Abstrakt Syftet med det här examensarbetet är att undersöka hur lärare och pedagoger arbetar för att motverka mobbning i skolan. Det empiriska materialet är insamlat på en F- 5 grundskola i en större kommun i södra Skåne. En grundskollärare och skolsköterskan på skolan intervjuades, de är både en del av trygghetsgruppen på skolan, en grupp som består av rektor, specialpedagog, kurator, skolsköterska, lärare och fritidspedagoger. Innan intervjuerna observerade vi ett trygghetsmöte. Vår undersökning visade att personalen på vår skola arbetar med ett salutogent tänkande genom att lyfta det positiva i verksamheten och genom att inspirera eleverna till att agera med andras bästa för ögonen, det vill säga ett prosocialt beteende.

This thesis deals with the Jewish motifs of the medieval mural paintings in Denmark and Sweden; the presences of the motifs are of interest considering that no Jews were allowed entry into Scandinavia at the time. The purpose of the thesis is to study the Europeaninfluences in the medieval depiction of Jews and Judaism in the Danish and Swedish churches and the purpose for the production of the paintings. To this end, the Danish and Swedish mural paintings ? as well as the medieval texts and motifs of Jews and Judaismthat were used as source material ? are studied with respect to the attitudes conveyed. The Danish and Swedish mural paintings are unevenly distributed both within the groups of motifs as wells as its chronological and geographical spread.

I första delen av denna uppsats gör vi en teoretisk undersökning av likabehandlingsplaner från tre skolor i Lunds kommun. Vi studerar hur dessa likabehandlingsplaner är utformade och om skolorna har valt att ta hjälp av något utomstående anti-mobbningsprogram. Varför skolorna har valt att få inspiration från ett specifikt anti- mobbningsprogram, och varför skolornas likabehandlingsplan ser ut som den gör, är några frågor som vi har studerat. Vi jämförde dessa handlingsplaner, studerade vad de har gemensamt och vad skiljer dem åt. Syftet med detta är att använda den insamlade fakta till att konstruera vår egen likabehandlingsplan. Resultatet av vår studie visade att likabehandlingsplanerna har en del gemensamma åtgärder men det finns även en del skillnader.

Det här examensarbetet undersöker om ett anatomiskt system framtaget för att kategorisera ansiktsrörelser inom psykologisk forskning kan anpassas på en ansiktsrigg för att effektivare kunna framställa ansiktsanimation för datorspel. Rapporten beskriver varför Facial Action Coding System skapades, hur det används samt tar upp olika sammanhang som systemet tidigare använts för. Rapporten beskriver det praktiska arbetet för att konstruera en ansiktsrigg ämnat för datorspel och diskuterar skillnader mellan att rigga för datorspel och film. Examensarbetet beskriver klassiska användbarhetsprinciper och vad man bör tänka på när produkten skall bli så användningsbar som möjligt. Ett animationsverktyg baserat på FACS och de ?Action Units? som systemet innehåller har tagits fram för att genomföra undersökningen på animatörerna från min praktikplats på Starbreeze Studios AB.

Denna uppsats tar sin utgångspunkt i en problematiserande läsning av Edward Saids kritik av främst den västeuropeiska kulturens negativa representationer av framförallt den arabisk-islamska världen. Genom att ta fasta på teorins anti-essentialistiska grundpoäng ifrågasätts dess icke uttalade men effektiva tendens att återproducera en missvisande dikotomi. Endast ett sådant ifrågasättande kan på allvar öppna möjligheten att se bortom föreställningen om araberna som passiva och viljelösa offer. En analys av muslimska författares kritik av islambilden i europeiska skolböcker, jämförd med hur islam framställs i svenska historieläroböcker, visar att de senare är långt mer anti-orientalistiska än muslimernas egna islambild. Muslimerna och islam behandlas som historiska fenomen, styrda av samma sociala och ekonomiska faktorer som de som format de västeuropeiska samhällena.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka om de grundläggande förmågorna är relevanta även i en anti-terrorist operation, då förmågorna hittills varit ett begrepp inom mellanstatliga konflikter. För att besvara detta används två frågeställningar:? Är de grundläggande förmågorna relevanta för denna typ av operationer?? Vilken eller vilka av de grundläggande förmågorna låg till grund för framgång/misslyckande i operationen?Studien genomförs som en jämförande fallstudie där fyra operationer av militär och polisiär karaktär analyseras utifrån de grundläggande förmågorna. Data erhålls genom textanalys av historiska skildringar som avhandlar respektive operation.Resultatet av studien visar att de grundläggande förmågorna är relevanta för anti-terrorist operationer och tillämpningen av dem kan bestämma utfallet av operationen. De förmågor som låg till grund för en lyckad eller misslyckad operation är verkan, skydd, und/info och ledning..

In this paper we have chosen to work with both the background to the Library Act § 7a and followed the process of creating the library plan of Helsingborg City Library. We have tried to follow the process through the public text documents that are available. We start by giving a background to the library act and its additional § 7a. Then we give a recap of the emergence of the modern public libraries in Sweden during the last century until today. When the working group at the City Library in Helsingborg was working with the library plan, they had to take in count the strategic goals set up by Region Skåne, since Helsingborg is place in that area.

Aim:The aim of the study was to describe the experience of working environment in open plan office within IT- sector.Background:Previously was the most common office model cell office, open plan office is now the most common. A good working environment in theise two office types needs different attributes. A theory to explain relationship between health and unhealth is Karasek and Theorells demand- control- supportmodel.Method:A qualitative interview study was performed to gain a deeper understanding of the experience of working in open plan office within IT- sector. Ten informants from two different organizations were chosen. The result has been analyzed with qualitative content analysis.Results:The analyses resulted in three themes and six sub-themes.

I städer byggs allt fler fastigheter och anläggningar. Stark förtätning i stadsbygden innebär högre krav på samhällsplaneringen. Allt större fokus läggs på cykelinfrastrukturen i syfte att minska biltrafiken i städerna. Tätbyggda områden med stora cykelflöden kan förses med yteffektiva cykelparkeringar. En lösning till detta problem kan vara cykelparkering i två plan.

Denna rapport tar en titt på phishing-problemet, något som många har råkat ut för med bland annat de falska Nordea eller eBay mejl som på senaste tiden har dykt upp i våra inkorgar, och ett eventuellt sätt att minska phishingens effekt. Fokus i rapporten ligger på klassificering av mejl och den huvudsakliga frågeställningen är: ?Är det, med hög träffsäkerhet, möjligt att med hjälp av ett klassificeringsverktyg sortera ut mejl som har med phishing att göra från övrig skräppost.? Det visade sig svårare än väntat att hitta phishing mejl att använda i klassificeringen. I de klassificeringar som genomfördes visade det sig att både metoden Naive Bayes och med Support Vector Machine kan hitta upp till 100 % av phishing mejlen. AbstractAimThe aim of this study has been to survey the background of the youths in the selection group which participated in the Dream action day, to evaluate if the project succeeded and support the Swedish Ski Association with their recruiting process. The questions of issue have been: Which ethnical, demographical and economical backgrounds do the youths of the selection group have that participated in the Dream action day? Is there any common denominator among those who was drawn to continue? Do the youths want to contribute to expand the sport? Is Dream action Day a good way to reach out to the target group?MethodThrough a strategic selection made by the Swedish Ski Association 44 youths participated in a day during which they tried snowboard. They have been a part of our quantitative data collection and we have chosen six to interview. The interviews have been executed in form of semi structured interviews.ResultsThe results clearly show that few of the participants had any connection to the sport, neither from home nor from friends.

AbstractThis thesis handles the subject about emergency preparedness. The cases that are chosen are Sweden and the tsunami catastrophe and Great Britain with the bombings in London. The purpose with this case study is to reveal what factors that are important for an adequate emergency preparedness plan by studying Sweden?s and Great Britain?s emergency preparedness plans and how they handled the two catastrophes. The questions for the report are as follows:1.

A crisis is something that can happen to all of us in an unexpected situation, and the school should be prepared in a way that is the best way to handle a situation with a wide foundation through a crisis plan. On a well-defined way, you should have a developed and relevant emergency plan. Defining the word crisis can be difficult, it is an individual interpretation, and to get found out what the word stands for and it have to be discussed. The two selected schools that I have chosen to interview have discussed the understanding of the word crisis in able to get what the word means for them. The two selected schools have come to the conclusion that a crisis is something that creates disturbances for people or a person concerned to the everyday way of living.

The purpose of this essay is to examine progression in user education atprimary and secondary school levels, specifically the role played byschool libraries, librarians and strategy documents in securingeducational progression. Progression is examined in the user educationprovided by the five schools, part of the same municipal schoolmanagement area which share the same strategy plan. The area, NorraFäladen, was awarded School Library of the Year in 2011 for its work,making it particularly interesting for this essay's purpose. The studycombines interviews with the area's three school librarians, who dividetheir time between the five schools, with an analysis of the strategydocuments that regulate user education within Norra Fäladen. Theanalytical framework is based on: AASL's model of progression in usereducation (Standards for the 21st-century learner); Ekström's model forsuccessful and active strategy documents; Kuhlthau's theory of thelibrarian's role in the information search process; and Limberg'staxonomy of the role of the school library.The study shows how a number of concurrent factors and prerequisitesinfluence how goals for progression in user education are met.

Declining union memberships are a fact in both Sweden and Finland. At the same time, the autonomous labour market parties and the high membership rates are the most significant factors for the two countries compared to Europe and the rest of the world. These two factors have in turn been developed and strengthened since the beginning of the twentieth century. By autonomous labour market parties I refer to the fact that the labour market parties themselves through collective bargaining are agreeing on the labour market conditions, without interference from the government.This paper is therefore taking it's stance in the question of what happens with the autonomous labour market parties when the membership rates are in decline. With this in mind, this paper describes the judicial development, the collective agreement and labour market structures, the legal consequences of collective agreements and the opportunities of industrial and sympathy action in both Sweden and Finland. The two countries' systems of labour law have caught some negative attention, hence two of the most discussed cases of recent years are given some attention as well. The collective judicial conditions are very similar in both Sweden and Finland regarding the labour market main actors' collaboration, the collective agreement structures and legal consequences and the opportunities of industrial and sympathy action.
