Uppsatsen analyserar hur aktörer inom ANDT-politiken på ett effektivt sätt kan delta i processen för framtagande av policy och implementering och på vilket sätt ANDT-politiken är präglad av government respektive governance. Government råder främst inom specifika fält. Governance analyseras genom tre perspektiv. När brukarstyrning tillämpas råder inte governance. Mål- och resultatstyrning har präglat ANDT-politiken.

This bachelor thesis is titled Who is an extremist?  - A qualitative content analysis of the agglutination of right- and left-wing groups and is written by Måns Hoffsten within the discipline of political science. Integration is a phenomena that occurs in all societies that experience any form of immigration. This process is dependent on how we analyze, both the groups of immigrants, and how we analyze the society in which they becoming integrated.Intersectionality is one method of analyzing this framework. By applying the categories: gender, class and race on the integration process, we get a more complex picture of the subject. Therefore we also become more able to adjust the actions and arrangement around the different questions of inte-gration.In this essay I try to explain what the intersectionality is, how it is used and how it can apply in integration as a specific subject. The aim of the study is to evaluate how a law decided 2002 regarding discrimination against students in the higher education system in Sweden, was implemented at the University of Kalmar and Växjö University.The study asks two questions: How did the both universities implement the law? How did the universities manage to implement the law? In order to answer these questions the ?top-down? perspective, often used in field social science within discipline implementation, is used. First the study examines the goals with the legislation, and thereafter the actual implementation at the both examined universities.The conclusion is that the universities has high ambitions with implementation of the law and extensive formalized regulations but that it practically seems to be hard to get legitimacy with the implementation throughout the whole organizations. This makes the implementation work slowly though it?s working well with the people who have direct responsibility for the implementation..

Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka om det går att påvisa några samband mellan jämställdhet och ekonomisk tillväxt. Med hjälp av multipel regressionsanalys undersöks paneldata från EU-15. Den beroende variabeln, ekonomisk tillväxt, förklaras av en rad oberoende variabler. Olika modeller testas för att se om tillförandet av jämställdhetsvariabler förbättrar modellen. För att avgöra om så är fallet undersöks förändringen i justerad förklaringsgrad.

My thesis is based on a qualitative study in which I have selected six professional teachers in a school in Greater Stockholm, and their views on the phenomenon of conflict management. My questions were the following.How teachers perceive the phenomenon of conflict in the world of school?What strategies do teachers use to resolve conflicts with students?In order to analyze my informants, I have chosen different books that deal with conflict man-agement, policy documents and books on the teaching profession meaning. Through my investigation I found that some teachers used tools and strategies through expe-rience and reflections, and resolve conflicts together or individually. My informants described that there are some teachers how choose to hide and pretend not to see the problem.

English title: Part-time work among women in Sweden ? what influences choice of working hours? In the 1960s and 70s a large growth in part-time work amongst women in the Swedish labour market took place. A net inflow of workers into the labour market has been suggested as the main source. However, part-time work is still a common phenomenon among Swedish women; in 2004 almost 40% of all women worked part-time, and women are clearly dominating the part-time sector. A gradual changeover from house work to market work is hardly a valid explanation anymore.

The purpose of this thesis is to investigate how students relates to and perceives the schoolswork with the value base. To answer my purpose has been two studies conducted. The first study aimed at finding out students' perceptions regarding the content and concretization of the value base and on their perceptions of participation and retention of this work. This study was conducted using a questionnaire survey.The second study has aimed to highlight the approach embodied by the schools' plans and treatment plans. This sudy has been conducted trough a review of policy documents available on the websites of education departments, municipalities and schools.
