Tekniska verktygs roll i matematikundervisningen på en gymnasieskola av Andreas Hedberg (2011). Examensarbete vid Luleå Tekniska Universitet. Denna studies syfte var att undersöka vilken roll tekniska verktyg har i matematikundervisningen på en gymnasieskola. Undersökningen bestod av en litteraturstudie och en fallstudie med fyra lärare som studieobjekt. Fallstudien genomfördes med en observation och en efterföljande intervju.

Författarna till examensarbetet har intervjuat tre företag som tillsammans lämnade in över 15 000 förbättringsförslag år 2010. Avsikten med examensarbetet var att finna exempel på hur företag arbetar med Ständiga förbättringar i praktiken.Examensarbetet påbörjades med en litteraturstudie med Ständiga förbättringar som bas. Litteraturstudien fokuserade på implementering av Ständiga förbättringar, dess framgångsfaktorer och fallgropar. Efter detta genomfördes intervjuer på tre företag med en kvalitetsansvarig och en operatör i den mån det gick. The aim of this Master´s thesis is to examine which type of regime the state Iran is. There has been much research on this issue and the discussion is not over yet. I have departed from three theoretical perspectives in order to understand which type of regime the Middle Eastern nation is: theocracy, democracy and hybrid regime. The theocratic regimetype is composed by David L. Websters archeological theory about governments ruled by God.

The importance of human capital in firm valuation is something Huang and Wang points out in there paper from 2008. We expand Ohlson?s valuation model (1995) in line with Huang and Wang (2008) to enhance a market value that includes proxies for human capital. By using human capital based market value and one of Francis, Nanda and Olsson?s (2008) version of earnings quality, we create a value table which aim to sort for undervalued and overvalued companies during the  economic upswing of 2003 to 2007 in the human capital line of business.

What effects deliberative democracy could have in this context are scientifically as well as publically relevant seeing that participation in representative democracies as well as the forms of representation is altering.The essay contains both a theoretical segment and a case study. The information regarding the case is based on the results from a questioner, conversations by and observations from the author. In addition an analysis is performed in the case study.The conclusion of the essay is that there is too little empirical research on the subject of deliberative democracy to make a qualified conclusion about what effects the practice of deliberative democracy could have on a representative democracy.

Idag existerar det inga produkter på marknaden för att objektivt kunna mäta radiokarpalledens styrka vid extensionen. Små skador på radiokarpalleden har stor inverkan på den enskilde individen. Syftet med detta projekt är att utveckla en grundläggande lösning för att objektivt mäta kraften i handleden (radiokarpalleden). Arbetsmetoden har följt principkonstruktionsmetoden i produktutveckling (F.Olsson, 1995). Viktningsverktyget har använts för att jämföra och ranka lösningsidéer mot varandra.

Draper Europe AB, in the curent situation, have several kinds of fabrics and designs on their sceens and the cases they are in. Today if you select a screen you can´t chose the design and function of the sceens case.The arrangement of the components inside the cases was to be constructed so the assembler simply could move them to different cases. To make it even easier for the assembler and to save time, the desire of less component was mentioned. Another problem that needed to be solved was the mounting of the projectionscreen at the customer place.

Denna uppsats är en jämförelse av två kartläggningar av prostitution på Internet: ?När prostitutionen flyttade in i vardagsrummet? skriven av Niclas Olsson vid Malmö Prostitutionsenhet och ?Slutrapport från projektet nätprostitution? skriven av Marie Johansson och Pia Turesson vid Prostitutions- och Spiralenheten i Stockholm.   Med hjälp av en diskursanalys utarbetad av Norman Fairclough kan man bland annat klarlägga hur en texts satskonstruktioner konstruerar samma texts objekt och subjekt. Genom en diskursanalys har denna uppsats konstruktioner/bilder/definitioner av ?sexsäljare?/ ?prostituerad?, ?socialsekreterare? och den hjälp som socialsekreteraren erbjuder sexsäljaren, analyserats.    Analysen och jämförelsen har visat att författarna till de båda texterna har skildaförhållningssätt till prostituerade, sig själva som socialsekreterare och den hjälp de erbjuder sin målgrupp. Det förhållningssätt ?Slutrapport från projektet nätprostitution? visar upp ligger nära ett förhållningssätt som i uppsatsen beskrivs som den Svenska offentliga hållningen till prostitution.

I uppsatsen undersöks fem "allmänna svenska" folkbildningsmöten hållna, huvudsakligen i Folkbildningsförbundets regi, mellan 1904 och 1920. Trots att de är väldokumenterade och gavs betydelse för folkbildningens utveckling av sin samtid, har de inte tidigare varit föremål för en egen studie. På grund av forskningsläget strävar undersökningen efter att tematisera mötena som en helhet, den iscensatta aktören Folkbildningsmötet. Undersökningens huvudsakliga källmaterial har varit de mötesberättelser som gavs ut i anslutning till mötena. Undersökningen visar att Folkbildningsmötet huvudsakligen ägnade sig åt administrativa frågor och agerade för en allsidig, "liberal" antiklassbildning..

An electric bike is a convenient way oftransportation as well as a good way of avoiding traffic. With an electricbike you avoid having to sweat when biking over hills or when you need totravel over longer distances.The goal of this project is to develop a bike sharing station according tothe functions need to be met.This thesis Is based on Fredy Olsson´s methods principkonstruktion aswell as a couple of concept generating methods from Kenneth Österlin.From this, a number of sketches were made that later was evaluated inseveral steps in conjunction to a set of specifications. A 3D model of theselected concept was later made in CatiaV5 for a complete product..

The main purpose of this thesis is to discuss what exile writing is and who can be seen as an exile writer. If the word ?exile? is related to forced dislocation, like Paul Tabori and Sopia A. McClennen describes it, who can be viewed as an exile writer? Is Anders Olsson?s definition of an exile writer acceptable or not? Could the The Escape, a future story about exiled Northern Europeans in Myanmar, be classified as exile literature?Another purpose with this text is to describe how a story about exile can be made realistic and tangible to a reader who has not experienced exile.

The objective of this project was to develop the visual identityof Halleluja, a brand new booking agency representing approximatelytwenty minor artists within a wide range of contemporarymusic styles.The outcome has been applied to business cards and awebsite yet to be produced. To attract the audience and differentiateitself from other booking companies, Halleluja featuresa minimalist design that speaks of dedication, breadth ofgenres and exclusive taste. Although my sketches have beenapproved by Lars Olsson and Erik Sundfeldt, the co-foundersof Halleluja, I have had the privilege of working quite freely andstarting from scratch, since there was no earlier work done onthe company.Some of the issues I have faced during my process wasabout finding the right tone of voice in type and colour, ordealing with the semantics of the corporate name (meaning»praise the Lord«). SammanfattningSyftet med denna c-uppsats är att belysa den påverkan som media har på sina användare. Frågeställningen är: Finns det något samband mellan rapporteringen på Aftonbladet.se och det slutgiltiga resultatet i Melodifestivalens final?För att få svar på frågeställningen har jag gjort en undersökning i två delar. Den första är en kvantitativ innehållsanalys där jag har undersökt hur ofta och på vilket sätt bidragen har framställts i artiklarna. Den andra delen är en kvalitativ diskursanalys där jag har analyserat språkbruket och hierarkin i artiklarna.
