This thesis is about practising on a different level to get an insight to what techniques might work for me as a double bass player. It is about discovering how to use your brain into playing at your best level. I practised both talking and singing to myself and read a lot about thinking and hearing not only the music but every note before playing. The thesis idea came from not having a technique that worked for me while practising alone. Non-contact anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injuries is a serius and traumatic injury to the knee that is common in female soccer players and often force the player to quit or lower the level of activity because of lost stability in the knee or from fear to suffer  a new injury. Female soccerplayers have a higher risk than their male counterparts to get an ACL rupture and especially adolescent females have a high risk. The most common causes to a non-contact ACL rupture is side-cutting manuvers and landing after jumping. Every other player with an ACL rupture develops osteoarthritis within 10-15 years from the time of injuryResults: The higher risk for females to incur a ACL rupture is due to smaller intercondylar notch, they?re in the follicular or ovulatory phase of their menstrual cycle, increased knee laxity, dominance in the quadriceps muscles, flexion in hip and valgus movement in the knee.

This was a project of creating an animated music video for Anna vonHausswolffs song Something is missing. By working with animation Iwanted to broaden my expertise in visual communications. This hasbeen an exploratory work in how I could translate my illustrations tomoving images in the program Adobe Aftereffects. I have formed myown narrative by creating a storyboard. I worked with illustrated setdesign, created an atmosphere in the film and experimented with howto tell a subtle story.

I dagens byggprocess läggs enormt mycket tid och resurser på hantering av pappersritningar och andra utskrivna dokument som är nödvändiga för att produktion och förvaltning ska fungera. Vid stora projekt kan det handla om tusentals olika ritningar och dokument som ska hanteras och dokumenteras vilket kan vara oerhört omständligt, inte minst när revideringar måste utföras.När ett BIM-projekt utförs idag så tappas en hel del av den information som modellen innehåller till följd av att det ska skrivas ut på en pappersritning, vilket i sin tur gör att mycket av informationen inte kommer till sin rätt. I dagsläget finns ett flertal programvaror med syftet att hantera BIM-modeller och andra dokument rent digitalt i datorn eller i surfplattan. Här har man kommit en bra bit på vägen mot ett ritningsfritt projekt men det finns mycket kvar att arbeta vidare med.Sweco Architects och NCC påbörjade under 2012 ett projekt vid namn ?Det ritningsfria projektet? som till en början delvis gått ut på att kartlägga vilka problem som kan uppkomma vid övergången till ett ritningsfritt projekt.

I denna rapport redogör jag för det praktiska examensarbete jag genomförde under vårterminen 2015. Jag har studerat antidrog och -alkoholkampanjer under 70-80-tal, kampanjen ?Det finns många anledningar att inte testa knark? samt kampanjen ?Langarmytologi? som lanserades våren 2015. Mitt fokus har legat på att undersöka film som medium när det gäller antidrog och -alkoholkampanjer. Varför används just detta medium så ofta? Fungerar skräckpropaganda eller är humor det smartaste tillvägagångssättet? Jag har producerat tre korta filmer i programmen Adobe Premiere Pro samt After Effects där jag visualiserat det jag kommit fram till i mina studier. .
