policy tools. In order to study civil servants perspective on perceived mandate and role interviews were conducted with a sample of civil servants from each of the eight municipalities in Kronoberg county.
