The purpose of this study is to identify a successful way of expanding a business on a global market, focusing on innovation products. An analysis was also made to see how internationalization theories are useful in businesses with innovation products. Four companies have been interviewed where two of them have innovation products (Proline AB and Q-Med AB) and the others are widely successful in exporting to a global market (Safegate Group and Weda Poolcleaners AB). Furthermore four interviews have been made with support organizations that have great experience in helping companies in this area (Svenska Uppfinnareföreningen, Almi Företagspartner AB, Exportrådet and The Swedish-American Chambers of Commerce).One of the results that can be identified is the diverse view and will to expand the business. The inventor often has a born global strategy in mind whereas the helping organizations rather expand step by step and only to one country at a time.

Studien uppmärksammar det svenska företaget Jula, som vid en tidpunkt då tillväxt råder på den elektroniska marknaden, väljer att lägga ner den elektroniska försäljningskanalen, för att istället satsa på den fysiska försäljningskanalen. Forskare har de senaste decennierna fokuserat på att företag bör vara verksamma genom kombinerade försäljningskanaler, fysisk försäljning och elektronisk handel, för att nå framgång. Därmed har de inte haft fokus på att företag slutar driva kombinerade försäljningskanaler, vilket företaget Jula kan illustrera. Genom att studera företaget Jula, med hjälp av en intervju och sekundärdata, påvisas att forskare hittills inte beaktat väsentliga faktorer i praktiken, och att det idag finns företag som kan vara framgångsrika och konkurrenskraftiga utan kombinerade försäljningskanaler. Även faktorer som ligger till grund för valet av att inte bedriva elektronisk handel påvisas.

Medan sa?kerheten kring anva?ndandet av Internet har diskuterats vilt sa? har anva?ndbarheten av Internet i olika omra?den inte utforskats till samma grad.

In this paper we have examined why seniors do not use e-business to the same extent as other age groups. Seniors belong to the age group that, according to statistics from Statistics Sweden (SCB) in 2011, utilizes e-business the least in relation to the number who use the internet. To understand how seniors reason and perceive the possibility to shop on the internet, we have conducted four interviews with people from 65 years and older. We have let the respondents answer questions regarding utility aspects, e-business interfaces, general shopping habits, risks, and whether or not they usually shop online. We also found out how seniors reason when they sell products and services.

Kravhantering är en komplex uppgift som är viktig vid systemutveckling. Om kraven på ett system är felaktiga kan konsekvenser uppstå som är svåra att rätta till senare under utvecklingen. Användningsfall är en kravhanteringsteknik som idag används av många företag. Enligt litteraturen finns det både fördelar och nackdelar med att använda användningsfall för att hantera de krav som ställs på systemet. Denna rapport undersöker hur systemutvecklare som använder sig av tekniken uppfattar den.

Tidigare forskning har visat att implicita och explicita attityder formas och förändras oberoende av varandra, samt att allt fler politiker använder sig av sociala medier för att nå ut till sina väljare. Denna studie syftade till att undersöka hur deltagarnas implicita och explicita attityder, gentemot två fiktiva politiker, påverkas av traditionella och sociala medier. I studien användes en experimentell mellangruppsdesign där deltagarna slumpmässigt fördelades till olika betingelser. Dessa bestod av positiva och negativa nyhetsitems från dels traditionella dels sociala medier. I undersökningen, som genomfördes på internet, deltog 126 personer. För att mäta deltagarnas attitydförändringar användes dels ett Implicit Association Test (IAT), dels ett explicit frågeformulär.

This study examines implementation from national law in to local practice in the district of Kalmar to assure newly arrived immigrants orientation in civics. The study takes its starting point in Lipskys theory about street-level bureaucracy.  Questions that are discussed are about how  the education is understood by refugee?s coordinators, civic communicators and the new immigrates, how the organization has been and what role the demography and economic structures has played for the organization. It is a case study where interviews and enquete has been used.

For the actors in the Swedish forest industry, it is important to have the ability to forecast the state in the privateforests. The information that comes out of the forecasts will be the base for the activities strategic direction.The aim in this exam is to survey what information that is present today as basis for forecast calculation, andeven to examine what other possibilities it might have in the future.From a limited geography and out of different time perspective forecast the felling potential in the privateforestry.With the word felling potential means regeneration felling and thinning. Undersökningen syftar till att skapa kunskap om barns och lärares handlingar inför mötet med teater och diskutera vad dessa handlingar har att berätta om lärares yrkeskunskaper och barns hinder och tillträde till kultur.Undersökningen studeras med kritisk diskursteori och narrativ teori genom Foucaults teorier om diskurser och makt. Som metod för att studera handlingarna i skolteaterfoajén används deltagande observationer som analyseras med Greimas aktantsmodell och skrivs fram med narrativer. Det är åtta skolteaterpubliker med barn 5-9 år och deras lärare i två olika teaterfoajéer som studerats innan de går in för att se en teaterföreställning.Skolteaterbesöket äger rum i en social pedagogisk praktik i ett diskursivt spel mellan skoldiskur-sen, teaterdiskursen och barndiskurser. Resultatet av studien visar att lärare agerar med avledande, påminnande och avbrytande handlingar gentemot barn som avvaktar, protesterar och undviker. Lärares handlingar karaktäriseras av disciplinerande makt och då fler hinder än tillträden skapas har de en differentierande funktion och betydelse för barns olika tillträde till kultur.

Essingeleden in Stockholm is the most heavily congested road segment in Scandinavia and it is ofgreat importance for as well traffic within the city as for transit traffic. The capacity of Essingeledenand Norra Länken is not enough to accommodate all traffic. At times it is not moving at all, whichresults in long queues and an augmented risk of accidents. Consequently measures for increasing thecapacity on E4/E20, which will reduce congestion and the risk of accidents, are implemented byTrafikverket. That also means that Sweden has a conservation responsibility for the Swedish Friesian (SLB) (SJV, 2007a). In a survey conducted by the Board of Agriculture (SJV) in 1996, it appeared that there were around 780 cows and heifers of the SLB breed (SJV, 1997). SJV did in 2006 a plan for the development of livestock genet-ic resources and the number of cows of SLB was estimated at approximately 200. This meant that the SLB was in need of being conserved and SJV assumed it would be categorized as threatened.The primary objective of conservation of a breed is to reduce the loss of the original genetic variation (Lacy et al., 1995).

The aim with this essay has been to see how students use drinking-songs and what function they have. I have also wanted to see how the traditions are carried on between the students. In order to do this, I have been observing three parties organised by three different student associations at Växjö University: Västkustens nation, Föreningarnas Festeri and Isterbandet. I have interviewed five people that have been attending the dinners. I have used Alan Merriam?s theory of use/function and made interpretations of his theory.

This exam report has been developed in association with Strangbetong AB, Sweden.The natural gravel that is being used as fine aggregate for concrete production today is an ending natural recourse and the Swedish government has decided to strongly reduce the extraction from the year of 2020. The only reasonable replacement is aggregates from crushed rocks but this material has other properties than natural aggregates. The concrete manufacturers now have to learn how to use these new fine aggregates in a cost effective way in order to ensure the quality of their concrete production.In this project, crushed aggregates and combination of crushed and natural aggregates have been tested with existing formulas for fresh concrete. The two parameters yield stress and plastic viscosity have been measured which gives a good description of the workability of the fresh concrete. Different methods to make measurements on the dry fine aggregates, has also been tested, to find out if there is any correlations between these parameters and the parameters from the measurement on the fresh concrete..

Syftet meduppsatsen är att beskriva hur varumärket Saab uppfattas idag vilket har undersökts genomfokusgrupper och en enkätstudie. Studien utgår från konsumenters associationer och resultatetvisar att Svenskt Tradition utgör en viktig del av varumärkesbilden. Överlag har Saab en bred,homogen och positiv varumärkesbild där varumärket Saab representerar båda de bolag somdelar varumärkesnamnet.
