Based on the concept of rhetorical situation, the purpose of this study is to compare and describe the three Socialist leader's May Day speech from the years 1954, 1978 and 2011. The results of the analysis showed that there is a big difference in how the leaders chooses to appeal to the rhetorical audience. Erlander, 1954, never appealed directly to his audience which Palme, 1978, did both initially as repeatedly throughout his speech. Juholt, 2011, has a personal and frequent appeal which is repeated throughout his speech, which is interpreted as a sign of the intimization of the public language. It proved difficult to discuss the Socialist rhetoric as one unified form.

Syftet med denna rapport är att undersöka huruvida den praktiska examinationen inom ämnet vapen och taktik på Polisutbildningen vid Umeå Universitet skulle kunna kompletteras med en mer tillämpad examination i form av en upplevelsebaserad övning. Eftersom författarna genomgått större delen av den vapenutbildning som bedrivs vid skolan har det uppstått frågetecken över vad den nuvarande examinationen egentligen visar. Problemet har även påvisats ur vapenlärarnas perspektiv och det blev upptakten till denna rapport. Dagens examination bygger mycket på den motoriska inlärningen och att skytten rent precisionsmässigt skall kunna verka med tjänstevapnet, som i och för sig är viktig för ett säkert och bra agerande. Däremot tar den inte sikte på den identifiering och definiering samt det stresspåslag som alla är ingredienser i en verklighetsnära situation.

Begreppet penningtvätt sägs härstamma från mellankrigstiden i USA, där maffian använde sig av olika tvättinrättningar för att dölja pengarnas illegala ursprung. Dagens moderna teknik och utveckling har ökat vår levnadsstandard med medför också att det blir enklare att tvätta pengar. Under senare år har internationella erfarenheter visat att penningtvätt är ett utbrett problem och Sverige är inget undantag. Nyligen framtagen statistik visar att penningtvättens omfattning uppskattningsvis handlar om ca 2,7 % av världens BNP, vilket motsvarar ca 1 600 miljarder USD.Det finns flera verksamhetsutövare som är rapporteringspliktiga enligt penningtvättslagen (SFS 2009:62), en av dessa är revisorer. Trots att revisorer är en yrkesgrupp som är välutbildad och har god insyn i företagen, har de bara lämnats in två, åtta och sju misstänkta penningtvättsrapporter till Finanspolisen mellan åren 2008 ? 2010.Syftet med undersökningen är att förklara varför revisorer lämnar så få rapporter om misstänkt penningtvätt samt att utreda hur revisorns roll uppfattas i arbetet att upptäcka och rapportera penningtvätt.

Part of the empirical material will also be used in relation to Situational Crisis Communication Theory (SCCT).

The aim of this paper is to examine the experience of two Swedish women who survived the tsunami catastrophe in Thailand 2004. Through their biographies, Sävstam and Ernsth-Ohlsson have revealed their experiences, before, during and after the tsunami catastrophe. Coping theory is used to explain how they cope with the consequences of the tsunami catastrophe, and how culture affects the coping process. Pargament´s (1997) theories in coping are used to examine this paper. Pargament argues that the coping process is influenced by the culture context of the individual.

In Europe, the central governments are the ones to coordinate the international standards and strategies regarding GPP; Green Public Procurement. However in Spain a GPP program was introduced late and only applied to the Central Government Institutions, (AGEA) (BOE nr. 027, 2008). These means that smaller administrations, such as, Autonomous Regions, Municipalities and Town Councils were not included in the program. The absence of a national program which excludes those governments made them introduce their own criteria for GPP, and the difference in criteria varies from one government to the other.

Användning av direktgjuten slitbetong som farbana är ett intressant beläggningsalternativ. Men för att kunna implementera alternativet i en större omfattning bör en ändring på formeln enligt bro 2004 del 62.323 för direktgjuten slitbetong göras. Detta på grund av att formeln ger för hög stålfiber mängd. Därför är denna rapport en del av förbättringen av formeln.I rapporten gör författaren en inventering där bl.a antal broar som har direktgjuten slitbetong som farbana, i vilka intervaller i både längd och broyta de finns samt var och när dessa broar byggdes tas fram. Det görs även en inventering om vilka typ av skador dessa broar har.

AbstractThe aim of this study is to highlight the professional?s perspectives and work with young girls who have eating disorder anorexia nervousa. We assume a social constructivist perspective where the professional?s interpretations and perspectives on the issue anorexia considered. The study is based on a qualitative analysis of interviews with seven professionals in the areas of work, social services, school counselor, school nurse, anorexia unit and child and adolescent psychiatry (BUP).From a thematic analysis of the interviews, three themes emerged.

The main purpose of this study has been to explore and determine how the journalistic work was used by internet users to start and keep a discussion on the internet going.We started in the aftermath of a local arson in a town of Sweden, where a discussion on the internet forum Flashback and the local newspapers commentary fields was raised.We have used these discussions to study what part the journalistic work play in these events. To do that we used a critical discourse analysis and a rhetoric analysis to investigate how these discussions use news articles to make their point. We divided the comments into four different categories, which are comments about understandings of the event, comments that talked about the matters of fact, criticism pointed at the newspaper and comments that identify the offenders.The result of the analysis shows that both forums use journalistic work as facts in their discussions. Both also use earlier articles that were written before the arson, to make their point in the discussion..

This study focuses on why people not longer want to be a part of a religious communion they have earlier been a part of. To examine this I have made seven interviews with people who have left their previous communions. Together with the methodological and theoretical discussions on discourse analysis, Richard Jenkins discussions on identity and theories concerning the post-modern society, I have made an analysis on how these people consider their previous communions and its members. They refer i.e. to the social control, the ?closed? culture and the non-questioning-culture that constitute the communions and its techniques.

Hasselapedagogy mission in society, as a collective activity, is to help young people in LVU-care. Young people who are in need of help have shown abnormal behavior and thus become analyzed and sentenced for custodial care. The analysis and the establishment of the young people go after the rules for how a healthy life should look like. This means that there is an understanding in society about how we should live in order to fit into society. There is knowledge of normal and abnormal behavior in linguistic structures.

ABSTRACTBackground Calprotectin is a protein found in the cytoplasm of neutrophile granulocytes. In the course of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), calprotectin is released during chronic inflammation in the gut. Activation of neutrophils during the inflammation is followed by activation and secretion of pro-inflammatory molecules such as calprotectin. Calprotectin is stable in stool up to 7 days and can therefore be used as a non-invasive marker for diagnosis, treatment and measurement of the disease activity in patients with IBD. The most common method for analysis of calprotectin concentration is ELISA.

Denna rapport behandlar ett examensarbete med målet att hitta en paketering för resursövervakning i nätverk (NPMD - Network Performance Monitoring & Diagnostics) samt centraliserad logghantering (SIEM - Security Information & Event Management).Arbetet har utförts över fem veckor och bestod av att undersöka vilka produkter som kan vara möjliga att leverera till Ateas kunder genom att ta fram förslag på produkter och sedan utvärdera dessa i en virtuell testmiljö.Efter att två veckor av arbetet passerat beslutades att enbart SIEM-produkter skall utvärderas då vi annars inte kunnat hålla tidsramen på fem veckor. I denna rapport redovisas hur simuleringsmodellen för ljusbågsugnar EAFMelt har uppdaterats med ett modernare och mer användarvänligt gränssnitt för Windows. Simuleringsmodellens noggrannhet och känslighet undersöks där modellen påvisade hög känslighet för variationer i svårdefinierade indata. Modellen har utvärderas med avseende på användning för reglering av syretillförsel i syfte att minimera mängden kolmonoxid i rökgaserna..
