Syfte: Inom ramen för studien är syftet att få en ökad förståelse för hur en ung mamma i gymnasiesärskolan upplever sin skolgång.Teori: Studien använder sig av teori och ansats från livsvärldsfenomenologin. Med livsvärldsansatsen har möjligheten att ta del av den unga mamman erfarenheter och upplevelser och därefter synliggöra dem möjliggjorts.Metod: Studiens empiri består av sex halvstrukturerade fenomenologiska intervjuer med en öppen och reflexiv anstas där den unga mammans upplevelser och erfarenheter synliggörs. Två intervjuer av viktiga andra i huvudinformantens närhet och åtta observationer ur ett fenomenologiskt perspektiv i olika miljöer finns också representerade inom ramen för studien. I studien är empirin bearbetad utifrån ett fenomenologiskt perspektiv. Det innebär att istället för att förklara vad min informant har varit med om så avser jag att beskriva och förstå hennes livsvärld.Resultat: Studiens resultat visar att lärarnas bemötande och förhållningssätt är centralt för hur den unga mamman upplever skolan.

In this diploma work the approach of determining the required amount of reinforcement in slabs exposed to pure tension is processed, on behalf of Ramböll Uppsala. It is a well-known problem in the industry that there are uncertainties in the determining of the amount of crack reinforcement, especially for structures exposed to pure tension. Cracking caused during the time of dehydration in concrete slabs is the most common defect according to statistics made by CBI[1], which provides numbers as high as 35 % of all the defects caused on slabs are generated by cracks. Comparisons between Sweden's former national standard BBK 04, Building Regulations for concrete structures due to restrained forces of shrinkage, and the current European standard Eurocode 2 are carried out through theoretical studies and concludes with several examples of calculations. Rigorous calculations of both standards, BBK 04 and Eurocode 2 with application of the national annex in Sweden and Denmark are performed.

In order to protect humans and the environment from the negative effects of chemical use, chemical regulations have been used at a relatively early stage in our history. The purpose of REACH, the new chemical regulation of the European Union, is to generate new knowledge of chemicals within the European market and to increase the responsibilities of the enterprises when it comes to risk management. Whether the enterprises will implement the regulations or not will be of vital importance for the realization of the law?s intentions.The purpose of this study was to identify possibilities and problems that can occur when a downstream-user SME is about to implement REACH.

En viktig faktor i nyföretagandet är stimulerandet av innovationer fram till kommersialiserade produkter. Organisationen Grensebroen Arena har inrättats genom offentliga medel, för att stödja innovationer och teknikutveckling inom vård/omsorg i Østfold/Fyrbodal. Grensebroen Arena har funnit att kunskapen om vilka kostnader och kapitalbehov samt dess placering i tid under en innovationsprocess, ofta är begränsad hos den innovatör som befinner sig i början av processen. Detta leder till att innovatörer ibland påbörjar utvecklingen av sin idé utan att ha någon genomarbetad plan, vilket ställer innovatören inför svåra beslut som får tas utan rätt beslutsunderlag.

The euthropthication of the Baltic Sea is a threat that is beginning to be taken seriously by the governments concerned. In Sweden, regulations concerning the allowed nitrogen (N) concentration in the effluent water from wastewater treatment plants are being tightened up. The Rimbo wastewater treatment plant has been imposed to reduce the annual mean concentration of total N in the effluent water to levels below 15 mg l-1. A more and more common way to reduce the nitrogen level in wastewater is to let the water pass through a wetland. This study investigates the possibility to build this kind of wetland at the outlet of the Rimbo wastewater treatment plant.A prestudy of the topography, soil characteristics and groundwater flow indicates that the land area in question is well suited for the construction of a wetland.

The right to freedom of conscience is protected by international conventions and declarations of human rights that have been ratified by Sweden. Nationally, the issue of health professionals? right to freedom of conscience in the abortion care is not resolved by public inquiry. This has led to that Sweden has been notified to the European Committee of Social Rights on the grounds that the country is considered to be violating the Council of  Europe Resolution 1763 and that the proper question to be determined by regulations of the interests that are balanced, based on their legal value in relation to each other. Studien Lärare samtalar om sin läs- och skrivundervisning. ? Fokusgruppssamtal som arena förkritisk självprövning? har tagit avstamp i en kartläggning av svenskämnets läs- och skrivutvecklingsom genomfördes i en mellansvensk kommun, vårterminen 2011.Syftet med studien är att belysa och kritiskt granska hur lärare talar om sin undervisning när detgäller arbetet med elevers läs- och skrivutveckling med särskilt fokus på elever som kan vara ibehov av särskilt stöd i sin läs- och skrivutveckling.För att lärare skulle ges möjlighet att samtala om sin undervisning valdes fokusgruppssamtal förinsamlande av empirin. Studien är av kvalitativ art och har en hermeneutisk forskningsansats somutgångspunkt, med ett konstruktionistiskt kunskapsteoretiskt perspektiv.Det lärarna i samtalen gav uttryck för att de gör i arbetet med att utveckla elevers läs- och skrivutveckling,och som jag betraktar som strategier, har jag valt att beskriva utifrån följande kategorier:1. This paper is about how transport companies in the future will be able to adapt their activity to an environmentally sustainable development without the effect of negative company economic consequences. Today, the environmental threat is a global problem and knowledge about that effluent of carbon dioxide have a negative impact on the climate is generally known. A transport system that works well is important for Sweden, but the sector has a negative impact on the environment. Regulation and legislation for increased environmental requirements often meets resistance and fear that the work will be hampered by increased costs for environmental work that can lead to an international decrease in competitiveness. The transport companies have outside pressure from the society to do something about the environmental issue, however the companies? customers are not ready to pay a higher price for environmental work.

SAMMANFATTNING Under det senaste decenniet har utvecklingen inom svensk lagstiftning gått oerhört fort fram. Anledningen är att de svenska redovisningsreglerna har anpassats efter de internationella som i första hand är avsedda för större bolag. Konsekvenserna blev ett allt för stort och komplext regelverk för de mindre bolagen. Bokföringsnämnden inledde därför arbetet med att ta fram förenklade redovisningsregler för de allra minsta företagen, de så kallade K1-företagen. Även regeringen har uppmärksammat de ökade kostnaderna för redovisningsarbetet vilka i dagsläget uppgår till 1 645 miljoner kronor för svenskt näringsliv.

BakgrundI tidigare forskning har det framkommit att den svenska skolan och förskolan inte kommitsärskilt långt i sitt arbete med integration och utvecklande av interkulturelltförhållningssätt. Vidare visar tidigare forskning också att förskollärare i stor utsträckning använder sig av ett reciprokt eller kompensatoriskt arbetssätt. Här finns också belagt att förskolan som kulturell arena är en lämplig plattform för integration och för det förebyggande arbetet med att motverka dikotomier som exempelvis ?vi? och ?dom?.SyfteSyftet med studien är att undersöka ett pågående integrationsprojekt som syftar till att öka antalet möten mellan barn från segregerade områden i en kommundel i södra Sverige. Undersökningens huvudsakliga fokus kommer att beröra pedagogers, arbetsgivares och projektledares uppfattningar kring integration i förskolan samt vilka förväntningar som finns kring det pågående projektet.MetodFör att inhämta analyserbart material till studien har verktyget selfreport används.Selfreport innebär att respondenterna ombeds svara på frågor i löpande text.Respondenterna består av tre förskollärare, två arbetsgivare och två projektledare.Resultatet har sedan analyserats kvalitativt.ResultatResultaten visar att de tillfrågade pedagogerna, arbetsgivarna och projektledarna innehar liknande uppfattningar kring vad begreppet integration står för och de uttrycker att de tror att ökad integration leder till ökade möjligheter till lika villkor i samhället.

What is e-leadership and how can it be framed in a distance context? How can work motivation be understood as a correlated theme? In prior leadership research and theory it has been taken for granted that leadership occurs in a face-to-face environment, so how to study leadership in a remote context? According to recent research, e-leadership defines this leader-member relation in this new arena, and a central focus of this research has been on communication. Communication is a central theme in the remote setting because it is the only interaction arena which allows leadership to be seen and understood. By conducting a case study in a multi media organization with distance working journalists as focus group this essay aims to bring a deeper understanding of how e-leadership works and how it effects work motivation. The field of media organizations is interesting to study as distance work is not an unusual working environment for journalists, and research has indicated that work motivation needs for these highly specified creative workers are somewhat differentiated from other, for example industrial workers, which implies that motivation theories urges an update.
