The purpose of my study is to illumine the aesthetic learning process significant in the preschool. Focus has been on allowing educators in different preschools to answer questions valid the use of aesthetic learning processes. I chose to do my study using an opinion poll and a literature review. The result shows that the preschools use aesthetic learning processes and according to the educator?s aesthetic learning process is a very important tool for education in the preschool.  The notable in this study is that the educators have different views of what aesthetic means. The first view is that you only work with aesthetic subjects.

Flygbolag är mäktiga globala aktörer med en omfattande miljöpåverkan, så vilka initiativ redovisar de för att bidra till en hållbar utveckling? För att svara på detta genomförde vi en innehållsanalys där vi undersökte skillnader och likheter i europeiska och amerikanska flygbolags hållbarhetsredovisningar. För att skapa en förståelse för hur samhällsansvar spelar roll i en historiskt förankrad miljö testade vi förklaringsvärdet av social struktur, nationell kultur samt isomorfism.Den största skillnaden vi fann är att USA är mer detaljerade och redovisar fler initiativ, medan Europa för ett bredare resonemang om hållbarhet. Skillnaderna förklaras utifrån social struktur och nationell kultur, likheter förklaras med isomorfism. Skillnaderna i hållbarhetsredovisningarna kan förklaras med att det sociala kontraktet, som flygbolagen måste följa, är olika mellan regionerna.

Defensiv stolthet kan få konflikter att uppkomma, trappas upp eller hindras från att lösas. En fenomenologisk undersökning genomfördes med syfte att identifiera vad defensiv stolthet, som fenomen, innebär. Frågeställningen löd; Vad konstituerar defensiv stolthet i konflikter? Resultatet baserades på 30 skriftliga protokoll samt fyra intervjuer. Analysen genomfördes enligt Karlssons EPP-metod.

The purpose of this thesis is to get knowledge about how it is to work as a librarian at Gothenburg city library during a rebuilding process and during the time when they have worked in a temporary library so called niche library. Which part did they have in the renovation project and in the niche library? The aim is also to find out how the librarians have experienced their time in the niche library and if it has affected their profession and identity.The method that is used to answer questions of the study is semi-structured interviews with four public librarians. Through comparing previous research in building and rebuilding process I have analyzed the four public librarian?s part in the renovating process and the temporary library.

Ämne: Magisteruppsats i företagsekonomi 10 p, inriktning redovisning Syfte: Beskriva Kodens roll som förtroendefrämjare utifrån intressentgruppernas perspektiv. Metod: Uppsatsens ansats är abduktiv med ett intensivt/deskriptiv upplägg. Metoden är kvalitativ där fem intervjuer har genomförts med respondenter från Kodens intressentgrupper. Teoretiska perspektiv: Då uppsatsen bygger på Kodens roll som förtroendefrämjare behandlar referensramen etik och dess betydelse för förtroende. Även förtroendebegreppet behandlas ingående och dess betydelse investerare och ägare i företag.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to increase the understanding of the recruitment process and its complexity. The study also aims to examine whether there are any problem areas with a recruitment process which is emotionally based and if so, how these can be resolved. Four issues have been presented, in regard to solving the study?s purpose and problem definition.Theoretical framework: The chapter begins by briefly illustrate the concept of employee turnover and the economic aspects a staff turnover can bring. Thereafter, the importance of a formal preparatory work for recruitment is presented.

The aim of this thesis is to explore possible differences between public and private companies? way to manage projects. In order to analyze the managerial aspects, we have studied the project of a new payment system implemented at the public-transport organization Upplands Lokaltrafik (UL). The project enables mobile payment by text message (SMS). Most theory concerning the management of projects is developed for private companies.

This master?s thesis was written on the behalf of Saba Frukt och Grönt AB inHelsingborg and is the final part of the Master program in MechanicalEngineering at Halmstad University.The main task was to introduce visual control and increase the rate of concept intwo of the departments of the company. The goal is to come up withimplementation proposals, and if possible to implement one in the near future.The author attacks the problem by using the Six Sigma DMAIC-methodology as itis a clear and structured approach. As a complement Lean-inspired tools are used.After compiling the results from the interviews and benchmarking somesuggestions are made. These are reviewed with stakeholders and a discussion ofhow to go on further was held.

En litteratursökning har gjorts i syfte att ta reda på vilka metoder som kan användas för att uppnå en längre odlingssäsong för grönsaker samtidigt som markens bördighet bibehålls. Åtta vanliga grönsaksfamiljer beskrivs med fokus på egenskaper kopplade till skördetidpunkt och hur de kan passas in i en växtföljd. Familjerna som behandlas är Amaranthaceae, Apiaceae, Cucurbitaceae, Asteraceae, Brassiceae, Alliaceae, Solanaceae och Fabaceae. Odlingssäsongen kan förlängas genom att styra mikroklimatet på olika sätt. De metoder som behandlas här är förkultivering, odling i upphöjda bäddar, odling i tunnel, mark- och kulturtäckning, samt val av arter och sorter.

The aim of this study was to reach a deeper understanding of the process that occurs within the social services after receiving a notification according to Chapter 14, section 1, The Social Services Act. More specifically the focus of this study was to illustrate how social secretaries reason about children?s participation in the process, as well as to examine whether the legislative change, Chapter 11, section 1 a, The Social Services Act, has affected the process in any way. The study?s results reflect interviews with five social secretaries who are active in four different municipalities in southern Sweden.

Rapporten tar upp en kartläggning av nätverksövervakningssystem (NMS) som används för att övervaka nätverkstjänster och noder på ett nätverk. De egenskaper för NMS som utvärderas är vilket stöd systemen har för att övervaka ett flertal tjänster, hur god prestandan är för varje system samt hur god användbarheten i gränssnittet är. Resultatet visar att Nagios, OpenNMS samt Argus hade stöd för samtliga tjänster medan Munin inte hade stöd för nätverksenheter och Cacti endast stöd att övervaka SNMP. Det visar även att Nagios och OpenNMS generellt hade möjlighet att larma vid fler händelser samt att dessa två system var markant snabbare än Cacti och Munin. Användbarheten visade relativt stor skillnad i olika system.

The purpose of this study was to create a deeper understanding for, and shine a light on the exit process for former criminal gang members. Which conditions appear to be important and what may constitute the enabling and inhibiting factors of an exit process? The study was based on qualitative semi-structured interviews with respondents who themselves have experience of a criminal lifestyle and gang affiliation, and with professionals in social work. Our theoretical approach is based on Helen Ebaugh?s definition of an exit process, labeling theories, strain theory and control theory.

En undersökning genomförd av Statskontoret, 2005, visar att webbanvändare har önskemål om att lättare hitta information på offentlig sektors webbplatser. Den här uppsatsen syftar till att undersöka hur kommunala webbplatser kan förbättras så att användarna lättare kan hitta den information de söker. Enligt teorier hämtade från området för webbdesign och användbarhet påverkar aspekterna struktur, navigation, design samt text och etikettering möjligheten att hitta på webbplatser. En studie av nio kommunala webbplatser visar att de förevisade teorierna efterföljs i viss mån och i olika utsträckning av de olika kommunerna. Främst förekommer brister inom områdena struktur samt text och etikettering.

Uppsatsens grundläggande syftet är att förklara förutsättningar för tillväxt i en gränsregion. För att uppnå detta syfte har förutsättningar utifrån teori delats upp i tre olika dimensioner: institutionella, ekonomiska och sociokulturella. Den teoretiska utgångspunkten har varit vägledande för att empiriskt identifiera förutsättningar för tillväxt i en gränsregion mellan Sverige och Norge. Det är förklaringen av ett visst fenomen ? gränshinder ? i relation till gränsöverskridande verksamhet som eftersträvas. Förutsättningar för tillväxt i en gränsregion begränsas av brist på institutionella, ekonomiska och sociokulturella förutsättningar.

The purpose of this essay is to examine how same-sex couples experience the second-parent adoption process. To assist us, we have used our questions: how do the couples describe their experiences of the adoption process? Which are the couples? stories about the experience of contact with the involved professionals? What are the opportunities and barriers for same-sex couples to start a family? How do the couples describe their experience of reactions from the community and society, and how do they think the future will look like for same-sex couples? This study has been achieved through a qualitative approach. The empirical data is based on seven semi-structured interviews with same-sex couples or pair members that want to or have had a second-parent adoption. The theory we have used for analyzing the results is phenomenology with focus on queer theory, heteronormativity, and power.
