Idag tillverkar Abetong ca 350 000 sliprar varje år som generar ca 21 000 ton koldioxid under tillverkningen.Vid tillverkning av betong är det produktion av cement som bidrar till stora utsläpp av koldioxid (Frid et al. 2013).

After the mandatory rules for clearing was removed in 1994, the clearing area has increased in Sweden. After the storms Gudrun and Per, the areas became planted with new plants, mainly spruce, but also other tree species. Storm areas are now being invaded by naturally rejuvenated birch in the tilling tracks. Since the birch often is initially growing faster than the spruce it is inhibiting the growth and is also damaging the spruce. The purpose of this thesis is to study the new brush saw with chain and compare it with the conventional clearing saw, mainly in terms of performance and ergonomics. The results show that the new brush saw with chain is very good in almost all clearing operations compared to the conventional clearing saw.

This study has been carried out at Södra´s 31 local forestry districts and within six plant terminals. The production and sale of seedlings at Södra is managed in collaboration with ?Södra Odlarna?. Approximately 35 million plants are cultivated each year, providing Södra´s members with a wide choice of high quality plants. The seedlings are nurtured at nurseries before transferred to plant terminals where they are stored and watered.

Dessa årtal valdes för att de var mästerskapsår därEuropamästerskapet för damer spelades i Finland respektive Sverige.Den kvantitativa delen i studien genomfördes för att besvara frågan om frekvensen och ivilken gestaltning rapporteringen kring damfotbollen sker. Studien genomfördes genom attundersöka tidningarna från den 1 januari till den 31 oktober under både 2009 och 2013. Denkvalitativa delen i studien skedde genom en samtalsintervju med Sport-Expressens sportchefAnders Nettelbladt, för att få svar på hur hans redaktion tänker kring damfotboll.Undersökningens resultat visar en ökning av bevakningen av damfotboll.

This thesis presents a general definition of science education and earth science education.An inventory has been conducted of published material during the years 2011-2013, withthe start in 2013 and working backwards for international publications and with no timelimits in time for Swedish publications. Different databases were used during April 2013 forthe inventory.The thesis organizes and analyses published material in earth science education in a tablewith a following discussion.The purpose with the inventory was to investigate the amount and content ofprevious year?s publications in earth science education. Concept inventories were foundto be the most common subject of the found material, followed by virtual field studies. Thelargest amount of publications was published in North America.

It could be argued that theories about gender are something that should be a part of every upper secondary school teachers agenda (knowledge base), because the Swedish curriculum specifically says that schools must encourage and work for equal rights between men and women.The students are supposed tobe encouraged to develop their interest, without judgment, about what femininity and masculinity is.This essay is aiming to find out how gender is used in the teacher program at Södertörns Högskola. The main focus of the essay is to see the possible differences between the curriculum of 2010 and 2013. Using quantitative and qualitative content analysis this essay is aiming to examine how gender words are used in the syllabus, study manuals and literature lists for Educational science A (2010) and Educational science I (2013). In what way are gendered terms, like boy, girl heterosexuality and man, part of the text material? Who is represented in the material? And are there any differences between 2010 and 2013?The results show that there is a difference.

Does a typical woman exist in the magazine at all and if so ? in what words and roles is she described in? How is this woman perceived in relation to the male gender? The Swedish Moderate party, often also called the Conservative party, was founded with conservatism as the dominant ideology. During the years, however, liberalism has gradually found its way into the party. The aim of this study is to analyze the Moderate party?s political platforms from 1984 to 2013 from an ideological perspective. Is conservatism still a foundational ideology in the Moderate party, or has the liberal ideology taken its place? The study is based on an ideal type analysis that illustrates the Moderate party?s argumentation in six political issues in the years 1984, 1993 and 2013.

Detta är en studie om hur Aftonbladet och Dagens Nyheter har skildrat konflikten mellan Nordkorea och Sydkorea under april 2013. Syftet med studien är att främst undersöka hur respektive land har framställts. Tyngdpunkten kommer att läggas vid språkbruket i artiklarna men också att undersöka huruvida tidningarna varit objektiva i sitt innehåll eller inte.Studien bygger på en kvalitativ studie som har gjorts utifrån 25 nyhetsartiklar publicerade i Aftonbladet och Dagens Nyheter mellan 1 april och 8 april 2013. Underso?kningen bygger pa? teorier kring språkbruk, objektivitet och nyhetsvärdering av bland annat Lars Nord och Jesper Strömbäck.Studien visar att att Nordkorea framställs som bovar i konflikten, medan Sydkorea och USA framställs som konfliktens offer. .

2013. The brave new time.We constantly look forward in time. There is a need today to constantly renew, replace and update almost everything in our lives. Although often stressful, these continual changes and upgrades can open up new possibilities and even be seen as enjoyable and stimulating.Values, opinions, and everything we create, is based on an experience of the past and predictions of what the future might be.
