K2-regelverket : En empirisk studie om varför företag inte väljer att tillämpa BFNAR 2008:1.
Purpose: The purpose with this empirical study is to investigate how many companies have chosen to apply the K2 framework and see why the remaining companies have chosen not to.Methodology: A choice of a quantitative approach has been applied to collect information and create a foundation for the problem. Furthermore a qualitative approach has been selected to cover the remains.Theoretical perspective: This section contains a presentation of the agency theory, the institutional theory, the k-project and a comparison of K2 and the existing regulation.Results: Three out of 143 companies applies BFNAR 2008:1. 13 out of 143 companies use self-generated intangible fixed assets. Out of 29 contacted companies only three know about K2. The 29 companies are from various lines of business within an area.Conclusion: The conclusion of our research is that the majority of the companies did not reject to use the K2 regulations.
Undersökning av luftkvaliteten vid småskalig biobränsleförbränning i två kommuner med modellsystemet VEDAIR
An Internet application, VEDAIR, for estimation of air quality in regions with small-scale combustion of bio fuel has been developed by Swedish Meteorological and Hydrological Institute with financing from Swedish Energy Agency and Swedish Environmental Protection Agency. The model contains user interface and a coupled model concept where concentrations of atmospheric pollutions are calculated for regional, urban and local contributions. In this report the model is described and a first study of air quality considering PM10 (particles with a diameter less than 10 µm) in two Swedish municipalities, Vänersborg and Gnosjö, is introduced.According to the result, there are areas with poor air quality even in smaller Swedish municipalities, mostly due to high emission from buildings with older wood heating furnace without hydraulic accumulator.In Vänersborg three areas were analysed in VEDAIR for the year 2003: Vargön, Mariedal and the downtown district. In the whole municipality the upper evaluation threshold for PM10, which is defined as 14 µg/m3 for annual average, was exceeded due to background contribution of particles. In all areas, however, the concentrations of PM10 were less than the environmental quality norms.

The background to the study was that the school agency published a report stating that students, after completing school, did not meet the criteria to receive the grade ?Pass? in mathematics. The study presents the reasoning of work teams from five different preschool departments?, about ways to work with the subject with children in the ages four to five. The study may help future teachers to develop new attitudes regarding mathematics in the preschool, by letting them take part of others pedagogues? thoughts and experiences.

Do children, who are supporter of comradeship, think that working to prevent cyber bullying may be a task for them? This study describes, from a child?s perspective, how a supporter of comradeship can be supportive in the preventive work against cyber bullying. This study will also define the phenomena bulling and cyber bullying, the difference between them and where they can be seen. I will also describe the supporters of comradeship are elected, the information they get from school and how adults at school help them to plan their work. The schoolconsider, of course, the Swedish school law towards (against) bulling and insulting behavior and the school is also visited by inspectors from the Swedish National Agency for Education.

Reklamensförmedling av militär profession : En kritisk granskning av Försvarsmaktens reklamsatsning 2012 ? 2013
Försvarsmakten spenderar årligen stora finansiella medel på diverse reklamkampanjer i syfte att marknadsföra sig samt för att locka nya individer till yrken som Försvarsmakten tillhandahåller. Något som såklart är ett behov vid en yrkesarmé. Syftet med studien har varit att redogöra för vilket budskap Försvarsmaktens reklamkampanjer sänder ut, vad i dessa som förespråkar samt om det finns faktorer som verkar mottsättande för den militära professionen och Försvarsmakten.För att utreda detta har en kvalitativ studie bedrivits genom att tillämpa Norman Faircloughs kritiska diskursanalys kompletterad av bildanalys baserad på semiologi samt teorier om medias påverkan och medieretorik.Studien har resulterat i att Försvarsmaktens reklamkampanjer vill uppmana sin mottagare att ta ställning till de olika situationer som gestaltas samt att försöka ta sig innanför konsumentens personliga sfär. Alla kampanjer kan på olika vis kopplas till Försvarsmaktens värdegrund där konceptet ÖRA - öppenhet, resultat samt ansvar- är centralt. Även kopplingar till visionen vi verkar, syns och respekteras har identifierats.

In this study we have examined how teachers work with the documentation of formative assessment with focus on how to design the right technological support to make it more simple and more efficient. We have studied how teachers? work with documentation in practise based on the guidelines for formative assessment presented at the National Agency of Education. We performed observations and interviews in primary schools with teachers in different subjects in Ska?ne and Norrland.
Myndigheter i förändring - En analys av organisationsförändringar i Skatteverket och Statistiska centralbyrån
The aim of this thesis is to study why Swedish authorities do organizational changes. Two organizations are analyzed; The Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket) and the National Statistics Office of Sweden (Statistiska centralbyrån). A qualitative method, consisting mainly of interviews with key officials, is employed to study two aspects of organizational change: first, the main reasons for changing the organization and, second, how the process that preceded the actual change was carried out. Furthermore, two different theoretical perspectives are used to construct a basis for the analysis. One of the perspectives assumes a social constructivist approach, while the other is rationalistic inspired.
Informell internkommunikation på en statlig myndighet ? En fallstudie vid Swedac
This thesis is a case study of the informal internal communication at a Swedish government agency called Swedac. The purpose of the study was to investigate how the employees perceive and use the informal internal communication, what communication media they utilize for it and how the informal internal communication correlates to certain aspects of the organizational structure. In order to achieve this, six qualitative interviews was carried out with employees in the organization. Since informal internal communication is not a well-defined concept I explained my view of the concept in the thesis. The results show that the informal internal communication is very important and fairly widespread at Swedac.

How do we match our education with the needs of the construction line of business and the requirementsof the Swedish National Agency for education? Is there something that we have to change?In this study I have asked our former students about their opinion of our education and I have also asked them to give me their view on what a good teacher is like. I have been able to benefit a lot from their answers in my efforts to be that good teacher. This survey took place at Facebook.The answers showed that we carry on a piece of solid workmanship. But you can always improve, try harder.

The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe through a quantitative study the extent of support received by foster families, their opinion of the support and any areas that might need improvement. The foster families receive foster care support through a private agency. We concentrated on the following areas of support; education, health, contact with the children?s biological relatives and behavioral difficulties. These four areas have, in previous research, shown to be problematic for foster children.
Föreställningen om reklam : Reklammakarnas syn på reklam år 2013
Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att skapa förståelse för de idéer, föreställningar och normer som format underlaget för vår empiriska undersökning. Vår ambition ämnar beskriva reklammakarnas syn på reklam idag och vilka val som påverkat kampanjernas utformande. Syftet ska besvaras med hjälp av frågeställningen, vilka strategiska val ligger bakom skapandet av reklam i vårt konvergerande mediesamhälle?Metod/Material: Vår uppsats är baserad på en kvalitativ forskningsmetod där empirin, som utgörs av personliga intervjuer, står i fokus. Studien speglas av tre teman, vilka reflekterar vår frågeställning om vilka strategiska val som ligger bakom skapandet av reklam.

It requires a well planned and well thought visual profile to succesfully stand out on the market. To give a good impression, this profile should be both distinct and aesthetically appealing. In the making of a new profile it requires creativity to succesfully think in new directions and to separate from the competition.This practical report presents the production process for a designsolution to the new website Röstförmedlingen (Voice agency), a commission from the production and commercial bureau Bartos media. The task in this project was to create a graphic profile and a lofi-prototype that would represent Röstförmedlingen as a buissness.
Utveckling av en bana till ett bilspel
Denna rapport behandlar examensarbetet ?Utveckling av en bana till ett bilspel? som utförts vid institutionen för arbetsvetenskap vid Luleå tekniska universitet under 2003. Uppdragsgivare för arbetet är Luleå- företaget Agency 9, som har ett behov av att utveckla en bana till ett bilspel. Utvecklingsarbetet har bedrivits med hjälp av systematiska metoder vilka bidrar till att säkerställa kvalitén i arbetet. En förstudie visade att banor av den här typen ser väldigt lika ut i de flesta spel som finns på marknaden idag.
