My project is about attitudes towards disabled people, about our fear for those who are different, about Acceptance, ideals and normality.My inspiration has been prosthesis, and mostly people that are born without limbs. Through my research I have come across a lot of questions. Such as, why is a prosthesis so important and for whom? Why is it so important to be normal? What is normal and for who? People that are born different se upon themselves as normal, until they realize that others don?t. Many of them want to learn how to deal with life without prosthesis. And therefore they reject these. Sometimes the prosthesis is aids that are highly necessary.

Vårt huvudsyfte med denna uppsats är att förklara dissens och förklaringsmisstag samt tolkningen av dessa. Avtalsrätten bygger på olika principer och teorier som påverkar lagbestämmelser, normer och metoder. Ett av avtalsrättens svåraste problem är bristande överensstämmelse mellan anbud och Accept. När dissens föreligger efter avtalsslutet, kan det knappast vara en praktisk lösning att tillämpa huvudprincipen att oren Accept innebär avslag i förening med nytt anbud, eftersom avtalet då inte kommit till stånd. Och när ett förklaringsmisstag har begåtts blir det nödvändigt att avgöra om den skall anses utgöra avtalsinnehållet eller vilken innebörd man skall lägga i förklaringen.

Syftet med föreliggande uppsats är att utreda huruvida avtalslagens (AvtL) anbud-Accept modell är tillämplig vid avtalsslut genom förhandlingar. Denna modell som stadgas i lagens 1 § föreskriver att ett avtal kommer till stånd genom att ett anbud besvaras med en överensstämmande Accept. Detta är ett uttryck för den gemensamma partsviljan som är utgångspunkten för avtalsbundenhet i den svenska avtalsrätten. Vid förhandlingar bollas olika förslag fram och tillbaka mellan parterna och dessa förhandlingsbud anses ej som juridiskt bindande. Att försöka passa in detta förfaringssätt i modellens termer av anbud och Accept blir därför inte helt lätt vilket medför svårigheter med att avgöra en tidpunkt för avtalsbundenhetens inträde.

This essay is about needs assessors within public elder care. The method is a quantitative vignette study. The aim of the study is to find out whether there is an existing consensus among the needs assessors when a relative to a client with reduced cognitive functions wants to make an application even though the client does not want to. We also wanted to find out whether there are any underlying circumstances which have influence on the needs assessors? reactions to this specific situation.

Vellinge is one of few municipalities in Sweden that refuses to Accept refugees. The subject of this thesis is to find out how the local politicians in Vellinge make their considerations when they decide not to welcome refugees. The analysis uses the representation theory as a starting point. The two ideals of the representative role, either as a bound mandate or as a free independent role, is the base of the analysis. Vellinge is in the analysis compared to Lomma, a very similar municipality in southern Sweden that for a long time alsohas refused to Accept refugees, however suddenly in 2007 decided to change their mind.

As an assurance company has an overconsolidation which must be settled the question that needs to be solved is how to do it. Which are the legal rules that the assurance company has to look after? What is a settling of overconsolidation in a legal meaning? Does an assurancepolicy have to be decided? Why did not the Swedish competition authority (Konkurrensverket) Accept the policy from SPP and what can be the consequenses of that decision? Are there any tax rules that needs to be solved?.

Background: Poor perineal wound healing and infections after proctectomy surgery, affect a significant proportion of physical and psychological morbidities such as pain, leakage and abscesses. In its lengthening some of these symptoms will lead to extended periods of hospitalization. These kind of postoperative complications are also associated with delays in eventual chemotherapy treatment Aim: To describe the patients experiences of postoperative wound infection as well as communication and self-care support from the nurse specialist after proctectomy due to rectal cancer. Method: A qualitative content analysis was carried out from interviews. Results: Four main categories emerged; ?Coping with postoperative complications?, ?be independent?, ?feel safe?, and ?Accept the situation?.

Syftet med denna uppsats är att värdera om fastighetsägarna och de boende på Elevhemsområdet i Malmberget anser att de får rätt ersättning för deras fastigheter av LKAB. Detta har gjorts i form av en enkätundersökning där 57 av 150 hushåll på Elevhemsområdet har deltagit. Hushållen har blivit tillfrågade om deras lägsta Accepterade ersättningsnivå för att överlåta villa/tomt till LKAB. Teorin som har använts är minsta kompensationskrav (willingness to Accept, WTA), som visar vad en individ är villig att Acceptera i kompensation för att ge upp någon sorts tillgång, i detta fall individens villa/tomt. Hushållen på Elevhemsområdet har fått tre alternativ av LKAB då det aktuella området ska tömmas på grund av att det kommer utgöra ett riskområde.

The central goal of this study was to compare statements of the minister of migration in power in 1994 with those of the minister of migration in 2006. The statements reflect two peaks of refugee immigration in connection to the war in former Yugoslavia and the present war in Iraq. The study analyses the statements in a critical discourse analysis framework. More specifically the aim was to find out if there were any discursive differences in these statements and how they might manifest themselves in society. The material was composed of 12 texts, 6 for each period originating from Swedish newspapers and from the ministers' public speeches.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the results obtained from scientific articles concerning research into group rehabilitation for people over 65 years with hearing problems. The interest arose then group rehabilitation was unusual in the audiologists work, even though previous research showed these positive effects. With a group rehabilitation, the participants can easier Accept theire hearing loss and hearing aid, compaired with an individual rehabilitation. The method used was a literature study. PubMed and PsycINFO databases were used in the search for literature.

Sewage sludge contains plant nutrients and has earlier been utilised as fertilizer to cropland. Unfortunately not only plant nutrients but also heavy metals, pathogens and organic contaminants tend to accumulate in sludge. The suitability to use sewage sludge in agriculture has therefore been subject to several discussions over the years. The Swedish food industry does no longer Accept sludge as fertiliser for Swedish producers. In 1999 the Swedish parliament Accepted several objectives for environmental protection. In order to prevent environmental pollution and further exploitation of the earth crust, one of these objectives confirm that phosphorous from sewage shall be recirculated to arable land.
