This study focuses on the Nordic model of Extended Collective Licenses (ECL) and how this model can be used in the process of digitalising and publishing archival material such as photos, letters, maps or films. The question that this study aims to deal with is what advantages, and disadvantages, there are for archives and copyright holders when an ECL is being used. To help answering this question the ?theory of the knowledge commons? has been applied. The research question has been answered through a text analysis based on legal texts including Swedish law.

Internal Ratings-based Approaches is very demanding to develop, but at the same time it?s a more risk sensitive approach.? Pillar 2 results in a more sophisticated work for the small banks.? The purpose of my one year master?s thesis is to add a documentation of a data processing-process of photo- graphs to the administration of archives. The thesis is written from an archival science perspective which is to be seen in my choice of literature, method and questions at issue. To be able to form a documentation of a data processing-process I studied DiBiS, a company specialized in digitalizing old photographs and publish them on a online database. I also added a chapter where I studied how archival institutions used to handle their old photo- graphs in a traditional manner so the reader of this thesis will be able to understand and see the differences be- tween traditional and modern photograph management.

Förutsättningar för att en förändring ska lyckas implementeras hos berörda är att anställda måste ses som subjekt och de måste kunna tillåtas och vilja ha inflytande i förändringsarbetets alla steg där information, förankring, kunskaper, tid och resurser är viktiga instrument. I många organisationer saknas dessa förutsättningar vilket kan vara några av de bidragande orsakerna till att motstånd hos berörda uppstår vid ett förändringsarbete. syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka om det finns något motstånd hos berörd personal till Länsarbetsnämndens beslut om sammanslagning av arbetsförmedlingarna i Karlshamn,Sölvesborg och Olofström. Om det finns motstånd är tanken att ta reda på hur detta motstånd ser ut. Syftet är även att ur ett ledningsperspektiv undersöka hur motstånd allmänt uppfattas samt hur eventuellt förändringsmotstånd hanteras/bemöts. Metod: För att få svar på mina frågor har jag genomfört semistrukturerade intervjuer med fackliga representanter, personal och ledning. Slutsatser: Sammanslagningen av AF Blekinge Väst har mötts med entusiasm och positiv inställning.

Precis som människans allergiska astma beror kattastma på en överreaktion av immunförsvaret i nedre luftvägarna med IgE som huvudsaklig mediator. Detta resulterar i ett Th 2-svar som leder till kronisk eosinofil inflammation med hosta, bronkkonstriktion och andnöd som följd. Forskning och diagnostik försvåras av att mycket om sjukdomen är dåligt beskrivet. Eosinofiler i luftvägarna är en av de parametrar som används mest i forskningen, trots att det idag inte finns några fastslagna referensvärden för friska och sjuka individer. Oklarheter om eosinofilvärdet är den största bristen i dagens forskning och diagnostik och är den parameter man bör lägga mest fokus på i framtiden. Astma behandlas normalt med fokus på symptomen genom systemisk administration av glukokortikoider. Glukokortikoiderna ges i så låg dos som möjligt som fortfarande lindrar symptomen.

Effects of Menstrual Cycle and Oral Contraceptives on Sport Performance During the menstrual cycle, there is a variation of the female steriod hormones estrogen and progestogen. These hormones has mainly reproduktive functions, but do also affect other physiological systems, which may have an influence on athletic performance. The use of oral contraceptives among female athletes matches the use among the general population. There is a concern among female athletes and there coaches weather oral contraceptives can affect the performance. The purpose of this litterature review is to determine the effect of the menstrual cycle and the use of oral contraceptives on athletic performance.

This paper examines pupils? conception of the Swedish schools constitutive values expressed in the Swedish curriculum. The main question was, at to what extent the schools constitutive values have influenced the pupils conception of their own values. That question problematizes the relation between values, constructed and carried by central administration, and their interpretation at local level by pupils. The study was conducted with qualitative analysis which included qualitative interviews with seven pupils in the last year of the Swedish school system.

Vaccinology is an ever expanding field. As a member of the veterinary staff it is important to stay up to date with the continuous new scientific data and recommendations that affect the care that our companion animals receive at the veterinary clinic. This paper presents adverse vaccination reactions, their cause, risk factors and suggestions how we can minimize the risk of adverse vaccine events in dogs. Dog owners in Sweden were allowed to answer a questionnaire about adverse events following vaccination. Lethargy, edema and pruritus were among the most frequently seen adverse effects.

?BAKGRUND: Antalet multisjuka äldre personer ökar och ett omfattande vårdbehov kan skönjas. Vårdens organisation och hur den fylls med innehåll påverkar relationen till patienten. Examensarbetet är en fallstudie med förslag till förändringar åt uppdragsgivaren som ägnar sig åt tredjepartslogistik. Uppdragsgivaren är Kriminalvårdsanstalten Smälteryd i Sätila som ligger i Marks kommun. Anstalten utför logistiska aktiviteter mellan Monzon AB och dess kunder. Monzon AB är i sin tur ett företag som säljer - och till viss del hyr ut - byggnadsställningar, väderskydd och säkerhetsprodukter till företag runt om i Europa. I dagsläget finns ett antal logistiska problem på Smälterydsanstalten vilka i detta arbete identifieras och analyseras.
