Background and problem: There is a continuous debate regarding incentive programs in public companies. Since the global financial crisis and the subsequent recession in 2008, the criticism has reached even higher levels. Various regulatory authorities as well as influential external actors require stronger regulations and limitation of the monetary compensation in publicly held companies. Share-based payments are based on the development of the market value of the company. This means there is an existing relation between the owners? and the managers? interests.

Fokus ligger nu vid hur organisationer fo?rebygger och fo?rbereder fo?r dessa extraordina?ra ha?ndelser snarare a?n att reagera na?r krisen va?l har intra?ffat.Denna studie syftar till att vidga diskursen inom krishantering i en svensk kontext genom att underso?ka svenska myndigheter och deras fo?rma?ga att vara proaktiva na?r det ga?ller krishantering, det vill sa?ga arbeta redan fo?re en kris.

Syftet med uppsatsen är att utreda hur en organisation kan främja och tillvarata sin kreativa potential. För att finna svar på frågeställningen tog vi till en början till oss litteratur inom kreativitets-, organisations- och förändringsområdena och identifierade därigenom åtta viktiga, återkommande faktorer för att främja och tillvarata kreativitet. Dessa är vision, kontinuitet, delaktighet, mångfald, öppenhet, resurser, kunskapsförvaltning och motivation. Litteraturstudierna gav oss underlag för en kompletterande empirisk studie. I ett andra led gjorde vi alltså en kvalitativ studie för att visa på en praktisk lösning av problemet.

Abstract Many researchers in social work believe that in today's society require the interaction between organisations takes place on social problems. This study examined the interaction between the police, social services and schools.The purpose of this study are as follows; the aim is to investigate the interaction between social services, the police and schools about young people aged 12-18 years who are at risk for abuse and crime.My questions are: How do the different professions interact regarding young people at risk for abuse and crime? How do they meet young people in their daily work? What obstacles can the different professions see in interaction? What effects do the different professions see in interaction?The study is a qualitative study conducted with semi-structured interviews. Respondents have been two from each organisation.The theory used in the analysis of empirical data is new-institutionalismen. New-institutionalism is a theory developed from organizational theories.

The demand from Swedish companies of new potential markets to enter is increasing. One of these companies is Väderstad-verken which has the vision to grow approximately 15 percentages every year. To make this possible they must find new emerging markets to enter to be able to grow. Together with Väderstad-verken we have chosen India as a case study. Mainly because of its big agricultural sector that hasn?t yet been developed to modern standard.

Med detta som grund har arbetet i sin första del strävat efter att utveckla ett analysinstrument i form av en metod för att tränga in i den övergripande frågeställningen om arbetsgruppers arbete i skolor kan sägas leda till skolutveckling. This bachelor thesis is based on the current discourse within the aid policy, whichhighlights and focuses on measurability and reporting of results within the development cooperation.The purpose of this study is to investigate how the Swedish CSOs Diakonia and Plan Sverige, bothoperating many of its activities through which Sida are directing Swedish aid, are influenced by theresults agenda in it?s work, and to investigate which impact this has on participation of the recipient.The research is based on information collected through examination of relevant text such asdocuments from the organisations, agencies and from debate articles and inquires. Together with datacollected through informant interviews with informants from the organizations this information hasbeen analyzed through a qualitative content analysis. The study show that the demands occurringwithin the development cooperation mainly generates quantitative, short term results in order tomaintain legitimacy as an organization. The focus has changed from a traditionally high reliance onthe organizations activities to instead focus on which results the organizations can present as a resultof its work.

In this thesis I discuss and analyse the use of violence of Basque radical nationalists after the 11th of September 2001 and the bombing of Madrid the 11th of March 2004. The field study is performed in the Basque country with interviews both on the French and Spanish side of the border with representatives from the Basque Nationalist Liberation Movement (BNLM).After the 11th of September the Spanish government continued its struggle against the countries own terror - ETA. But as the research will show the new political context after the 11/9 made it possible for the state to intensify the labelling of groups from the BNLM as terrorist organisations and thereby putting its members and leaders in prison for terrorism. My research shows that this social change may lead to a mobilisation of activists inside ETA, which in turn might create a continuity of the group's use of violence. The scenario is though challenged by an other setting in which the political situation after the 11/9 have made use of violence by militant groups like ETA illegitimate and irrational as a consequence of the mental trauma among the people of the western world.

The aim of this one-year master thesis in archival science was to examine how municipalities take regulations concerning public records into account when they use Facebook. Another aim was to examine the involvement of archivists, registrars or similar staff in the management of the regulations. Since Swedish archival theory and practice has a close connection to the application of these regulations, such an examination was hopefully going to reveal tendencies of importance for archival science. The method used to collect information was a web questionnaire and the result was based on answers from 21 municipalities with an official Facebook page. The questionnaire showed that six of the municipalities regarded documents originating from their Facebook page as public records.

Different studies have shown that somewhere between 10 000 and 75 000 persons live in Sweden as undocumented migrants. They are not entitled to basic human and social rights such as access to health care on the same basis as persons holding a residence permit in Sweden. Undocumented migrants are often exploited as workers in the informal economy and they are not allowed to organize in unions. The Swedish Social Services is by law bound to care for all people living in Sweden, though in reality undocumented migrants are excluded from benefits and efforts granted by the Social Services. Our aim with the study has been to investigate the situation of undocumented migrants in Sweden and in relation to Social Services.

Risk management is a key competency that is constantly being researched how it can be improved within project management. The risk management process consists of four major steps: identify risks, assess the risks? significance on the project, evaluate and address the key risks and follow up.The majority of companies seem to neglect certain identified risks, and decide not to mitigate if the risk does not cause adverse effects to the business. To counteract undesirable consequences and help organisations to become more effective at managing risks an initial work has been conducted for a risk repository.The project develops a proposal on the design of a risk repository which aim to effectively support a database implementation. The study includes literature studies which resulted in a relational model for database implementation.

Att uppnå en hög lönsamhet och produktivitet är viktiga prioriteringar inom organisationer. Mycket pekar på att ett effektivt arbetsmiljöarbete ökar dem båda. Det finns indikationer på att arbetsmiljöarbete inte utnyttjas för att ge lönsamhet. Till synes verkar inte den kunskapen vara allmänt känd. I arbetsmiljöarbete finns pedagogiska processer, då främst i den psykosociala arbetsmiljön.

Ångest och depression spås om fem år tillhöra några av världens största folksjukdomar (World Health Organization, 2001). Stigmatisering av psykiska besvär hos individer innebär att många med psykisk ohälsa exkluderas från arbetsmarknaden (Socialdepartementet, 2012). Att individer med psykisk ohälsa arbetar innebär dock vinster på individ-, organisations-, och samhällsnivå (CEPI, 2012). Syftet med studien är därmed att undersöka hur arbetsmiljön för anställda med ångest- och depressionssyndrom har anpassats utifrån den anställdes förutsättningar. Studiens fokus är att belysa vilka faktorer som påverkade att anpassningarna genomfördes.

The aim of this two years master thesis in Library and information science is to study the foundation Centrum för lättläst and its work regarding information use with focus on information structures and information needs. The aim is also to examine how Centrum för lättläst cooperate with Swedish libraries to promote the work concerning people with reading disabilities. This master thesis applies a domain analytic theory and method inspired by Birger Hjørland. The domain analysis is confined to examine ontology, epistemology, sociology, empirical user studies, document and genre studies and studies of structures and institutions in scientific communication. The main source material consists of information from the homepage of Centrum för lättläst.
