In 1993 the internal market within the European Union was formed and ensured free movement of goods, services, capital and people. This led to the removal of trade barriers between members of the European Union. When opening up for competition, price differences between countries decreased and more jobs were created. A single currency was introduced by eleven countries in 1999 with the goal of reducing transaction costs, eliminating exchange rate risk and to further simplify trade. This paper aims to analyze how child restraint systems (CRS) in cars should be positioned to protect children at the ages 1 to 5. The study is preformed in co-operation with the Swedish insurance company Folksam. Data from Folksam´s database on car crashes in the years 1999-2004 is being used in this study. Every child in the ages 1 to 5 was searched for in the database, which resulted in 184 observations. To perform the analysis, categorical data analysis is suitable.

Tidigare kunde revisorer inte agera mot oegentligheter som de upptäckte i och med sitt revisionsarbete på grund av tystnadsplikten. Detta ansågs inte tillfredsställande. Från och med den 1 januari 1999 har undantag från tystnadsplikten gjorts. Ett av skälen till att nya regler togs in i aktiebolagslagen var kampen mot ekonomisk brottslighet. De nya reglerna säger att revisorn ska vidta vissa åtgärder om det kan misstänkas att en styrelseledamot eller den verkställande direktören gjort sig skyldig till vissa brott.

Syftet med denna undersökning är att få en inblick i om och hur förlusten av sockenkyrkan påverkade livet i Nedertorneå-Haparanda församling socialt samt religiöst och i så fall hur eventuella förändringar yttrade sig när de efter kriget 1809 förlorade hemkyrkan på Björkön-Pirkkiö till Ryssland. Församlingskyrkan blev efter gränsdragningen kvar på ryskt område. Eftersom kyrkan ansvarade för ett flertal nuvarande statliga uppgifter under denna tid, har jag funderat på hur undervisning, fattigvård samt sjukvård fungerade utan kyrka och prästerskap. Hur förrättningar och gudstjänster fungerade i en sådan komplex situation är ytterligare faktorer jag studerat närmare.För att ta reda på hur det förhöll sig med detta under den här tidsperioden har jag ägnat mig åt litteraturstudium; vilket till största delen varit av historisk karaktär. Det har rört sig om kyrkohistoria, studium av samhällsutveckling, samt allmän global och lokal historia.Utifrån det samlade materialet har jag kommit fram till att livet påverkades ur flera aspekter för invånarna i Nedertorneå-Haparanda församling när de förlorade sockenkyrkan 1809.

Den ekonomiska brottsligheten har ökat de senaste åren och en trend är att brotten blir allt svårare att utreda. Som ett led i bekämpningen av den ekonomiska brottsligheten infördes år 1999 nmälningsplikt för revisorer i aktiebolagslagen för att stärka revisorns brottsförebyggande roll. Då revisorns roll innan anmälningspliktens införande var huvudsakligen aktieägarorienterad har fokus varit att undersöka om revisorns roll har skiftat mot en mer samhällsorienterad roll i och med lagändringen. Syftet är att undersöka vilka brott som anmäls och i vems intresse, ägarnas eller samhällets, revisorn handlar när denna anmäler misstanke om brott. I ett mindre företag är ofta ägare och ledning samma person, om revisorn då anmäler ledningen vid misstanke om brott kan denna inte anses agera i ägarnas intresse, då det är ägarna som blir anmälda.

Trafikledare arbetar dygnet runt, året runt för att planera tågtrafiken i Sverige.  De ser till att tågen förs fram säkert på ett riskfritt sätt men även att det är säkert för de som arbetar längs spåren (Roth m.fl., 1999; Trafikledare, 2012). Det är ett komplext arbete med höga krav på trafikledarna. Denna studie undersöker vilka yttre intressenter och faktorer som påverkar trafikledarna, på driftledningscentralen i Hallsberg, främst i störda lägen. Studien har sin grund i teoriramverket resilience, där man undersöker hur operatörer arbetar under normala förhållanden i säkerhetskritiska system.

This essay is a study of explicit subjectivity and valuation in Swedish literary historiography from a power perspective. The methodology involves qualitative perusal of literary handbooks from 1915 to 1999. The author Fredrika Runeberg is taken as a window, in that I have examined if and how she is described in the selected handbooks. The main purpose has been to see if subjectivity in disparaging terms and condemnation of authorship have become more evident during the years under consideration. I have related the twelve selected handbooks to Hallberg's five methods for literary historiography.
