The purpuse of this study was to develop knowledge about learning condition that are to be in a context of interaction with persons that have Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis are included. The pre-understanding has evidence in that the public very often has a lack of knowledge in understanding persons with this kind of disabilities that can put the social interplay in disharmony. The phenomenological approach was used to reach the essence of the learning influence processes. Seen from the respondents experiences of interaction as a help for the informal learning in a working context. The purpose was to see the result of interplay and the effect of learning condition and to see what help those respondents acctually have experienced. The data collection was made from interviews and analysed by Giorgios method of analysis. Interpretion of the result was made from situated learning, development focused learning and reproductive learning, to describe the respondents life worlds. The conclusion of this study was that there was any good conditions for learning in a interplay, for persons with autism spectrum disorder in a working context. This study got its inspiration from a project in Sweden made by the Employment Service wanted to find and use the hidden resourses, among those with different kind of disabilities, to facilitate their entry into a employment. Result of this studie showed that these respondents have a high level of ambition and skills, and they have not experienced any positive informal learning in a working context in the interplay with their colleagues.
