Bakgrund: Lex Maria infördes på 1930-talet efter att personal på ett sjukhus i Stockholm råkade förväxla ett läkemedel med ett rengöringsmedel vilket resulterade i att många patienter dog. Genom att känna till vilka misstag som görs och varför ökar, yrkeskompetensen och på så sätt höjs patientsäkerheten inom vården. Syfte: Syftet med studien var att jämföra vad som anmälts enligt Lex Maria på sjukhus i Region Skåne under år 2000 och år 2010. Metod: En empirisk studie med kvantitativ ansats. Lex Maria anmälningar hämtades från Socialstyrelsens regionala tillsynsmyndighet syd.

Restaurangbranschen är idag till stor del upplevelseinriktad. Hur mat och vin kombineras är avgörande för kundens upplevelse. I vår utbildning ingår kurser om vinkunskap, matkultur och markandsföring. I mötet mellan dessa ämnen fick vi idén till våran uppsats.Syftet med vår undersökning var att närmare granska hur en vinlista byggs upp, underhålls och hur man arbetar med den i restaurangupplevelsen. Vi undersökte även vad som ansågs vara ett kvalitetsvin och vilka faktorer som påverkade restaurangers vinutbud.

Interaktiv konst är ett samlingsbegrepp för konstverk som är datorbaserade och där en interaktion äger rum mellan systemet och dess användare. Området har beröringspunkter med interaktionsdesign bland annat beträffande utformandet av gränssnitt. Inom interaktionsdesign finns formulerade kvalitetskriterier, men motsvarande saknas inom interaktiv konst. Sådana kriterier kan på sikt leda till att utbildning och arbetsmetoder utvecklas och förbättras. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka vad som kännetecknar god kvalitet inom interaktiv konst enligt konstnärer verksamma i Estland.

Nuteks topplista över Sveriges 30 mest besökta besöksmål och sevärdheter sträcker sig från Ystad i söder till Åre i norr. Det är allt från nöjesparker och skidanläggningar till natursköna områden och kulturhistoriska byggnader. Deras gemensamma nämnare är att de lockar till sig ett stort antal människor. Besöksmål har olika attraktionskrafter som attraherar turister. Människor reser bland annat för att nå personlig utveckling, antingen genom rekreation, kunskapande eller genom att aktivera kroppen.

The aim of this study is to find out if, and in what way the Maasai pastoralists affect the spotted hyena (Crocuta crocuta) through Bomas (Maasai settlement) and keeping of livestock. The study was carried out in the Maasai Mara National Reserve and the adjoining group ranch, Koyake GR, in South-western Kenya.Data was assembled through transect driving, with instantaneous scan sample during two seasons, December 2003 and May-June 2004. Study area contained 12 bomas with three different type of transects each: T1 (0.5 km from boma), T2 (3 km from boma) and T3 (5.5 km from boma), to create a gradual decline in human and livestock impact. Results show that there are differences in the hyena's utilisation of transect type during the day and during the night. The spotted hyena tend to avoid transects close to the boma during the day time, but go there during the night time.

The use of Power Line Communication, PLC, as a communication solution for Automated Meter Reading, AMR, is popular by utilities in Sweden and other parts of the world due to demands of accurate and fast meter reading. However the use of the electrical grid as a communication medium is complex and sometimes problematic. This report handles some of the issues and problems that are important to understand when using the grid as a communications medium. Focus is mainly on investigating high frequency distortion in the Kristianstad power grid own by C4energi caused by a frequency converter. Measurements on site are done to investigate signal damping in the grid, different configurations for the frequency converter and signal strength of the PLC-system.

The purpose of this study is to explain if the existence of ethnic groups in Rwanda has complicated its democratization and explain what opportunities Rwanda has to be democratized. To fulfill the purpose of the study, I intend to answer two questions: 1) Does the existence of ethnic groups obstructed democratization in Rwanda? and 2) What opportunities has Rwanda to be democratized? To answer the first research question Dahl's theory of subcultures and democratization is used and to answer the second research question van de Walle's theory of democratization is used in the region of sub-Saharan Africa. Literature used in the study are Dahl's Polyarchy and van de Walle Africa?s range of regimes and Freedom House annual reports.

Den traditionella dialekten i Mora används idag i allt mindre utsträckning, framförallt hos unga. På vilket sätt talar då ungdomar i Mora idag? Den här uppsatsen undersöker dialekten hos åtta Moraungdomar. Jag analyserar vilka språkliga drag som lever kvar och vilka som är nya i dialekten. Vidare undersöker jag hur de utomspråkliga variablerna kön, geografi och socialt nätverk påverkar informanternas dialektanvändning. Jag tittar också på hur informanterna själva ser på dialekten.Undersökningen visar att dialekten har genomgått en stor förändring.

This thesis examines the municipalities of Västra Götaland and the way they are prepared for crisis communication towards people with a foreign background. Over the past years there have been several studies that have examined the issue of crisis communications towards minorities but these are often focused on the target group. In this study, I focus on the authorities' actions. The theoretical approach is primarily an intersectional one and in this way the thesis is centred on the creation of different categories, the relationship between these categories and the possibilities working with these at the municipalities.On behalf of Region Västra Götaland, this investigation began with a survey that went out to the communications officers in charge of the crisis communication in each municipality. The ambition was to clarify the preparedness of each one and show how they relate to one another.

Inom utvecklingsområdet haptic är det fria arbetsområdet för singulariteten viktigare änsjälva singulära punkten när det gäller haptic-mjukvaran, då användaren spontantförflyttar verktyget för enheten och inte fritt kan planera en bana för att undvikasingulära punkter. En singulär punkt i arbetsområdet tenderar att skapa komplexaförhållanden såsom oändliga krafter och moment i styr- o reglerteknik designen, som ären viktig del i haptic-applikationen. Det huvudsakliga syftet med denna studie var attupptäcka och undvika olika typer av singulariteter i olika delar av arbetsområdet ochsamtidigt optimera processtiden i ARES haptic enheten. För kartläggning av det friaarbetsområdet för singulära punkten används simulering och beräkning avarbetsområdet för ARES haptic enheten. Simuleringen beskrivs med hjälp av tvåmetoder, där den ena metoden är aritmetiska intervallberäkningar för parallellarobotstrukturer och den andra metoden bygger på att samla in stora mängderinformation om arbetsområdet genom simulering.

The aim of this thesis is to examine the politics and activities of the Social Democratic students´ association Spartakus. Their relationships and political and ideological differences towards the Swedish Social Democratic Party (SAP) and the remaining parts of the Social Democratic youth organisation (SSU) in Linköping during 1969-1971 are examined. To fulfil this aim I have studied relevant literature and interviewed people who were active in Spartakus, as well as people from SSU and SAP in the municipal during the period. I have also studied written material produced by the students´ association itself during the period. The theoretical frame of reference consists of Dahl´s theory on a democratic political order, and party theories like the mass party theory of Duverger, theories from Sjöblom, Panebianco, Lipset and Tingsten and also Gidlund&Möller´s theory about different kinds of party members.

The purpose with the study is to find out the causes to the moose explosion and what it has led to in today?s forests. A questionnaire has been sent out to sawmills in the region Dalarna with the purpose of finding out if sawmills receive moose-damaged timber and what they think about how they foresee future development. There were two causes of the moose explosion, that had effects on the moose population. The first cause was that the moose hunters wanted to raise the moose population, and by raising the calf shooting and by saving the cows they succeeded. The second cause was changing methods in Swedish forestry.

This is described as complete turnaround in Swedish policy compared to the neutrality and non-alignment during the Cold war.However new research shows that defence cooperation is not new in the Nordic region. Sweden cooperated secretly with Denmark and Norway, two NATO countries, about co-operative defence of Scandinavia during the Cold War.Is our historical picture wrong and what we perceive as new and revolutionized not particularly new? Is today's open Nordic defence cooperation a continuation of what was done in secret during the Cold War? The essay investigates and compares two different Swedish defence cooperation?s where one was previously secret and the other is open.

This work is a GIS study of fishing rights distribution between different categories of ownersand properties in the Stockholm Archipelago. The purpose was to create basic data used toestablish fishing laws and restrictions within the Stockholm County.Stockholm?s archipelago consists of a unique environment and is the natural life andreproduction environment for ? of Sweden?s reproducing fish species. The increasingpressure from fishing, tourism and weekend population increases the need for an efficientfishing administration to prevent impoverishment and to ensure the biological diversity inSwedish fishing waters. There is an increasing need to review fishing administrationmethodologies, as well as studying the categories of ownership and properties located insensitive areas and areas influenced by physical disturbances in order to establish effectivelaws and restrictions.The Swedish fishing rights for an area are currently not connected to the ownership of theproperty to which it belongs.
