The purpose of this thesis has been about processing an already existing folder for a tax funded organization which is also the employer for this mission ? Expectrum. The reason is that both Expectrum themselves and the recievers of the folder are unhappy with the existing material. The critic that has been directed to Expectrum is that the recievers have trouble understanding what Expectrum is and what they do. Based on qualitative methods such as interviews and text analysis I?ve been able to answer my questions for this thesis. These were ?Are folders from tax funded organizations, such as Expectrum, authority based text??, ?How do I create a folder based on the authority perspective when it comes to readability, legibility and reading value?? and ?How do I create a folder based on the perspectives of information design and target group when it comes to readability, legibility and reading value??. Based on my theory and methods I made a suggestion of a prototype that I had tested on the target group in mind. The final result I also chose to design based on the employer?s graphic profile.
