I denna uppsats presenterar och diskuterar författaren tre invändningar som riktats mot dygdetikern Rosalind Hursthouses förslag om vad som är en moraliskt riktig handling. In family firms altruistic effects can arise in order to preserve the ownership of the firm within the family. The family firm may chose to carry or take measures against these effects. Regardless, it will lead to different Agent costs. Therefore, the aims of the study were to explain how altruistic effects in family firms exert an influence on the administrative systems and possible counter measures.In order to explain the origin of altruistic effects, we built a theory which showed that the altruistic effects were followed by Agent costs. The family can take measures to counteract these original effects.

Botten är implementerad i C++ och den kan spela mot andra bottar, eller människor, genom Arimaas officiella hemsida. Syftet har varit att skapa en fullfjädrad bot som både klarar av att spela korrekt, och att spela bra. För att ta reda på om MAS är en bra designfilosofi för Arimaa så har vi utmanat ett antal av de bottar som andra människor skapat och lagt upp på hemsidan. Alla bottarna har under tiden de legat uppe blivit rankade genom tävlingar och utmaningar och flera av dessa har tävlat om stora pengar, vilket betyder att människor har lagt mycket tid på dem.

Relationen mellan riskkapitalist och företagsledare kan härröras till industrialismens genombrott i början av 1900-talet, vid den tidpunkten ägde uppdelning av ägare och företagsledning rum. Syftet med denna uppsats är att beskriva och öka förståelsen för grunden i relationen mellan en riskkapitalist och en företagsledare. AbstractBuying real estate property is a complex process for the uninitiated. Apotential buyer has to keep track of laws and regulations affecting theproperty. The purchase of a property is for many also the largest deal made inlife and because of that it is especially important to make sure everything getsdone correctly.A real estate property purchase contains a number of different elements, suchas engineering data and inspection of the property and documentation to makesure that the signing of contracts and clauses are done according to the laws ofthat country. These purchase process steps are ordinary people not familiarwith, and therefore they hire the help of a real estate Agent.Buying a property abroad complicates things because the countries have theirown laws and rules that make them different from the Swedish rules which theSwedish real estate buyers are accustomed to.Our thesis is about exploring if a Swedish buyer knows the buying process inforeign countries, or whether they rely on the broker they hired. The countrieswe have chosen to examine and compare against Sweden is Spain, Thailandand Turkey.Our questions will be answered by interviewing buyers about how they feelabout their buying process, if they encountered any problems before, duringor after their purchase, and if they are happy with their purchase after theevent.Our study shows that the buying processes in all four countries are generallyequal to each other.

May Purpose of study: The aim of this study is to create an understanding of how leaders trough a Structural ethical climate can contribute to a Situation-based ethical decision-making of their employees. Method: We have used a qualitative method and conducted semi-structured interviews with respondents from real estate Agent firms. When we studied our phenomenon, our overall research deign was qualitative interviews. Our data has been analyzed with an abductive method of analysis, influenced by Grounded theory. Results and conclusions: The study shows that leaders in the real estate Agent-business trough a Structural ethical climate contributes to a Situation-based ethical decision-making of their employees by acting as role models, leads by example, highlighting the office values and rewards & punishes behaviors to control their employees? ethical decision making. Suggestions for further research: We believe that future studies can be conducted through observations to study both leaders and employees, to pay attention to employees? opinions and reflect on what affects them.

Syftet med denna studie är att ta reda på hur användare påverkas av gränssnittsAgenter vars personlighet inte passar ihop med det visuella intryck de ger. GränssnittsAgenterna bestod i den här studien av en räv och en höna och de har testats på användare i ett deklarationssammanhang. Personligheten uttrycktes genom vad Agenterna sade, och detta visades på datorskärmen i form av text i pratbubblor. Agenterna har manipulerats så att de vid hälften av betingelserna fått byta personlighet med varandra, alltså att hönan har presenterats med rävens personlighet och tvärt om. En kontrollgrupp har genomfört uppgiften utan att någon Agent varit närvarande på skärmen.

Titel: IshockeyAgent som yrke! - Har Du vad som krävs, enligt spelarna?Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka Agenternas roll inom svensk ishockey idag.Problemformulering: Vad gör att spelarna skaffar Agent eller väljer att inte göra det?Vilka kompetenser vill en svensk ishockeyspelare att en svensk ishockeyAgent ska ha?Metod: Vårt tillvägagångssätt för denna studie lutar sig emot en kvalitativ forskningsmetoddär de primära källor utgjorts av intervjuer med 13 respondenter, som spelar ishockey på ennivå där Agenter förekommer (divison 1 och uppåt i seriesystemen). Undersökningen har haften deduktiv ansats där vi först utgått från forskning och teori för att sedan samla in studiensempiri.Slutsatser: Agenten behöver flera olika kompetenser. Däribland förhandlingskunskap, rådgivning,lyhördhet och förmågan att fungera i sociala sammanhang. Studien påvisar blandannat att spelarna idag inte ser förhandling som den primära kompetensen hos en Agent.
