Purpose: The purpose of this essay is to describe the social media usage of five European official national tourism organizations (NTO). The essay proceeds to discuss and evaluate the findings, whilst reflecting on the advantages of social media usage from the point of view of an official national tourism organization.Method: The authors used three different methods of research: one structured observation to study the national tourism organizations? everyday work in social media, one field stimulation to study if and how different NTO respond if a prospective visitor makes them a direct question via social media and finally an email interview to gain insight into NTO?s underlying strategies and policies about social media usage.Theoretical framework: The theories that have been used in this paper include the Uses and gratifications model, theories of one-way and multi-way communication, theories of social media and relationship marketing.Conclusion: By making use of social media the company releases some of its control to the customers as the latter can express their opinions freely in this type of media. One of the advantages of social media is that the platform favors dialogue and feedback. Social media can be used for traditional one-way communication, but works best as a supplement to the regular marketing activities, allowing the activities on social media platforms to focus on branding and building long-term customer relationships.

Syfte: Syftet med denna studie är att kartlägga kundernas köpbeteenden i en inredningsbutik, Divas Boning och att diskutera hur dessa kan påverkas och bidra till ökad konsumtionsnivå hos kunderna. Metod: Vi har valt att använda oss av både en kvalitativ metod i form av en intervju samt en kvantitativ metod i form av en enkät. Dessa presenteras var och en för sig i empirikapitlet. Analyser har sedan gjorts också uppdelat i kvantitativ- och kvalitativ data. Resultat & slutsats: Vår studie visar att det är av stor vikt att Divas Boning tydligt positionera sig och arbetar med sina kundrelationer. Vår studie visar även att valet av sortiment i hög grad påverkar hur butiken uppfattas och att det är viktigt att som mindre inredningsbutik inte bara se liknande butiker som konkurrenter utan även större kedjor.  Förslag till fortsatt forskning: Som fortsatt forskning skulle vi finna det intressant och lärorikt att studera branschen ur ett vidare perspektiv och göra en grundlig konkurrensanalys av Divas Bonings alla konkurrenter. I denna studie kan vi endast beröra köpbeteendet hos Divas Bonings kunder.

The Swedish social insurance agency provides financial support for families and children, but also for people with work injury, illness and at old age. During 2012 they saw the amount of notifications of insurance increasing in Sweden, which is a development that cost our society a great deal of money. With the aim to pursue a sustainable development I have therefore devoted this project to wellness and stress management within preschool.The employees of preschool are often dealing with a lot of stress, due to the big groups of children that causes high noise and sound levels. The high noise and sound levels is a contributor to stress which additionally can damage the health and cause impaired hearing loss. About half of the people around their forties until the age of retirement have difficulties understanding speech in large groups.The purpose of this project has been to investigate the causes of negative stress for my target group, women between 30-60 years old who works in preschool.

Syfte: Syftet med denna uppsats är att utveckla ett underlag till en marknadsplan för klädbutiken Fico Store som ska ligga till grund för ett försök att öka konsumtionsnivån hos de befintliga kunderna, som infattas av både stamkunder och sällankunder.Metod: Vi har valt att använda oss av både en kvalitativ metod i form av en intervju samt en kvantitativ metod i form av en enkät. De har tillsammans redovisats i empirikapitlet i form av text och diagram efter att materialet kodats och bearbetats. Analyser har gjorts löpande i empirikapitlet och i strategikapitlet där empiri har ställts emot teori.Resultat & slutsats: Tydlig positionering och arbete med kundrelationer är av största vikt för en mindre fristående butik. Vår studie visar också att det är svårt att rikta sig mot en viss kundgrupp då samma kläder kan falla många i smaken oavsett ålder. Val av sortiment påverkar i hög grad hur butikens positionering uppfattas.

Syfte: Syftet med uppsatsen är att undersöka när och på vilket sätt små- och medelstora företag i Västerås vill sköta sina bankärenden samt att undersöka vilken betydelse bankens tillgänglighet har för dessa.Problemfrågor: Vilken betydelse har tillgängligheten för bankens företagskunder? När och på vilket sätt vill företagskunderna sköta sina bankärenden?Tillvägagångssätt: Utifrån en djupdykning bland sekundärdata kring relationer till banken utformades en enkät utifrån den teori som ansågs relevant för utredningen. För att kunna uppfylla syftet och besvara problemfrågorna har vi med hjälp av enkäten genomfört strukturerade telefonintervjuer för att samla in primärdata.Resultat: Företag anser att kontakten med deras kontaktperson i banken samt hur och när de kan kontakta banken är av stor betydelse. Majoriteten vill kunna kontakta och besöka sin bank mellan kl.10.00-15.00, medan en liten del vill kunna göra detta mellan kl.08.00-17.00, något utökat från de ordinarie banktiderna. Mest betydelsefullt för bankens tillgänglighet är utbudet av tjänster och betydelsen av Internet och Internetbanken framhävs av ett stort antal respondenter som det vanligaste sättet som företagarna själva vill sköta sina bankärenden på.

Sveriges missbruksproblematik är idag avsevärd och växande. Studier och utredningar har visat att allt fler individer undviker att söka hjälp för missbruksproblem. Det uppfattas inte bara finnas hinder för att blir missbruksfri utan också för att söka hjälp inom missbruksvården. Syftet med denna studie var att undersöka hur behandlare inom olika verksamheter uppfattar att substansmissbruk utvecklas och vilka hinder som uppstår i behandlingsprocessen. Syftet var även att undersöka hur det i Sverige idag arbetas för att motverka substansmissbruk.

Bakgrund: Genom historien har personer med allvarlig psykisk störning ofta tvingats leva avskilda och utstötta från samhället, en stigmatisering som finns kvar än idag.Syfte: Syftet med litteraturstudien var att belysa hur personer med allvarlig psykisk störning upplever sin sociala situation samt hur dessa personer upplever att sociala relationer påverkar återhämtningen från allvarlig psykisk störning.Metod: Till studien eftersöktes kvalitativa artiklar i relevanta databaser, nio stycken artiklar som passade studiens syfte valdes ut. Artiklarna genomgick manifest innehållsanalys, två huvudkategorier och ett flertal underkategorier kunde urskiljas.Resultat: I litteraturstudien framgick att personer med allvarlig psykisk störning känner sig utstötta från samhället och upplever fördomar riktade mot sig. Svårigheter med sociala kontakter leder till ensamhet. Önskan om meningsfulla aktiviteter fanns för att få en mer meningsfull vardag och lättare kunna knyta kontakter med andra. De sociala relationernas betydelse för återhämtningen från allvarlig psykisk störning framkom tydligt i litteraturstudien.

The storm Gudrun January 8-9 2005 felled about 70 millions cubic metres forest in southern Sweden. The majority of the wind damaged forest was spruce (Picea abies). In the Swedish author, poet and critic Hanna Nordenhöks (1977-) novels Promenaderna iDalbyhage (2011) and Det vita huset i Simpang (2013) the literary characters are often portrayed asdiffuse shapes with a subtile closeness to other organic bodies, places and times. While the novelsaddress themes such as colonialism and subjects becoming, they also explore the act of narratingthrough letters, journals, photographs and, in particular, fabrication. What emerge are two aesthetic,literary works that, on different levels, trouble our notion of borders between human and more-thanhumanbodies, an issue that?s essential for our understanding of human - environmentalrelationship.The purpose of this thesis is to show how the prose of Nordenhök can be read in the light of theterm porosity, where matter is understood as elastic and open for both creating and de-creatinginteractions. I will argue that the novels contribute to a deepened understanding of the relationshipbetween human subjects and more-than-human matter as elastic, and that they incorporate thisdynamic porosity within the narration itself.

Abstract Westerlund, Charlotta (2011) Inkludering- exkludering; Hur elever med hörselnedsättningar upplevt sin skolgång (inclusion- exclusion; How students with hearing loss experienced their School time). Skolutveckling och ledarskap, lärande och samhälle, Malmö högskola. Att vara hörselskadad betyder ofta att den sociala kommunikationen och samvaron med andra människor påverkas. Många är beroende av tekniska hjälpmedel, så som hörapparater och hörselslingor, för att kunna följa med i samtal och för att kunna känna sig delaktiga. Att få tillgång till rätt hjälpmedel är varje landstingsinvånares och elevs rätt. Är detta tillräckligt för att eleven ska känna sig inkluderad i skolans verksamheter? Hur har elever med hörselnedsättning upplevt sin egen grundskoletid, utifrån ett inkluderande perspektiv? Kan man vara inkluderad och ändå känna sig exkluderad? Är det tillräckligt att få gå i samma klass som ?hörande? elever för att känna sig inkluderad? Detta är en undersökning med kvalitativ ansats, som består av tre djupgående intervjuer och 20 öppna frågeformulär, om elevers egna erfarenheter och tankar kring sin grundskoletid.

Communities such as Facebook, consume more of people's time than 5-10 years ago. How can public authorities benefit from these communities or are the municipalities not ready for this? The municipalities determine how their resources should be allocated based on the municipality's needs.
