Bakgrund: Litteraturgenomgången visar att samhället genomsyras av heteronormativitet. Kunskapsbrister finns i utbildningarna inom sjukvården och i den kliniska verksamheten om möten med HBTQ- personer. En kunskapslucka kan identifieras om hur möten skapas mellan sjuksköterskor och HBTQ- personer på en akutmottagning. Syfte: Studiens syfte var att beskriva hur legitimerade sjuksköterskor på en akutmottagning möter HBTQ- personer. Metod: Deskriptiv empirisk studie med kvalitativ ansats, interaktiva samtalsintervjuer med sex legitimerade sjuksköterskor genomfördes och analyserades med modifierad innehållsanalys, editing analysis style.

Sweden is today a country with ethnic, cultural and religious diversity. My aim in this study is to study what view of Islam and Muslims that students at a Catholic school in Stockholm have. The reason why Catholic schools are interesting to study is that previous research has showed that Muslim students around Europe often attend catholic schools as they are regarded as more tolerant towards religion. This study is based on a questionnaire and personal interviews with upper secondary students at the Catholic school in Stockholm. The result is compared with previous research on students of the same age group (12-15 years).

The purpose of this research has been to find out whether and how teachers stimulate and motivate well achievers in the elementary school to reach a higher level. To gather information I visited two different schools within the same county in Stockholm and on each school I met and interviewed with two teachers. The answers received from these interviews are presented in this study as my results. I found that the teachers feel that students that do well in the classroom many times work as role models for the other students. Often these students require extra material as they usually finish their workload ahead of others.

In this final thesis two simulation models have been integrated. The simulation models are models of JAS 39 Gripen?s fuel system, software and hardware. The time consuming and costly work to develop software has made the department of fuel system to build two models in Xmath/Systembuild. This report describes the development of a high-voltage connector at the request of Scandinova Systems AB in Uppsala. The development process is described from the making of a customer demand specification, to the making of drawings for the manufacturing of prototypes. Scandinova develops high-voltage modulators, hence the need for connectors that can handle very large power pulses. Their current connector has several weaknesses that may cause the connector to melt or catch fire. The development began with a number of studies that included the modulator structure and the current connector structure and functions.

This bachelor essay aims to illuminate different images and ideas about Bellevue industrial area.The area is situated in a district in Gothenburg, called Gamlestaden, where Bellevue industrialarea is a former industrial area, today mostly used by minor occupations. Denna studie behandlar arbetet av laborativ matematik för grundskolans senare år. Enligt läroplanen och kursplanen är undervisningens syfte att utveckla elevers kunskaper om matematikens användning både i vardagliga situationer och inom andra ämnesområden. Undervisningen ska även bidra till att elever kan reflektera över matematikens användning i vardagslivet. Många elever är idag omotiverade, uttråkade och har tappat lusten för att lära, vilket kan bero på att lärobokstyrd undervisning domineras i grundskolans senare år. Studien är ett konsumtionsinriktat arbete med litteraturstudie som metod.

This thesis has been done at the powder department (GH) at AB Sandvik Coromant in Gimo. With a rheometer measurements has been made on raw materials and powder blends. The focus of this report has been to find correlations between raw material powders and press data, comparisons have also been made between raw materials and powder blends.The rheometer can show information of how a powder act in flow conditions, together with air and with pressure. Analyses has been done comparing the rheometer data with press parameters (for example: rejected orders, weight variations and the compaction pressure) with the goal to find correlations between the powders flow properties and the powders compaction in production.The measurements and analyses have been showing that the powder flow properties depends on the powders composition and that properties like flow rate, aeration and permeability varies between powder blends and batches of the same powder sort. It seems to exist a correlation between the pressure force and the flow rate of a raw material.

Att en organisation fattar beslut om överordnade mål och strategier innebär i sig inte något organisatoriskt lärande. För att möjliggöra en integration av uppställda mål och strategier så att dessa genomsyrar organisationen behöver det ske en process - ett organisatoriskt lärande. Vi har i denna uppsats studerat hur denna process går till i organisationen Lunds universitet, när det gäller integration av mål och strategier rörande ledarskap och hur universitetet i denna process tillvaratar individuell kunskap och kompetens så att organisationen får en högre kompetens och därmed en ökad möjlighet att nå uppställda mål. Vi har utgått från litteratur kring organisatoriskt lärande, där vi gjort en sammanställning av de teorier och den forskning som vi anser har relevans för vår frågeställning. Ur dessa har vi tagit fram följande kriterier för organisatoriskt lärande: kommunikation, tillgängliggörande, reflektion och samsyn och integration.
