Bakgrund och problem: De senaste åren har en förändring skett i hur organisationer styrs.En tydlig trend visar en rörelse från de traditionella styrsystemen däriblandproduktkalkyleringen till en styrning som innebär organisationer uppbyggda av fleraresultatenheter. Denna förändring har skapat ett behov av prissättning på interna transaktionermellan enheter för att kunna bedöma enheternas individuella prestationer och resultat.Dilemmat kring internprissättning ligger bland annat i att finna en optimal modell för allatransaktioner. Vårt fallföretag Göteborg Energi finner att internprissättningsmodellen somanvänds på Marknadsavdelningen inte tillgodoser alla syften. Framförallt har ett missnöjebland kunderna framkommit vilket lett fram till följande frågeställning i denna uppsats:1. Vilka för- och nackdelar finner MK:s interna kunder med den nuvarandeinternprissättningen?2.

This thesis aims to study whether the Swedish corporate law is in need of additional rules regarding the composition of the board of directors from a gender equality point of view. Sweden is internationally a state that is far ahead when it comes to creating equal opportunities for all its citizens. The Swedish labour market consist of men and women to an equal degree, although this is a phenomena that is not reflected on the leading positions in the larger limited corporations listed on the stock exchange. This is a trend that definitely needs to be attended to, since women can provide crucial knowledge that is important not only to the individual corporation but also to the society as a whole. This is strengthened by the fact that demographic differences in boards stimulates creative solutions and well reasoned suggestions.The opponents to legal measures regarding affirmative action base their arguments on the fact that the shareholders right of ownership is limited as a result of such measures and also that rules regarding self-regulation through corporate governance is preferable.

SAMMANFATTNINGÖland är en känd och välbesökt destination. Trots det har Öland blivit en destination som konkurrerar mindre väl om de nationella och internationella besökarna jämfört med liknande destinationer. Idag är samarbetet mellan de olika aktörerna på Öland svagt. Däremot vill de vända denna trend och sträva mot ett tätt samarbete. Att det idag inte finns ett samarbete aktörer emellan kan vara en bidragande orsak till varför Öland konkurrerar mindre väl om de nationella och internationella besökarna.

Energieffektivisering är en trend som för närvarande genomsyrar hela samhällsdebatten. Politiska reformer för energieffektivisering som genomförs på såväl lokal som global nivå påverkar även hur aktörer inom näringslivet fattar olika beslut. En sektor där påverkan varit speciellt stor är bygg- och fastighetssektorn, som bedöms stå för närmare 40 procent av samhällets energiförbrukning. Påtryckningar från myndigheter, hyresgäster och andra intressenter samt ett stigande energipris uppmanar många fastighetsägare att se över sina fastigheters energiåtgång vid drift och förvaltning. Samtidigt medför den snabba teknikutvecklingen inom byggnadsautomation för värme, ventilation och kyla att nyproducerade fastigheter idag har mycket stor effektiviseringspotential.

The aim of this thesis is to examine how the identity of the public librarianwith regard to reading is manifested in the library field. The approaches thatare taken to reading and readers are examined as well as the consequencesdifferent approaches might have. The empirical material is based on 93articles published in Swedish library journals. The theoretical andmethodological starting point is discourse analysis. The application ofdiscourse analysis according to Michel Foucault?s hypotheses reveals threediscursive formations regarding the professional identity of public librarianswithin the framework of reading promotion: The public librarian asguarantor of democracy is related to the public library's original mission offostering, cultivating and educating citizens.

The aim of this study is to with the help of my data, conduct statistic analyses about animal welfare mistakes and scarities, as a preventive measure for the public sector point of view and how farmers handle their animals in these cases, when and how these mistakes and scarities are likely to appear and in this way perhaps manage the existing problems. The aim of using judicial decisions of banning ownership and caretaking of animals according to the 29 § is that this judicial decision is the outermost fortification of animal welfare. In November 1938 the pro tempore investigator handed over a report with a proposition according the animal welfare legislation. Pro tempore proposed that the court should in some cases, be able to order a person guilty of cruelty against animals to a ban of owning or taking care of animals. This proposal unfortunately was turned down. The question about introduce a ban against owning or taking care of animals into the Swedish animal welfare legislation was again discussed in April 1967 at an interpellation debate in the parliaments second chamber.

We are currently more aware than ever about the impact of food on our health, but in the same time this trend put more pressure on the food retailers to do as much as possible to help their customers manage their weight and be healthy in general. This study aims to examine the corporate social responsibility for consumer health in food retailing, in which ways the companies promote healthy eating; in what extent they do it and also the motives for companies for corporate responsibility. The empirical study is limited to the market leading companies in Sweden, Coop and ICA, because the performance of the leading companies puts them in the strongest position to profit from shifting consumer trends, grow revenues and penetrate new markets and also enable them to make a strong case for the effectiveness of voluntary action, obviating the need for government intervention. A qualitative method was used in this study to get an accurate understanding how the food retailers take social responsibility for consumers health. The study is based on interviews with experts in the food retailers Coop and ICA, and the companies reporting in this area, annual reports, corporate responsibility reports and websites.

Syfte: Att undersöka och jämföra det specialpedagogiska stödet på två sektioner i samma skola, utifrån elevernas perspektiv. I förlängning syftar studien till att kunna öka kunskap om hur stödinsatserna fungerar och kan förbättras på skolan.Tidigare Forskning: Specialpedagogik anses vara en tvärvetenskaplig förlängning till pedagogik som handlar om att följa samhällets riktlinjer och sätts in där den vanliga pedagogiken inte räcker till. Historiskt sätt beskrivs tre perioder sedan folkskolans införande; icke- differentiering, differentiering och integrering, som leder fram till nutiden då stor vikt läggs på specialpedagogiskt stöd i skolan. Alla skolor anses dock inte möta elevernas behov. Utifrån elevens syn beskrivs lärarens roll som ett viktigt inslag i skolupplevelserna samt i elevens självvärdering.

The aim of this study is to examine the significance of having a music department at the public library in Enköping, and how the organization of the phonograms is handled. The different areas examined are the reason of the reintroduction of a music department, its budget, its users, the work with selection, the marketing, statistical data concerning loans, the work with classification, indexing, and organization of the phonograms and the future of the music department. The empirical material consists of qualitative interviews with staff connected to the music department at the public library in Enköping. For the theoretical frame, Sanna Taljas discourse analysis of music libraries in Finland is used. Talja presents three discourses which all show different views on what kind of material a music library should contain.

Våren 2006 infördes lagen om förbud mot diskriminering och kränkande behandling av barn och elever. I lagtexten framgår tydligt att kränkning och diskriminering inte får förekomma på grund av sexuell läggning. Det här är ett examensarbete som just handlar om elevers inställning till sexuella minoritetsgrupper ? tolerans kontra intolerans. Mitt syfte anknyter övergripande till den nya diskrimineringslagstiftningen, skolans uppdrag och värdegrund.

The limit for mercury in fish, set by health authorities, is exceeded in about half of the lakes in Sweden. Methyl mercury (MeHg) is the most toxic form of mercury and accumulates in fish. Therefore transformation of inorganic mercury (Hg) to methylmercury (MeHg) is an important process that we need to understand in order to possibly counteract the negative effects of mercury in the environment. The seasonal dynamics of mercury biogeochemistry is likely of great importance for the accumulation of MeHg in the aquatic food web. In thesis the chemical speciation and transformations of Hg and MeHg in bottom waters and sediments is followed in Ängessjön, a small lake located on the east coast in the middle of Sweden. The lake is not directly affected by any industrial pollution and concentrations of Hg in the sediment reflect the atmospheric deposition in this area, as well as processes taking place along the hydrological pathways from soil to lake. Samples from sediment, bottom- and streamwater were collected in average every second month during the period Feb.

In central Jönköping, on Munksjöns northern waterside a shopping centre will be built, on the block Atollen. The construction will begin in autumn of 2007 and will be finished according to plan in 2009. Atollens goal is to counteract the competition from external retailers and strengthen the retail trade in the city centre, leading to more attractive and competitive city centre.Atollen will not be a shopping centre in traditional style and design, it will be focused on shopping and experience. The shopping centre shall be a natural venue with a wide and exclusive store mix, concentrated against trend conscious customers. This will be created with the help of a futuristic design and architecture, with light, open and transparent spaces.

Forskningen har konstaterat att suggor har ett inneboende behov av att få utföra bobyggnadsbeteende och att suggor som inte fått något strömaterial och därmed inte fått möjlighet att utöva bobyggnad har haft längre och svårare förlossningar. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka ifall strategisk halmning har någon effekt på förlossningslängd, födslointervallet mellan 1: a- 3: e kulting, genomsnittsintervallet per kulting, andelen dödfödda kultingar samt aktivitetsgraden hos suggan under pågående förlossning. I studien ingick 56 suggor från 4 konventionella gårdar som följdes under 2 grisningar. Vid en grisning fick de tillgång till 15 kg halm två dagar före förväntad grisning, (s.k. strategisk halmning) och vid den andra fick de istället 1 kg halm dagligen innan förlossningen.

Syfte: Syftet med denna litteratur?versikt ?r att unders?ka det vetenskapliga underlaget f?r huruvida totalt flavonoidintag fr?n kosten p?verkar totalmortalitet bland vuxna med diagnostiserad cancer vid baslinje. Metod: Denna systematiska litteratur?versikt analyserar prospektiva kohortstudier som unders?ker sambandet mellan flavonoidintag och totalmortalitet. De s?kord som anv?ndes var "flavonoid intake", "flavanol intake", "cancer mortality" och "cancer survival". Det genomf?rdes en systematisk litteraturs?kning i databaserna PubMed och Scopus, f?ljt av en dataextration.

Syftet med studien är att presentera olika begrepp med definitioner för odefinierade rum i bebyggd miljö. Rum som blivit över eller bortglömda i stadsplanering, övergivna och förfallna områden eller rum som saknar en känsla av identitet. Olika författare med olika bakgrund presenterar olika begrepp och definitioner för dessa rum. Genom litteraturstudier undersöks nio relevanta begrepp från publicerad litteratur. De undersöks utifrån frågor som behandlar författarens ursprung, verkets publiceringsår, begreppets definition, exempel som ges på odefinierade rum, hur rummen uppkommit samt hur de enligt författaren bör behandlas i planering.
