I forskningen har organisatoriskt lärande uppmärksammats, men inte institutionaliserats. Det organisatoriska lärandet påverkas i stor grad av nyckelpersoner vilket ledare och mellanchefer är. Organisatoriskt lärande styrs av det individuella lärandet vilket därför har en stor betydelse i sammanhanget. Ansvaret för det individuella lärandet läggs oftast på organisationens ledare och för ledares individuella lärande är reflektion och erfarenhet en avgörande faktor. Därför var studiens syfte att bidra till forskningen genom att undersöka hur kritiska situationer påverkat ledares lärande och bidragit till det individuella och organisatoriska lärandet.

In this two years master's thesis a regional project, Futurum.kom, is studied through the experiences of eight librarians from two of the participating libraries. The interviewees have all attended local and regional seminars where questions about core values, target groups and the role of the public library were discussed, among others. The seminars resulted in a number of core values and target groups. During the project, a number of advertising campaigns are to be conducted. The first one of these had recently been implemented at the time of the present study. The aim of the thesis is to investigate the interviewees organizational self-perception in relation to the project.

This account deals with my degree in furniture design. The project was done in collaboration with the architect firm Byggnadskonst AB in a quest for the cafe chain "Vivels"Byggnadskonst AB?s mission was to make the interior of the cafe that Vivels is building in Larsberg Center on Lidingö. My assignment was to design chairs for the café. In the beginning I had even thought about designing a table, but as time past I focussed more and more on the chairs.

In the essay, the balance between being an educator and a mother of a child with autism is explored in respect to how the roles might influence the actions of a pre-school teacher. Writing is used as a method of reflection, it gives the teacher a chance to take a step back and view her practical experiences from a novel perspective; conclusions are recounted throughout the teachers narrative. The essay is based on the following questions; which problems might arise in the meeting with parents such as Adams where there is a suspicion of autism for the child? Which advantages/disadvantages might the teacher?s personal experience of autism have for the role as educator? How would the dual roles as educator and mother of an autistic child best be balanced in the future?The essay highlights special educational and parent perspectives on the matter of autism. Bakgrund: Sjuksköterskor har ett etiskt ansvar för sina handlingar och bedömningar i vården. Etisk kompetens utgör en del av sjuksköterskans profession.Syfte: Syftet med denna litteraturöversikt var att undersöka hur den etiska kompetensen hos sjuksköterskan beskrivs.Metod: Denna litteraturöversikt grundas i tolv vårdvetenskapliga artiklar vilka har lästs upprepade gånger. Nyckelfynd har kunnat identifieras avseende den etiska kompetensen hos sjuksköterskan. En sammanfattning av varje studie utfördes för att sedan utmynna i en sammanställning där två huvudteman urskildes. Därefter bildades nya underteman vilka presenterar resultatet.Resultat: I resultatet beskrivs den etiska kompetensen med dess komponenter.

There is respect for the history of dance and my aim is to find out how the history affects the dancing youth today. The design of the dance lesson is often of a traditional stereotypical manner, both didactic and methodic, and it rarely appears to be questioned. I have danced for almost 20 years and I am a part of this tradition of movements, music, language and way of ?being?. My ambition with this study is to go outside my own experience and offer insight and an overall picture of a, for the outsider, closed world.

BackgroundWhen women have breast pain this usually is not associated with myocardial infarction, which results in that they get less attention and wrong treatment. The nurse has an important role in informing and educating patients and families during hospitalization, which is usually short. Continuous training, written information and repetition for patient and family throughout the hospital stay are of considerable importance to clarify that the patient understands and to reduce the anxiety of being discharged.AimThe aim is to describe nurses' experiences of caring for older women with myocardial infarction.MethodsA qualitative method was used. The collection of data was done by six interviews with nurses in geriatric care and elderly care. Dataset has been processed based on a content analysis and divided into subcategories and main categories using meaningful units.ResultsNot having knowledge of older women with myocardial infarction was expressed as frustrating and nurses described how they were afraid to ask their colleagues.

I denna studie kan läsas om två arbetslag som deltagit i verksamhetsinriktad handledning. Syftet med studien har varit att undersöka hur några lärare beskriver sina erfarenheter av att delta i verksamhetsinriktad handledning. Denna studie vill synliggöra om verksamhetsinriktad handledning är gynnsamt för ett ökat yrkeskunnande.Tidigare forskning och litteratur som presenteras i studien rör sig inom flera områden men främst handledning. Litteraturgenomgången innehåller en presentation av begreppen yrkeskunnande, pedagogisk handledning och reflektion.Denna studie är av kvalitativ art då metoden som använts är semistrukturerade intervjuer. För att förstå respondenternas berättelser analyserades delar av dessa med hjälp av reflektionsnivåer.

Studiens syfte har varit att beskriva och tematisera två lärares reflektioner över en genomfördlektion i matematik. Som bakgrund till studien har elevtest, lärarnas intryck från sin lektionoch deras uppfattning om utveckling av verksamheten funnits. För att ta del av lärarnasreflektioner valdes kvalitativa intervjuer. Lärarna har reflekterat över hinder och möjligheterför att eleverna ska nå målen för lektionen, vilken betydelse undervisningen har och hurlärarna upptäcker elevernas förmågor och kunskaper. Intervjuerna har analyserats utifrån femteman.

This study contains how pre-school teachers talk about their mission as tutors and their assignments to educate student teachers in relation to the document that contains information concerning practice-based learning. The students are involved in communities of practice regarding pre-schools for children between one year and five years old. The pre-school teachers will share their daily work and pedagogical responsibility in the activities, meaning that the students are expected to show social engagement in interaction between children and adults. When teachers from the University visit the pre-school, the students are supposed to have a lesson or activity with the pupils in the practice class. And afterwards the students, the pre-school teachers and the teacher from University together have a developing discuss about the outcome objectives that the students are supposed to reach during the practice.

Den här uppsatsen använder essä som kvalitativ metod för att undersöka ett dilemma som utspelar sig i flera gestaltade berättelser utifrån mina egna erfarenheter. De beskriver de dokumentationskrav i förskolans läroplan som påverkar mig. Jag granskar där några av de svårigheter som jag har mött i dokumentationsarbetet som finns på förskolan, såsom svårigheten med att vara emotionellt närvarande med barnen, samtidigt som jag dokumenterar. Jag använder mig av den hermeneutiska cirkeln för att få en mer nyanserad bild av dilemmat.Syftet med den här essän är att undersöka pedagogens förhållningssätt till dokumentationsarbetet och hur det påverkar barnen. De frågor jag ställer i uppsatsen handlar om dokumentationens syfte, barns inflytande, det etiska förhållningssättet till barns livsvärldar och pedagogens närvaro i dokumentationsprocessen.Jag belyser frågeställningarna genom att lyfta den pedagogiska dokumentationen som grund för ett gemensamt reflektionsarbete, som också fokuserar på barns inflytande och medverkan.

I ett flertal teorier inom fältet vuxnas lärande, liksom i dokument i specifika skolformer inom svensk vuxenutbildning, ges begreppet reflektion en frontposition i relation till lärande. Begreppet är dock problematiskt i att det har flera olika innebörder som inte nödvändigtvis harmonierar med varandra. Vidare saknar skolformer i utbildningssystemet didaktiska riktlinjer för utformningen av undervisning. Ett spänningsfält kan skönjas här, mellan å ena sidan explicita krav på reflektion i dokument med bäring på specifika skolformers verksamhet, och å andra sidan teoretisk och didaktisk oklarhet kring begreppet reflektion.    Syftet med uppsatsen är att identifiera folkhögskollärares beskrivningar av hur de utformar undervisning för deltagares reflektion. Den kvalitativa metodansatsen är tematisk analys och det empiriska datamaterialet består av intervjuer med sex folkhögskollärare.    Resultaten av analysen gestaltas i fem övergripande teman av beskrivningar: samtal utformas som perspektivvidgning och återkoppling både i det fysiska och virtuella klassrummet; skrivande utformas via chatt eller för hand genom dikt- och brevskrivande eller som textframställningar i linje med olika skrivgenrer.

The purpose has been to, by the means of literature studies and conversation, give landscape architects, teachers or other interested people an increased understanding of school gardens as a phenomenon. One episode in the essay describes school garden?s historical background and how its ideology has changed as the society has developed. A conversation with a spokesperson for Södermalmsskolan in Stockholm, depict how a communal public school handles the management of a school garden today. I have also wanted to present the conditions that society and the schools organisation has put on the management of the garden on this particular school. In the year of 2007 Södermalmsskolan got the opportunity to found its school garden thanks to the environmental campaigns that were realized by the city of Stockholm.

This thesis investigates the communicative role of scenography in the performing arts for children, with an aim to make the readers understand the ways in which a set design can be optimized so that a young audience can be able to interpret the play and its message.The art of scenography is complex and includes many elements. The research questions can therefore be grouped into three clusters: one artistic oriented (How does the scenographic process work and what is its relation to the scenic piece at large? In which ways may scenography be used to support the desiderate interpretation?), one audience oriented (Which work processes enhances the chances of creating dramatic art that is perceived as meaningful to the audience? On what premises can the semiotics of theatre be used in the performing arts for a young audience?) and last a cluster that focuses on Den magiska cirkeln (The Magic Circle) by ung scen/öst (What is told in the show and how is this portrayed in the scenography? Who is in the target group, and does the audience get the feeling of the performance as intended?).Den magiska cirkeln is used as a case study in the thesis in order to reflect the theoretical material. Methods in the case study includes performance analysis, a survey completed by 178 people in the audience and an interview with scenographer Anna Dolata. 14 performing analyzes of Swedish children?s theatre shows have been made in addition to the case study.The thesis analyses and compares two work logics; the internal logic and the external logic, and it is shown that meaningful interpretations are likelier to happen with an external logical point of view.

The purpose of this study was to, by using thematic analysis, investigate how psychologists experience and are affected by treating sexually assaulted individuals, if and how they use different coping strategies to maintain their own wellbeing and how they are affected by the organization. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with eight psychologists working in a clinic dedicated for patients with history of sexual assault. The analysis identified one general theme and four themes. The general theme Consciousness and active choices minted the other themes. Participants' awareness of their own and colleagues? health supplied conditions for inner reflection, which along with concern for potential negative effects resulted in active choices for mental health and work environment.
