Methods: A total of 14 people volunteered to participate in the study, six of which completed the study. They were offered to exercise two times a week during a six week period of time. They were not allowed to alter any other exercise or living habits. Tests of endurance strength, balance and self estimated body awareness and control were made before and after the training session. Results: Tests improvement: leg lower test 26,5% (statistical significance p=0,041), back raises 93,5% (p=0,028), plank position 37,5% (p=0,345), hip lifts 91,5% (p=0,075) balance on right leg 48,3% (p=0,046) and on left 34,8% (p=0,046). Self estimation according to the VAS scale were improved: body awareness 6,33 before the period and 7,5 after (p=0,059). Body control before 5,83 and after 7,33 (p=0,038).
