The purpose of this essay is to analyse the descriptions of young girls' experiences of internet contacts, which have led up to sexual abuse. Syfte: Inom ramen för studien är syftet att få en ökad förståelse för hur en ung mamma i gymnasiesärskolan upplever sin skolgång.Teori: Studien använder sig av teori och ansats från livsvärldsfenomenologin. Med livsvärldsansatsen har möjligheten att ta del av den unga mamman erfarenheter och upplevelser och därefter synliggöra dem möjliggjorts.Metod: Studiens empiri består av sex halvstrukturerade fenomenologiska intervjuer med en öppen och reflexiv anstas där den unga mammans upplevelser och erfarenheter synliggörs. Två intervjuer av viktiga andra i huvudinformantens närhet och åtta observationer ur ett fenomenologiskt perspektiv i olika miljöer finns också representerade inom ramen för studien. I studien är empirin bearbetad utifrån ett fenomenologiskt perspektiv. Det innebär att istället för att förklara vad min informant har varit med om så avser jag att beskriva och förstå hennes livsvärld.Resultat: Studiens resultat visar att lärarnas bemötande och förhållningssätt är centralt för hur den unga mamman upplever skolan.

Ett av regeringens centrala mål för att behålla Sveriges styrka som industrination och välfärdsstat, är att öka nyföretagandet i Sverige. En viktig faktor i nyföretagandet är stimulerandet av innovationer fram till kommersialiserade produkter. Organisationen Grensebroen Arena har inrättats genom offentliga medel, för att stödja innovationer och teknikutveckling inom vård/omsorg i Østfold/Fyrbodal. Grensebroen Arena har funnit att kunskapen om vilka kostnader och kapitalbehov samt dess placering i tid under en innovationsprocess, ofta är begränsad hos den innovatör som befinner sig i början av processen. Studien Lärare samtalar om sin läs- och skrivundervisning. ? Fokusgruppssamtal som arena förkritisk självprövning? har tagit avstamp i en kartläggning av svenskämnets läs- och skrivutvecklingsom genomfördes i en mellansvensk kommun, vårterminen 2011.Syftet med studien är att belysa och kritiskt granska hur lärare talar om sin undervisning när detgäller arbetet med elevers läs- och skrivutveckling med särskilt fokus på elever som kan vara ibehov av särskilt stöd i sin läs- och skrivutveckling.För att lärare skulle ges möjlighet att samtala om sin undervisning valdes fokusgruppssamtal förinsamlande av empirin. Studien är av kvalitativ art och har en hermeneutisk forskningsansats somutgångspunkt, med ett konstruktionistiskt kunskapsteoretiskt perspektiv.Det lärarna i samtalen gav uttryck för att de gör i arbetet med att utveckla elevers läs- och skrivutveckling,och som jag betraktar som strategier, har jag valt att beskriva utifrån följande kategorier:1. The purpose of this essay was to describe how lenders and Skatteverket will act in case of a dispensation for small companies from the duty to audit the accounts. The study has been carried out by interviewing four lenders and Skatteverket. The study shows that the lenders and Skatteverkets acting in case of a dispensation for small companies from the duty to audit the accounts will part from each others. While the lenders stand before a big change Skatteverkets work will be next to unaltered. Half the lenders think that they will continue to demand that the companies? accounts be audited.

BakgrundI tidigare forskning har det framkommit att den svenska skolan och förskolan inte kommitsärskilt långt i sitt arbete med integration och utvecklande av interkulturelltförhållningssätt. Vidare visar tidigare forskning också att förskollärare i stor utsträckning använder sig av ett reciprokt eller kompensatoriskt arbetssätt. Här finns också belagt att förskolan som kulturell arena är en lämplig plattform för integration och för det förebyggande arbetet med att motverka dikotomier som exempelvis ?vi? och ?dom?.SyfteSyftet med studien är att undersöka ett pågående integrationsprojekt som syftar till att öka antalet möten mellan barn från segregerade områden i en kommundel i södra Sverige. Undersökningens huvudsakliga fokus kommer att beröra pedagogers, arbetsgivares och projektledares uppfattningar kring integration i förskolan samt vilka förväntningar som finns kring det pågående projektet.MetodFör att inhämta analyserbart material till studien har verktyget selfreport används.Selfreport innebär att respondenterna ombeds svara på frågor i löpande text.Respondenterna består av tre förskollärare, två arbetsgivare och två projektledare.Resultatet har sedan analyserats kvalitativt.ResultatResultaten visar att de tillfrågade pedagogerna, arbetsgivarna och projektledarna innehar liknande uppfattningar kring vad begreppet integration står för och de uttrycker att de tror att ökad integration leder till ökade möjligheter till lika villkor i samhället.

What is e-leadership and how can it be framed in a distance context? How can work motivation be understood as a correlated theme? In prior leadership research and theory it has been taken for granted that leadership occurs in a face-to-face environment, so how to study leadership in a remote context? According to recent research, e-leadership defines this leader-member relation in this new arena, and a central focus of this research has been on communication. Communication is a central theme in the remote setting because it is the only interaction arena which allows leadership to be seen and understood. By conducting a case study in a multi media organization with distance working journalists as focus group this essay aims to bring a deeper understanding of how e-leadership works and how it effects work motivation. The field of media organizations is interesting to study as distance work is not an unusual working environment for journalists, and research has indicated that work motivation needs for these highly specified creative workers are somewhat differentiated from other, for example industrial workers, which implies that motivation theories urges an update.

Background: An accountant is supposed to secure that the information from a company is true and fair. Recently consulting, or giving advice, has grown to be a major part of an accountants daily work particularly in smaller companies which may have insufficient financial competence themselves. This means that an accountant occupies two parts, as an independent reviewer and as an initiated advisor, which have caused controversy. Purpose: The purpose is to outline and explain how the accountants and audit customers regard an eventual discrepancy between performing the audit and consulting, and to give suggestions how to manage this. The purpose is also to define what customers perceive as quality in consulting an auditor.

The inventory is based on material gathered from Sandviken Municipality archives and from Göransson Arenas' own archives. The archives consist of such things as board meeting protocols, annual reports, bookkeeping, drawings, photographs and more. The method is based on Foucault's discourse analysis, focusing on his archaeological period.Results & conclusion: The archives show how business ideas, theories, and expressions can be seen in the two arenas. The results show how the concepts of customer, company and association are present in the design of the two arenas in different ways.

Fotbollsverksamheten präglar många flickors vardag och är den största ungdomsverksamheten i svensk idrott. Det råder inga tveksamheter om att idrott innebär flera fördelar för människors psykiska och fysiska välbefinnande. Fotbollen är en arena där flickors självförtroende kan främjas och stärkas.
