Fo?r bolag med ho?g skuldsa?ttningsgrad som vill utnyttja ha?vsta?ngseffekten blir la?nat kapital viktigt, men om nu mo?jligheten till att finansiera sig a?r begra?nsad, vilka alternativa finansieringsformer finns da? mot den traditionella bankkrediten? Skulle det vara ba?ttre fo?r bolagen att enbart anva?nda sig av eget kapital fo?r att slippa ra?ntekostnaderna? Eftersom bankerna i samband med finanskrisen 2008 och den pa?ga?ende eurokrisen tvingats strama a?t sin kreditgivning.Syfte: Syftet med studien a?r att beskriva hur svenska fastighetsbolags kapitalstruktur fo?ra?ndrats o?ver en angiven period samt beskriva ta?nkta bakomliggande orsaker.Avgra?nsningar: Studien har avgra?nsats sig till fastighetsbranschen och svenska fastighetsbolag. Vidare har studien avgra?nsats till bolag som varit bo?rsnoterade pa? Stockholmsbo?rsen fra?n 2005 till 2012 med huvudverksamhet inriktad pa? fastighetsfo?rvaltning och uthyrning.

Detta examensarbete undersöker, genom en fallstudie av ett husbyggnadsprojekt i norra Sverige, planeringsmetoden Lägesbaserad planering och produktionsberdningsmetoden Last Planner system of production control, LPS. Syftet har varit att undersöka om dessa två metoder, som var för sig forskats om inom forskningsområdet Lean construction, har möjligheter till att kunna kombineras. För att inhämta information om det studerade byggprojektets nuvarande gällande planerings- och produktionsledningsmodell har författarna genomfört intervjuer med platschefen för det studerade byggprojektet samt representanter för projektets underentreprenörer. Författarna har även medverkat under några av de samordningsmöten som har hållits för byggprojektet. Examensarbetet innefattar även två olika försöksuppställningar, där i det ena försöket, PPS-mätningar från fyra samordningsmöten har genomförts, sammanställts och analyserats.

This Master?s Thesis aims to illustrate in what ways the two Swedish environmental assessment tools, the Environmental Load Profile and EcoEffect differ and if performed valuations gives different results and environmental goals.The built urban environment causes about half the environmental loading in Sweden. The society?s ambition towards sustainable development has resulted in demands reducing the environmental load. Contemporary plant design can be examined by how it relates to two extremes - Nature and Art. This idea is explained by Noel Kingsbury in the book The Dynamic Landscape where he places designers and their projects on a gradient (Kingsbury, 2004). Nature, one of the extremes can be represented by a dynamic, species-rich plant design with native species and with nature as the ideal. It is also of high importance that riders, trainers and veterinarians increase the knowledge of equine biomechanics and how these are influenced by the rider. Collection is an important concept in the riding terminology.

AbstractThe purpose of project is to study the possibility for Borås Energy & Environment to build and run a commercial ethanol production facility in Borås. The project also studies the technology for the production of ethanol using renewable energy, e.g. lignocelluloses with focus on two processes, svag-syra hydrolyse and enzymatic hydrolyse. The technology of the process is based of hydrolysation of biomass (hemicelluloses and cellulose) to sugar and extract it to ethanol. These two techniques will compare with each other to determine which of them that it?s more suitable for ethanol production.

The purpose with this paper is to make clear how continuous practicing on one element affects not just the specific part but also other things. Is it possible to find a positive spiral where everything can be better if you focus your practicing on one thing? Can this element if it is done daily in a qualitative way transform to a key which will help you to unlock the door to the positive spiral? Are there more keys to find? I am going to reflect my ideas in this paper through a philosophical, psychological and the brain sciences perspective. Quality in action is going to be compared with the quality that you need to set a successful goal, and to reach the state of mind called flow you will need both these qualities.

Umeå Energi AB har bestämt att en kontroll av pannverkningsgraden för kraftvärmepannan Dåva 2 skall genomföras. I dagsläget genomförs en beräkning av verkningsgraden månadsvis med den direkta beräkningsmetoden. Resultatet varierar dock kraftigt månad till månad varav en undersökning med indirekt beräkningsmetod är av intresse. Arbetet genomförs för att ge en mer noggrant beräknad verkningsgrad samt utreda förlustfaktorer kopplad till pannan. Då pannverkningsgraden i vanliga fall inte inkluderar rökgaskondensering beräknades också totalverkningsgraden för att ge en mer rättvis bild av pannan samt för att illustrera dess relevans.

Interest deduction limitation rules have an important function as the regulations prevent the Swedish tax base to decrease. However, the restrictions must not be at the expense of the business environment. Interest deduction limitation rules that do not work in a satisfactory manner are likely to make Sweden a less favourable country to establish in. The first Swedish rules which were aimed to restrict interest deduction threaded into force in 2009. The rules were applicable to intercompany loans related to acquisitions of part ownership rights and the aim was to reduce tax avoidance through corporate group-loans. The rules proved to be ineffective since the avoidance continued and the Swedish rules could not tackle the problem.

Dessa utmaningar kan vara av det slaget att de resulterar i en konflikt. Denna konflikt blir ett dilemma då läraren tvingas göra avvägningar mellan olika etiska och moraliska hänsyn, i syfte att hantera situationen. Hanteringen av ett dilemma fodrar en god etisk medvetenhet. En etisk medvetenhet förutsätter ett ansenligt kunnande inom professionens yrkesetik.

The housing sector of today represents for almost 40% of the energy consumption, an energy consumption of which the major part consists of non-renewable energy sources. This is not sustainable and utilization of new energy-efficient technologies in buildings can be a step in the right direction, towards a sustainable energy society.This report has been made on behalf of and in cooperation with Älvstranden Utveckling AB in Gothenburg to examine how future energy-efficient technologies can affect the energy demand in energy-efficient multi-dwelling buildings.The report is based on Älvstrandens passive house, Hamnhuset, a house whose energy consumption is far below the BBR's requirements. The report looks at the opportunities for improvement within windows, insulation, solar energy technologies, as well as white goods. Computer simulations are then made to apply the selected technologies into a reference building. Technologies are selected from an energy efficient perspective and no account has been taken of other aspects such as the economy.

Horse owner?s knowledge about horse feeding and nutrition is directly linked to the horse?s health and welfare. According to several studies, both Swedish and foreign, horse owners generally have inadequate knowledge about horse feeding. The housing systems and feeding routines of today differs in many ways from what horses have adapted to through evolution. Wild horses live in harem herds and roam on large open fields, spending about 60 % of the day grazing, mainly grass and herbs.
