KartlÀggning och effektivisering av ljuddÀmparflöde

In 2013 a new emission standard for heavy trucks was introduced and hence a number of new parts was brought in to Scania CV AB. This created a need for modifications in the silencers flow. The flow is highly complex involving several suppliers, call off methods and different models of silencers. The aim for this project was to improve the existing silencers flow. The flow, from supplier to assembling, has therefore been mapped.

ATT VÄLJA, VÄLJA OM OCH VÄLJA RÄTT: En kvalitativ studie av vad det Ă€r som styr kommuners utformning av öppenvĂ„rdsinsatser för ungdomar

The aim with this study was to examine what it is that govern the way that municipalities develop the non-institutional care for youth. An extensive development of non-institutional care for children is a visible trend in municipal social service and probable reasons for this development are, among other things, research that show inadequate results of the institution care and economy. Our main questions at issue were how the municipalities argue the priorities that have been done within their youth care services with regard to the non-institutional care and how they reason considering this? Furthermore we asked why the municipalities have chosen to develop their non-institutional care for youth the way they have and on what grounds they make their choices? This study consists of eight qualitative interviews with politicians and employees in four different municipals along with analysis of relevant documents. We have found that what governs the way that municipalities develop the non-institutional care for youth has to do with that the municipalities found it vital to find alternative solutions to the expensive and ineffective institutional care, that they comprehend that the quality of non-institutional care are higher then of the institutional care and that the non- institutional care is seen as more effective with regards to economic results and achieved treatment results.

Projektledningsmetoder i reklamprojekt : En kvalitativ studie av projektledning i en kreativ miljö

Syftet med uppsatsen Àr att ge en bild av hur generella projektledningsmetoder anvÀnds inom reklambranschen. Vi ville undersöka vilka aspekter av projektledningen som kan pÄverkas av de speciella förutsÀttningar som finns i reklambranschen. Varje reklamprojekt innehÄller en skapandeprocess, och vi ville se hur sÄdant pÄverkar projektledningen.Vi sammanstÀllde först ett antal generella projektledningsmetoder för att fÄ en teoretisk bild av hur projekt kan bedrivas. För att ge lÀsaren en inblick i reklambranschen och hur reklam skapas, beskrev vi Àven reklam ur ett teoretiskt perspektiv.Med utgÄng frÄn vÄr teori, genomförde vi en kvalitativ studie av sju reklambolag i Karlstad. Vi gjorde djupintervjuer med en projektledare frÄn respektive byrÄ, under vilka de fick beskriva sitt projektarbete.

Hur en okontrollerad expansion av IT-projekts omfattning undviks

Today there is an even higher demand on IT-projects success rate compared to a few years ago. IT-projects must be handled more efficiently and result in a more profitable investment. In order to make the handling of IT-projects more efficient and create profitability the developers must have a broad understanding of the IT-projects characteristics and which factors that affect the result of the projects. Changes within IT-projects are often carried out through the development of a system. Since this change is more common when it comes to IT-projects it is important to handle risk and change within these kinds of projects in order to prevent and avoid uncontrolled changes.

Det personliga nÀtverkets funktion : Etablering och underhÄll av presonliga nÀtverk inom ljuddesign för rörlig bild

The aim of this paper was to discover the functions and workings of personal networks and their advantages for self-employed sound designers and producers whose focus was upon the moving image (film, advertising, tv, etc). Investigations on how entrepreneurs develop their networks were made, as well as inquiries on how these networks are used for generating work. Another important aspect perused was whether or not the networks are dependent on specific geographical locations in order to function. A case study and comparative analysis was undertaken, based upon three qualitative interviews with entrepreneurs whose operations shared several similar characteristics. The results pointed out the importance of constantly making new contacts, and maintaining and managing current ones.

This thesis examines effects that occur when consumers are placed in a negative category by the sender in an internet marketing context. The effects studied are attitude towards the ad, attitude towards the media, sense of being monitored and sense of being categorized. The authors argue that consumers will become increasingly aware of the fundamentals of internet marketing and how advertisements online are being directed towards them. Consumers will thus, to a larger extent than today, analyze advertisements and how they have been individually categorized by the sender. This will affect the way advertisements are perceived.

Kompetensutveckling inom ledarskap i reklambranschen i Göteborg

För ett kreativt ledarskap behövs kompetens inom flera olika omrÄden. Olika former av struktur, kunskap om personal, medvetenhet om maktrelationer och det skÄdespel som pÄgÄr Àr fyra perspektiv pÄ organisation och ledarskap som Bolman och Deal (2005) skriver om i boken Nya perspektiv pÄ organisation och ledarskap. Syftet med rapporten Àr att se om det finns marknadspotential för kompetensutveckling inom ledarskap i reklambranschen i Göteborg. Detta görs genom att stÀlla resultatet av strukturerade intervjuer om kompetensutveckling inom ledarskap i reklambranschen i Göteborg mot nÄgra av de teorier och studier som gjorts om organisation och ledarskap. Resultatet visar att reklambyrÄer kompetensutvecklar inom ledarskap men att det finns ett behov av och en marknadspotential för ytterligare kompetensutveckling inom ledarskap i reklambranschen i Göteborg..

Jean BaudrillardSyftet med denna studie Àr att identifiera och analysera bakomliggande myter om lycka i kommersiella reklamfilmer, utifrÄn ett konstruktionistiskt perspektiv. Analysmodellen, som bygger pÄ semiotik och neoformalism, genererade kunskap om de olika berÀttarstrukturerna kring lycka i de undersökta reklamfilmerna. Resultaten indikerade framförallt att berÀttarstrukturerna om lycka grundar sig i myter som Àr starkt kopplade till den kapitalistiska ideologin. Studien avser dÀrmed att blottlÀgga och analysera myter om lycka i reklamfilmer ur ett kritiskt konstruktionistiskt perspektiv..

The Government announced a new school reform which aims to support teacher appraisal and professionalism within the Swedish education system. The once well renowned profession is hurting by the decreasing quality of the Swedish education system and the declining number of applicants to the university teacher program. The school reform introduced a new career path for especially skilled teachers to an occupation earlier characterized by a homogenous work force. The Government encourages principals to promote thriving teachers to first teachers, whom will receive an increase in the salary covered by state aid. By supporting these effective teachers, the Government wishes to increase the image perceived and status of the profession and improve the competitiveness of teaching's salary.

We have in this study preformed a quantitative examination on how hooligans use film and new technologies to spread private videos on the Internet. With todayÂŽs technologies it is very easy for hooligans to publish their videos. In this study, we have choosen to do a questionnaire poll based on seven questions about what people think of hooliganviolence on online video sharing sites. We have also conducted an online interview with a former swedish hooligan. The people who participated in our study are all anonymous, and therefore we have no age or gender included in our study.
