Rekryteringsstrategier inom marknadsföring och kommunikation : En kvalitativ studie avhur individer och organisationer hanterar sökandet efter medarbetare/arbetsgivare och hur rekryterare skapar matchning
This paper describes and analyzes how individuals and organizations that operate in careers in communications and marketing deal with the search for employees / employers, and how recruiting managers and recruitment consultants are working to create a match between the parties. The study was conducted on behalf of a recruitment agency that offers services in recruiting and staffing for organizations in communication and marketing. The empirical material consists of ten qualitative interviews from three different perspectives on the labor market, recruitment consultants, managers and employees. The interviews were analyzed from sociological and social psychological theories of organizations and individuals opportunities and strategies in today's western labor market. Conclusions that emerged are that organizations need for decreased amount of tied assets provides increased need for temporary employments.

Purpose: The purpose of this essay is to describe the social media usage of five European official national tourism organizations (NTO). The essay proceeds to discuss and evaluate the findings, whilst reflecting on the advantages of social media usage from the point of view of an official national tourism organization.Method: The authors used three different methods of research: one structured observation to study the national tourism organizations? everyday work in social media, one field stimulation to study if and how different NTO respond if a prospective visitor makes them a direct question via social media and finally an email interview to gain insight into NTO?s underlying strategies and policies about social media usage.Theoretical framework: The theories that have been used in this paper include the Uses and gratifications model, theories of one-way and multi-way communication, theories of social media and relationship marketing.Conclusion: By making use of social media the company releases some of its control to the customers as the latter can express their opinions freely in this type of media. One of the advantages of social media is that the platform favors dialogue and feedback. Social media can be used for traditional one-way communication, but works best as a supplement to the regular marketing activities, allowing the activities on social media platforms to focus on branding and building long-term customer relationships.

Events are a growing channel for companies and organizations to reach out to their customers. The com-munication channel opens up to satisfy all human senses. Which are required for a message to go into the receiver and be memorized. The research gap we decided to contribute to we made a case study of an event that is not sport related and looking at both the transmitter perspective and receiver perspective. Thus, the purpose of our study is to increase the understanding of how the transmitter should be able to convey the purpose and goal of the event to the receiver.
Car Lock Improved by Configurable Key
When a car owner want to lock or unlock his or her car today, it?s preferable done by using aremote control. The system is really comfortable when the car owner is using the remote.A problem arises if a thief gets the remote.The thief doesn?t have to know where the car is parked, an approximate estimation where thecar is parked is enough.For instance, it?s enough to know which car park the car is parked in. If the thief knows that,he/she can repeatedly activate the remote control while looking for a car indicating with lightsand sounds.Because of the fact that a car usually indicates that it has been unlocked by making a shortsound indication, there will be no problem finding the car.The purpose with this project is to make a prototype which makes it harder for a thief to findthe car.

Utvärdering av Near Field Communication och Certified Wireless USB: Säkerhet vid utveckling av applikationer
Today?s society is one where technological advances are made daily, which
increases the need to stop and assess the risks against users? integrity when
integrating new technology in contemporary systems all the greater. We have
taken two technologies, Near Field Communication and Certified Wireless USB,
whose envisioned area of use is to be integrated into mobile phones, and
evaluated what security threats are revealed for the respective technologies.
The threats against security have been identified through research of the
standards and existing reports for each technology. Practical experiments have
not been conducted on account of us not having access to any equipment to run
such trials.

One of those markets is the market of travelling.This paper discusses the Swedish industry of travelling, and different travel organizers use of Internet as a mediate for long-term relationships. The paper is built on a comparison between three companies that all distributes journeys, this is to examine the Internet communications effect on the electronic relationship (e-relation) with customers.Three travel organizers with similar visions and objectives are compared in this paper, these are Apollo, Fritidsresor and Ving.

Behovsanalys och skapande av mobil mjukvara för tidrapportering till åkerier och förare inom transportbranschen
Nya krav ställs på dagens åkerier och förare. Hårdare kontroller eftersträvas på hur länge en förare får köra, hur lång rast och sömn han eller hon måste ha. I dagsläget finns inget mobilt system eller mobil mjukvara för att kunna hantera de kraven på tidrapportering inom transportbranschen. Tidrapportering inom åkeribranschen sker oftast genom att föraren håller kontroll på sina arbetstider själv på ett pappersformulär eller liknande. Sedan förs dessa in manuellt i någon form av lönesystem.

This survey investigates the roll of public service in Scandinavia in a new and changing media industry and how they should act to be important for their audience.

What attribute affects salience on a political agenda? How come some reforms are implemented while others are not? These are essential and central questions for our society. Our society, our democracy and our everyday life are dependent of these factors; communication is the condition. In the 2011 budget from the Swedish conservative government, the question of lowering the VAT on restaurant- and catering services was the single most debated reform. This was occasioned from 2009 when the European Union allowed, for the first time since Swedish entry in 2005, a lower VAT on restaurant services.

At the Department of Technology and Built environment at the University of Gävle there was an interest to study GNU Radio, which is an "open source radio project. The project is based on that most of the radio signal processing is made in an ordinary PC. The idea behind this degree project was that in a laptop there are several radio transmitters/receivers that takes space, generates heat and transmit in varied frequency band etcetera. All these radio transmitters/receivers could be replaced with a Software Defined Radio system. It means that one common, general radio hardware is used to different communications such as: WLAN, Bluetooth, GPRS, 3G etcetera. The waveform is generated in the software, which makes the system very flexible.

Stadens form är en viktig faktor som påverkar människans val av fysiska
aktiviteter och livsstil i allra högsta grad. Idag drabbas befolkningen i
västvärlden allt oftare av livshotande sjukdomar som hjärt- och kärlsjukdomar,
högt blodtryck, fetma, diabets typ 2 och benskörhet. Dessa sjukdomar kan
härledas till att människan har anammat en allt mera stillasittande livsstil
och en avsaknad av fysisk aktivitet.
Samhället har utvecklats och moderniserats genom effektiv teknikutveckling som
gjort att människan inte behöver anstränga sig fysiskt i lika stor utsträckning.
Städerna har vuxit och blivit funktionsuppdelade och avstånden mellan städernas
målpunkter har blivit längre. Det blir ofta bilen som förblir det självklara
transportmedlet mellan dessa destinationer. Värdefulla grönytor som används för
rekreation och en biologisk mångfald får allt oftare ge vika åt städernas
frammarch och utbredning.
