Several theoretical models of change exist concerning attachment, but an integrated view and knowledge of the role separate factors of change play for the individual is lacking. This phenomenon is hereby studied by semi-structured interviews of 20 persons. Change and factors of change are examined statistically with affectregulation as measure of attachment. The results show that these individuals´ changes are small and mostly towards secure attachment. Metacognition is related to greater change towards secure attachment.

AimThe purpose was to make researches into and illustrate how the leadership looks like at sporting event, concerning human communication.The following issues have been treated: What is characteristic for leadership during a sporting event? What does communication look like within the managerial? What kind of problems appears or can appear on account of defective communication at sporting event.MethodThe method being used is qualitative, based on interviews with three group leaders and one project leaders, all working for a summertime sporting event. As a form of basis a search for existing literature and articles on this subject were accomplished. The selection was made after having consulted a person of proportionately high station, active at the invested sporting event.ResultsAs a result of the essay, I have brought out, that leadership is different from group leaders and project leaders. Their difference in assignment demands different leadership, and that explains the occasion.

The predominant forestry harvesting method is based on the harvester-forwarder method, theharvester folds, branches and cuts trees, and sorts the logs into piles, while a forwarder transportsthe logs to a landing area.This master thesis work is about realization of a dynamic forwarder simulation model, and itspurpose is to provide an integrated forwarder simulation model in MATLAB/SimMechanicswhere the forwarder is based on a concept using pendulum arms to connect wheels and chassis.Active suspension control is developed and implemented into the simulation model, and finallycompared in simulation with passive suspension.In a first step, an integrated forwarder simulation model is developed, containing a simplifiedforwarder model, a tire-to-ground interaction model and a test track model. The simplifiedforwarder model is based a rigid multi-body system with a spring-damper suspension of thependulum arms. The tire-to-ground interaction model calculates the reaction forces, friction fromthe ground and applies the propulsion force. The test track model is a simplified version of thereal test track in Skogforsk. The propulsion wheel torque control is used to regulate theforwarder speed.

The purpose of this essay is to explore how students in secondary school seek out and use information. More specifically, the essay examines how the search and use of information differs between students working in groups and students working independently. The essay draws on in-depth interviews with six students. Two different theories are used to analyse the transcripts from the interviews. The first theory consists of Carol Kuhlthau?s six different stages showing how the students? feelings, emotions and actions change during the information seeking process.

The aim of this study is to increase knowledge about how a group of newly graduated social workers reflect on the practical daily work and their positions working with clients who are in need of social and/or economic resources. More precisely the purpose is to find out how these seven newly graduated social workers viewed working with clients during theoretical and practical studies. The aim is to analyze which techniques and methods could be seen in these narratives. Furthermore the aim was to find out if and how these seven social workers reflected on the power relation between social worker and client.The material of this study consists of seven semi-structured interviews. Throughout gathering the data and analyzing it, the qualitative method in form of narrative approach was used.

The aim of this study was to acquire knowledge about the working conditions of people's gainful employment. The research was conducted at one of the regional social insurance offices of Malmö with participation of ten of their employees. The research method of choice was a phenomenological approach. One open question about the working situation was answered freely. The results indicate a rather severe discontent about the workplace.

The paper evaluates two housing proposals with Space syntax as method. The proposals are very different in a topological sense but are in a configural sense almost the same. This effect is because both proposals connect themselves to the existing configural structure of the city in the same way. Neither of them takes advantages of the most integrated streets in the existing structure and use them to concentrate pedestrian and car flows to the streets or points which are intended to be the most urban areas. Inför riksdagsvalet 2006 uttryckte Allians för Sverige sitt missnöje mot den dåvarande Socialdemokratiska regeringens skolpolitik. Alliansen, det vill säga de fyra borgerliga partierna, stod då i opposition till den Socialdemokratiska regeringen och påvisade att deras politik skulle verka för en mer hållbar skolpolitik för kunskap och ordning i skolan.  Syftet med denna uppsats är att undersöka vilka föreställning om kunskap och det lärande subjektet i grundskolan det vill säga eleven, som finns i de delar av Allians för Sveriges dokument som behandlar skolfrågor. För att belysa bakgrund och historisk kontext används två perspektiv på skola och utbildning; ett kollektivt och ett individuellt. I Allians för Sveriges skolpolitik märks spänningar mellan dessa perspektiv vilket får konsekvenser för synen på kunskap och subjekt. Frågeställningarna handlar om vad som görs önskvärt respektive problematiskt hos framtida medborgare/elever i Allians för Sveriges skolpolitik.

Uppsatsens syfte var att få en bild av föreställningar, beskrivningar och reflektioner kring begreppet skam. Studien är uppbyggd kring en fokusgrupp bestående av fem professionella socialarbetare i Stor- Stockholm. Som gruppintervju ger fokusgrupp en bredare skala av idéer än i en individuell intervju då beskrivningarna av begreppet växer fram genom en mellanmänsklig dynamik. De yttre ramarna för fokusgruppen var att diskussionen skulle beröra relevans för det sociala arbetet, uttryck för skam, kön, och kulturella aspekter. Definitioner inom psykologin, socialt arbete, socialpsykologin och en funktionalistisk distinktion mellan skam och skuld har använts.

The purpose of this work is to create more knowledge about the teacher's perceptions of group dynamics and its impact on school activities. How do teachers opportunities and obstacles in order to influence group dynamics among students. The questions I have answered is how the teachers see the importance of a functioning group dynamics in school, how teachers work with group dynamics and how teachers describe the opportunities and obstacles for effective group dynamics. The method I am using at work is a qualitative research method that involves obtaining the teachers' own thoughts, feelings and experiences around the right questions. I have interviewed three teachers in primary schools in the county of Stockholm to find out their particular approach.

The study aims to examine some teachers' and students' conceptions of drama in schools and in after-school centers. ?Educator? in this study refers to after-school leaders and drama teachers.  The study is limited to three educators and three students at a public school in the Stockholm area. This study considers the following questions: How do educators use drama in schools and in after-school centers? How do students perceive drama in schools and in after-school centers? What importance do educators think that drama has for students?The study draws on the socio-cultural theory on teamwork and social interaction.

Syftet med föreliggande uppsats är att förstå hur läroböcker och gymnasieelever behandlar frågan om genus och etnicitet i svenska grammatiska exempelmeningar. Undersökningen består av två delar: En läroboksundersökning och en elevundersökning. De grammatiska exempelmeningarna i fyra läroböcker studeras utifrån ett genus- och etnicitetsperspektiv och jämförs därefter med grammatiska exempelmeningar som skapats av elever i två gymnasieklasser. Elevernas egna tankar om grammatikexemplen speglas därefter i ett antal korta intervjuer. Resultatet visar på en mycket ojämn fördelning mellan manliga och kvinnliga subjekt i läroböckernas exempelmeningar, medan de grammatiska exempelmeningarna som eleverna själva skapade visade på viss variation när det gällde genus hos flickorna i båda klasser.
