This degree projekt deals with Skanska´s safety at the construction site with focus on personal safety equipment. The purpose of this dissertation is to examine how the rules of personal safety equipment are applied and experienced at Skanska´s construction sites.In October 2004 Skanska started a projekt to make the construction sites more safe. With use of a questionnaire we have made a survey at different construction sites. 80 questionaires have been handed out to Skanska´s employees in the southeast region. While they were handed out we conrolled if the employees at Skanska´s construction sites used head protection, easy visible clothing, safety shoes and identification cards.The result of the survey shows how the rules are applied.

This paper attempts to trace the journey of Adonis from ancient Mesopotamia, through Phoenicia and finally to Greece, and to see how his function and cult have evolved during this migration. It starts with a short summary of previous research regarding Adonis and goes on to describe the myths and the rites of Adonis as they were celebrated in Alexandria, Byblos and Athens. I then examine possible connections to ritual drama, the mystery religions and whether there is any evidence that the Adonia might have been a germination ritual.My conclusions are that Adonis loses his connection to the growing cycle and the ideology of sacred kingship with the move to Greece where the political system with independent city states is different, and that there has been too much focus on Adonis as a vegetation god. Since Adonis is connected with the ancient Near Eastern cults of sacral kingship it might be more rewarding to consider the death aspects associated with his cult and the possibility of ancestral worship in relation to a ruler. This would make some of the otherwise puzzling aspects of his cult more understandable..

Denna text vill ge en inblick i vad romansinterpretation är, och vilken roll man som pianist spelar i tolkningen av både text och musik. Den musikaliska utgångspunkten är sångcykeln ?Hjärtats sånger? av Gunnar de Frumerie, med texter av Pär Lagerkvist. För att kunna belysa så många sidor som möjligt av arbetet som romanspianist studerade jag in alla sex sånger med två sångare som har helt olika rösttyper: Åsa Lansfors Lindblom, en lyrisk sopran som främst sjunger romansrepertoar och Nils Guste?n, en bas som utbildar sig till operasångare.Varje sång i sångcykeln beskrivs dels utifra?n mina personliga tolkningar av texten och musiken, dels utifrån de diskussioner jag haft tillsammans med sångarna i övningsrummen.

Can the lack of functional cross-cultural communication among individuals within an international organization be the reason for cultural clashes to occur, and lead to conflict between two cultures within the same organization?Our aim is to try to create a potential model of how cross-cultural problems can be studied, in order to contribute to the solution of the problem. And to examine whether the theories, which form the basis of our model can be applied in reality.The research have assumed from the hermeneutical approach for a holistic view of the problem area. The deductive approach has been used in order to distinguish whether the theories can be applied to reality, and qualitative research method for collecting data.The focus lies within cross-cultural communications, which defines the various cultural factors that can affect organizational culture. Hofstede dimensions and the social structure are mentioned and cultural factors as language and religion.

Estetiska inslag är något som elever möter i sitt dagliga liv genom bland annat teve, musik och reklambilder. Elever intresserar sig i musik, teater och dans med mera och detta kan vara en stor del av deras liv. Frågan är hur verksamma lärare förhåller sig till och arbetar med estetisk verksamhet, med tanke på att en stor del av barn och ungdomars tid tillbringas i skolan. Detta arbete är av didaktisk karaktär eftersom det behandlar hur lärare tänker och handlar i sin undervisning. Arbetet handlar om estetisk verksamhet, där vi innefattar formerna bild, musik, drama och rörelse, och hur dessa kan användas i skolans arbete av lärare.

Our approach to knowledge is based on the hermeneutic tradition of knowledge. The essay rests upon semi-structured interviews with ten Social Services? workers.

Background: Sporting events conveyed by the TV medium affect people and can give many unforgettable experiences. Sport may be synonymous with excitement and drama or just serve as entertainment. Through TV broadcasts from different sporting events, millions of televiewers all over the world have enjoyed athletic feats of extreme top class. TV broadcast sport always attracts a great number of viewers, also in Sweden. The prices of broadcasting rights to sporting events have risen strongly during the last decade, much as a consequence of the increasing competition between different TV companies both internationally and in Sweden.

Syftet med denna studie är att med en vetenskaplig kvalitativ metod undersöka hur avslappningsövningar upplevs av människor med diagnosen borderline. Uppsatsen är en empirisk studie med en kvalitativ undersökning. Undersökningen svar har bearbetats med en fenomenologisk ansats. Svaren från intervjuerna har bearbetats separat och sedan analyserats utifrån förda teorier. Min avsikt med den här uppsatsen är att försöka synliggöra hur olika variationer av en upplevelse kan te sig och om det trots olikheter kan finnas en stimulans för deltagarna att använda sig av avslappningsövningar. För att belysa och utforska problemet har jag använt mig av egna observationer för att kunna kort beskriva känsloläget i rummet innan övningen börjar.

This essay is about "factionstexter", a combination between fact and fiction, and the problems that can occur when reading them. I present previous resarch on this subject and I focused on docu drama and dramadoc. Bo G Jansson is the researcher I used most frequently in this essay. He describes various types of faction texts in film, television and literature. Annette Årheim´s thesis stands for the didactic portion of the essay.

In modern leadership research, leadership is often viewed as a social construction, and under this paradigm various researchers let the media play a central role in constructing leadership. Meanwhile, the question of how the media actors do this is left unanswered. We explore the question of how and why the media construct leadership, from the vantage point of the media actors themselves, and the conditions they work under. Different mechanisms for media construction of leadership are identified in previous research. Through interviews with business journalists at Veckans Affärer, we find recognition for some of the explanatory mechanisms: namely that personification of a CEO facilitates the work of journalists (and sells papers), that personal drama captures reader demand, and that the CEO of a listed company consciously cultivates his or her personal parallel self.

The purpose of this paper is to examine how seams in an interactive system should be managed. Seamsin this study refer to the boundaries that arise when users move between for example differentsoftware, products or positioning systems. These seams are a cornerstone of the relatively unexploredarea called seamful design, which is based on that users can avail highlighted seams through activeparticipation in the use of a system. To analyze this area, seamful design is applied to the developmentof an interface of a smoothie vending machine. This smoothie machine thus provides the analyzedinteractive system, which the research questions are applied to as well as answered by.

I denna uppsats undersöks rollspelets potential att motverka diskriminering och förtryck i förtryckande regimer. Jag tar avstamp i de mänskliga rättigheterna och i dramapedagogikens essens och styrkor. Jag beskriver Youngs diskrimineringsteorier, samt Freire och Boals pedagogiska teorier om den frigörande teaterns styrkor och syften, och presenterar en intervju om rollspelsanvändande mot kvinnoförtryck i Iran. I analysen söker jag samband mellan de olika tillvägagångssätten i användning och syfte med rollspel utifrån materialet och presenterar mina slutsatser; rollspel i förtryckande regimer kan leda till sammanhangsskapande, frigörelse från inre förtryck, och medvetengörande för individ och grupp om hur man kan skapa en dialog om förtryck..

The employment structure consists of different sectors, whose share of the total employment rate is all part of an economic structural conversion according to this thesis applied theoretical approach. A structural conversion, which consist of recurring crises, such as the financial crises in the early 1990s. This crisis and its effect on the Swedish economy is well-documented, while the shortage regarding the effect on a smaller scale, in a local and regional context, provides this thesis purpose. More specifically, a comparison between the two neighbouring towns of Malm? and Lund, will constitute the local contexts in this research.
