Undersökningens syfte är att förklara hur chefer agerar vid ledningsdrivna och vid spontant uppkomna förändringsinitiativ i en organisatorisk miljö där det finns informella nätverk av specialiserade kompetenser. Arbetet kombinerar en kvalitativ ansats för att utforska och beskriva chefers ledarskapsmetoder genom djupintervjuer med en kvantitativ undersökning i enkätform riktat mot chefer och även mot deras medarbetare med specialistkompetens. Studiens slutsats är att de undersökta cheferna har metod och förmåga att skapa goda förutsättningar för förändring samt att stötta samverkan och innovation i informella nätverk inom den lokala enhetens kontext. Cheferna saknar dock god förmåga och metodik för att kunna utöka detta till att omfatta och inverka på företagets nyttoskapande som helhet.

Syftet med denna studie är att undersöka betydelsen av uppskattning och feedback bland anställda vid äldreboenden och vad det gör med motivationen till arbetet. Detta är en kvalitativ studie som vi valde att utföra genom sex semistrukturerade intervjuer med anställda vid fyra olika äldreboenden. Materialet har analyserats med hjälp av en kvalitativ innehållsanalys.Vad har uppskattning och feedback för betydelse hos de anställda och hur påverkar det arbetsmotivationen?Resultaten i studien visar bland annat att respondenterna upplever lite uppskattning och feedback i det dagliga arbetet och de önskar mer av både chef såväl som kollegor. Det förekommer viss uppskattning från anhöriga men det är inte allt för ofta.Slutsatsen av studien är att uppskattning och feedback har både en positiv och negativ påverkan, detta handlar mycket om individuella upplevelser hos anställda.

Our paper is based on matrixes and the feedback process as tools in the daily work in the higher education system. The main purpose with this paper is to investigate if these tools can enhance the effect of formative assessment and increase students? empowerment in the courses. In do-ing so, we investigate if students experience that their efforts result in increased progression in their courses and if they acquire adequate proficiency in the subject matters native to their pro-grams, along with an increased desire for lifelong learning. This thesis concerns the control of outsourced interorganizational buyer-supplier relationships in the low-price fashion industry. A qualitative case study has been performed on two supplier relationships of a low-price fashion company. By identifying specificities of the industry and relating them to control problems and their implications on control solutions, the thesis has established a relation between industry specific characteristics and the way companies in the industry control their supplier relationships. The analysis is based on a theoretical framework created by Dekker (2004). Amongst other factors, the difficulty to define, quantify and measure the design variables of a fashion good, the high heterogeneity between individual products and the difficulty to predict the trend based demand, create high coordination requirements as well as appropriation concerns solved through extensive formal control.

The construction industry in Sweden has in the past 50 years had a low progress in efficiency. With a greater competition from construction firms from other countries, it is necessary to maintain the profit for Swedish construction firms. This is possible with a higher feedback of experience. This diploma work thesis examines how the two construction companies NCC and Skanska in Uppsala, Sweden handle experience feedback from previous projects and the extent to which the experience is spread and used in future projects. In this work, we examined directorial documents to see how employees shall work with feedback.

Aims The aim of this study was to investigate how personnel within food control are regarded from different perspectives and to find the answers to the sub questions:- what is included in the profession of food control?- what are the requirements for personnel within the profession of food control?- how is the profession perceived from different perspectives?- how do personnel within the profession of food control estimate their psycho social working conditions?Method The study included 68 individuals (34 female and 34 male) and was conducted via observations, web-based surveys and survey-based interviews. Control of a diesel engine equipped with Variable Geometry Turbine (VGT) and Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) requires a multivariable control method. One problem is that the engine system is non-linear. Furthermore there are strong cross-connections between inputs and outputs and the inputs have alsoboundaries. To be able to manage these control problems, MPC has been used that is a multivariable method. The MPC-controller consists of an optimization problem and therefore MPC can find the optimum control signals in an easy way.

The aim of this Master?s thesis is to examine the function of the budget as a means of control within an organisation in the public sector. To accomplish this, a case study has been conducted on a certain business unit within Luftfartsverket responsible for providing Air Traffic Control services. The thesis is built on a framework of contemporary theories of budgeting and includes a brief discussion of the weaknesses usually associated with the traditional budget. The conclusion of the study is that the use of budget as a means of financial control within Luftfartsverket is not efficient enough at the moment.

Linda Freij (2009), Att använda visuell feedback som ett pedagogiskt verktyg. The use of visual feedback as a pedagogical tool. Jag har gjort en undersökning om visuell feedback. Syftet med undersökningen är att utveckla undervisning genom att använda undervisningsmetoder som film som ett pedagogiskt verktyg. Undersökningen riktar sig mest till yrkeslärarna inom HR- programmet och andra liknande program som i sin dagliga verksamhet kan komma att använda sig av digital videoteknik. För att uppnå mitt syfte har jag gjort en fältstudie på min skola och för att öka min medvetenhet tillämpat deskriptionsmetoden och kvalitativ undersökning. Jag har ställt dessa frågor: Hur kan man använda film som feedback av en lärsituation? Vilka kunskaper kan en elev skaffa sig genom att bli filmad och därefter se filmen på sig själv? I analysen och diskussionen av fältstudien kom jag bland annat fram till att eleven genom filmning i den praktiska miljön, samt sedan se filmen som en visuell feedback så kan kännedom, tillämpning och förståelsen knytas samman.

This is the report on a study made to find a correlation between the Johari window and the games that the possessor of given Johari window enjoys to play. A Johari window is a graph that shows an individual?s ability to receive and give feedback. One obvious correlation was found between individuals enjoying role playing games and their possessing Johari windows showing a good ability to give feedback.
